This home is perfectly located and has all the amenities you could want. Only suggestions would be 1. More bath towels 2. Instruction binder 3 more attention to needs of older people ( hand railing down steps, grab bar in bath/shower) Management company took 2 days to address bathroom sink function. Just a few kinks to work out….

Beautiful property, 4 beds ,4 baths, beautiful backyard, couches in downstairs living room not comfortable but looked nice. would put instructions with each tv for guests. Front lock sticks and side door, only complaint about property. Otherwise would definitely stay again here. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home.

We had a lovely stay! The house is beautiful, with a large backyard for hanging out--including Bocce and Kids play structure. Can't wait to come back!

Everything was top notch. House was immaculate and very well stocked with all you could need. Location was great and just a bike ride away from the Hyatt, shops and great bike trails.

Well upgraded property

This home is clean, well appointed, beautiful, comfortable and conveniently located. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience preventing me from ever wanting to stay again. As my family and I were in the middle of checking in for a sailboat cruise on the lake the owner called me and asked if I had a dog on the property. I told him I flew in from NC and didn't own a dog. He said his neighbor keeps a close eye on the property and sent him a picture of the dog. I told him again it wasn't my dog. At this point my family leaves me on the phone to go get us checked in. He then states again that the neighbor is a great neighbor and asked if I wanted to see a picture of the dog. Well, no! I don't care what the dog looks like, I don't own a dog and I'm trying to make my sailboat cruise. He then asks if I care if he calls the pound on the dog. Again, I answer no. It's not my dog, I don't care what you do with the dog, I have to go. I called him the next morning to inquire about this so called dog and he said he didn't pursue it any further! After all he put me through! And he never once apologized.. So....nice home....take your chances.

Stayed with my husband, teenage daughter and mother-in-law. Just the perfect size and property for us. Cleanliness and finishes are immaculate and we had a really fun time figuring out how to play bocce ball.

nice house but did not feel like someones home. felt cold and hotel like inside due to a lack of personal/individual furnishings and decor that would make it feel like someones home. felt as if we were staying in a multi-room hotel. don t get me wrong, its a very nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood, just not very inviting.

this is my third time to this property and i just love this house and its location. This visit, however, we had a landscaper come unannounced and was doing work in the front and back yard. unsettling also, the toilet in the bath 2 is dangerously loose and needs to be secured. It would have been nice to be told that the bocci was not available. maybe i was told, not sure. Overall, i will totally stay again next summer, hopefully i will be able to reserve it in September.

My wife, 3 and 7 year old boys stayed at this property. Upon arriving you read about how the owners are friends with the neighbors and they are all watching the place together and the renters are watched coming and going. No pets allowed. Unfortunately my Father whom he has not seen his Grandsons since before Covid brought his 14 year old 8 lbs Pug to visit for a BBQ. We placed the dog in the backyard. The property manager calls 10 minutes later and states we see you have a pet on the property and it must be removed. I explained the above and my Father is not staying the night in which he states “I’m a dog lover and will speak to the owner. I will contact you if any issue”. No call back but the owner sent a nasty email which I did not see until departure. Father departed after lunch. Being from the area after a couple of nights visiting friends and family upon our return we notice mens boot prints in the fresh dusting in the snow around house up against most of the windows in front and back. I contacted the property manager and the owner that this is too much weather they are watching or the place is being cased? We departed 2 days early and REQUESTED a refund. The owner first stated these were snow removal service and when asked why didn’t they remove the snow she pivoted and said no it was the landscaper looking at Spring clean up? This is also non believable since the non paved ground had an inch of snow! Regardless she never said thank you for renting her place and stated “I’m not obligated to give you a refund” So BE CAREFUL here MANY great I non paranoid owners in the area! Don’t be fooled by nice backyard I’m sure if you are up past 10pm your phone will ring! We were not with 2 kids but I think you all understand.

What a great property! It's better than the photos show. The house was fully equipped, especially the kitchen. We hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO! It is in a fantastic location, walkable to the restaurants on Country Club and a quick drive to Diamond Peak. The house was perfectly clean and orderly, and the kitchen provided everything you could need. We had a family of four, so we all had space to spread out and didn't feel cramped or on top of each other at all. The property owner and management did a very good job of communicating with me when there had to be a small repair job done. Would stay there again!

Conveniently located, lovely setting and comfortably furnished. We will look to rent it again when we are in that area.

For starters, the photos don't truly show how nice this house is. We were pleasantly surprised. The locations is great, house is clean, and fully stocked. We stay in Tahoe multiple times a year and this is definitely a great place. The only feedback I have would be to put universal remotes around the house (each tv had 2-3 remotes), vacuum didn't work, and instructions/rules were in multiple places. For example, I had to read emails, a house sign, and then the property managers notes/instruction packet in order to know what all was expected. It all really should just be in one place if they want the rules followed correctly. Our departure was on a Monday, which is also garbage day according to one note and when we left the bins were still out front with garbage..... I am home laying in bed still worrying that the garbage cans weren't pulled back in since there were no further instructions for departure on trash day. All in all, we would definitely stay again now that we are aware of the rules but consolidating check out list and house rules to one location would be easier on everyone.

This vacation rental was stunning and worth every penny. My children were comfortable and blessed with a beautiful white Christmas. We are from Hawaii and this place exceeded our expectations. We hope to come to Incline Village again and stay at the same home.

Very good location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is wonderful and just what we needed. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are updated, the house is very clean and cozy. Will absolutely book again in the future.

We were so excited to final have a getaway after this long year and half. The house was amazing and spacious, which gave you a feel of being on a retreat. The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were very accommodating. We were able to spread out without being on top of each other. And there was plenty of seating not only in the living rooms but the dining and kitchen area. This will be a definite return in the seasons to come. We are very grateful for the owners opening their home up to us and allowing us to experience the great outdoor feeling.

This was my first experience using VRBO. This home has everything you would ever need and more. We are planning another trip because the house was so fabulous for our needs. Thank you to the owners for all that they do during the Covid issue and ensuring everything is there that you could ever want. More than a five star it’s a 10

Our 2nd time here with another great stay. Besides a great house with a park-like yard, l love the proximity to the east shore trail for easy recreation. We hope to return as soon as we can.

This was one of the homiest most accommodating rentals we have stayed at. We felt so comfortable here. The upgrades to this home are top notch. The bathrooms have a spa feel and the wood finishes are beautiful. We spent so much time on the back deck and playing on the bocce ball court. I can’t imagine renting another property when we go back to Lake Tahoe.
