Kelley's property is in a fantastic location in Belmont Shore in Long Beach. We stay in this area often and this property may have been the best location yet! Right across from the lagoon, which is ideal for relaxing on the beach, kids swimming, SUP, kayaking etc. Outstanding views, and great vibes from the neighbors, folks walking past the patio, etc., as always in this area! The house was clean and well-stocked. There were 8 of us, and it was a bit cozy (I'd recommend the house ideally for no more than 6) but we made it work. The house has a few "unique" characteristics (keyed access through bedroom, master separated from living by french doors/curtain, etc., the kinds of things that aren't uncommon for beach houses, and didn't negatively impact the stay...but just things to be aware of (it's not a cookie-cutter type home...and we wouldn't want it to be!). Kelley was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We'd book the place again in a heartbeat and hope to have the chance to do so! Thanks again for the great stay!

Loved the location on the beach

We had a great time. Kelley was a joy to work with. Checked in on us and gave some great tips for local restaurants. Beach across a quiet street. Easy walking to some great restaurants and a quiet porch to sit in rockers to watch evening over the marina. Thanks for a wonderful time!!

This property suited us great for our stay in Long Beach! It’s quaint and cozy and the host was super responsive. A couple notes, the parking in back is tight and the locks and curtains in the front can be tricky, but those are small things. We had a great time!

The location is amazing right across from the water and the view was great. It was easy to come and go. The place provided everything we needed in all the rooms and the kitchen was well laid out. When we arrived at about 4:30 the place had not been cleaned. The host responded quickly and housekeeper came. We left till about 7:30 and came back to a clean place. The non bunk beds are very high off the ground but worked out fine. Kid liked his bunk bed room. Overall good place to stay.

A wonderful beach front location also walkable to plenty of restaurants and shopping on 2nd Ave. Comfortable beds, relaxing front patio, and clean.

We came to Long Beach so my daughter could tour CSU. The location is perfect - close to all the freeways, food, campus, nightlife and the BEACH! Lots of parking options in the driveway or street. Lots of food options within walking distance. It was such a nice stay!!

We stayed at this adorable bay side beach condo during our son's Baseball Games. VERY CLEAN and bring nothing but your toothbrush - fully stocked. Mattress, sheets, and pillows are more comfortable than a hotel. We enjoyed sunsets and sunrises on the front porch on the rocking chairs. We watched the birds, boats, and people enjoying the bay and beach. Short walk to 2nd Street where there is shopping, food establishments and we loved Legend's Sports Bar. We were able to watch some of our AZ Sports there with the locals. Everybody was friendly and fun! I cannot wait to come back! I highly recommend this place. I wished we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed our time in Belmont Shores! This property was centrally located to beach, restaurants and shopping!

Beautiful sunrise greeting each morning. Although it’s a high traffic area, the autos don’t speed, and bikers, runners & walkers are all quite cheerful & friendly. Though we cooked & celebrated Thanksgiving down the street at our children’s home we did enjoy the kitchen, dining & patio area and view for morning coffee as well as evening wine & stargazing. The neighborhood is good at honoring the quiet after 10PM notice, so no disturbance of sleep. Our kids took us on a boat ride to see all the holiday lights… so lovely! All-in-all, a good Thanksgiving & Birthday retreat.

The location of this stay was awesome and we had an easy time getting to some restaurants. We were dismayed by the fact that we were provided the incorrect WiFi login information, which led us to not having access for 2 days after we contacted the property owner. I will consider staying here again if I was assured that the WiFi connection actually worked. Otherwise, you only get TV static on your tele,

Check in was simple and wonderful location.

One of my adult children lives in Europe. My house is too small for the four of them to stay with me. This house is perfect for them to stay when visiting me. The dad and children were in the water at least twice a day. We walked to 2nd street twice for dinner and the family walked everyday for breakfast. They got a true vacation and I got a great visit.

Perfect for beach access. Can’t beat the location.

Great location but needs a good deep cleaning including the couch which smells mildewed. The slider screens on the porch fall off and need replaced. In the bathroom with the tub, the faucet barely transfers from the lower faucet to the shower head basically making it useless. A few easy ideas would be something in the bathrooms to set your toiletries on and a sticker in the kitchen identifying where the garbage disposal switch is. With that said, we still enjoyed our stay.

We dont live far away. But this house gives us the feeling of being at a vacation spot. We invite friends and family to visit and they come for an afternoon. Some swim some nap on the porch and some quietly relax. It really works good for us. Second year with reservations for third year.

The house is as advertised, it is old and well used. It was clean. We didn't really use the kitchen but it seemed like it had everything we may need. The host Kelley was very responsive to our communications. The porch facing the bay was wonderful and we certainly enjoyed using it. The location is excelent for beach play and swimming in the bay. The major problem we had was the parking. There is a parking space for one car, it is in the alley and difficult to get into for anything besides a compact. The parking in the area is very dense and difficult to find empty spaces anywhere in the area.

The location was perfect especially for the price point. We literally walked across the street to the beach! The only thing was we ran out of propane - tank should have been replaced. We happened to run into the cleaning staff right as they were finishing up and they were super friendly! We will definitely book this house again.

Great house .Great location. Great toys. Our family, my 2 kids there families including my 3 grandchildren. They had the time of their lives.10 year old learned how to use the paddle board. The 2 little ones 3 and 4, loved playing in the water and trying the paddle board.

Proximity to the bay was perfect. Lots of choices for meals.

Property is as described and reviews were accurate. The location is the winning feature. Some minor maintenance issues and definitely needs a new couch, but these are minor compared to view and ability to walk easily to 2nd Street and beach. It does not have central air but the bedroom units were fine for sleeping. Kitchen good except oven no markings for temperature. King bed is very high! Comfortable beds. For the area, a great find. Clean. You can only use parking spot if you have small car. We were able to get street parking at night. Friendly and safe area.

The location was great. The home was great for our needs. Kelley met us there and was lovely. I need to mention that the cleaners did not leave until 3:30ish However. We received a message on our drive to the home to say the front room was being worked on due to a roof leak. We get that. The front room was not available to us until about 5:30 pm. The privacy blinds were not reinstalled as the work was not completed. The carpet and blinds were stored behind a couch along with the ceiling fan blades, so the fan was not functional. No biggie. With a 7 year old in the home, the fact that the light covers and power covers were not put back did bother us. The following day the roofers returned and we were not able to use the front verandah until 5:00pm that day. as there was an extension cord covering the front step and roof debris falling lightly to the ground while the roofers loudly continued their repairs. walking back and forward across the verandah. From Friday to Monday when we left we enjoyed our time. I do not believe the house was ready for guests! I understand that roof leaks happen and nobody wants further damage. If the home was ready for living in, I would certainly stay there again.
