The house fit our group of 14 perfectly. We loved that the bedrooms had their own bathroom so everyone had their own space. Also, space for everyone to be seated for meals. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property, as well as the closet full of beach gear. One thing I will mention is the lack of beach towels. In the past when we have stayed at other properties in Carolina Beach, the beach towels were included with the linen service, but at this house they are not. We ended up having to purchase a few towels as we didn’t bring enough. But, all in all, you can’t beat the location of the house. Short walk to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants. Watching the boardwalk fireworks together from the upstairs balcony was amazing! We would gladly return to this house!

The house was clean and as advertised. It was beautiful and met all of our needs. There weren't too many rules or requirements, we didn't have to work for our stay, which was nice. We would stay again, and would recommend!

We really enjoyed this beachhouse close proximity to the beach and the carnival. Very spacious, i had my family which included 5+me adults and three children....and i had my 2ndry family over for dinner and enough room for everyone. The only thing i wud suggest is a play area either inside or outside but there was a hot tub tht my family enjoyed. There was a 2nd sitting area upstairs but unfortunately the TV wasn't working 😒. But the front porch was great to sit and relax. Also we were able to park my families 4 vehicles as well as 3 of my 2nd families cars under the port. They're is beach gear provided such as chairs and a pull cart. Overall this place was pretty good 👍 👌 would highly recommend.

The location is very close to the "downtown" beach restaurants and bars so there is no need to drive or take a taxi anywhere.
Towels are provided but there are no shampoo/soaps so you will need to bring your own.

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and convenient location to walk to dinner and laid back bar locations. The only negatives were that the hot tub was not working, and the previous guest did not roll the trash cans out so we had a trash problem by the end of the weekend. Also would have been nice to have some general hospitality items like dish washing pods, dish soap, trash bags, complimentary shampoo / coffee, etc. Stuff You would expect at this price point.

We had a group of 9 people staying at this house. It was perfect in every way!! It was two blocks from the beach. We rented two golf carts and hit the streets!! Five bedroom and five bath was perfect. Had to make your own beds but I knew that from reading the house instructions. It was wonderful and plan to stay again.

What an amazing place! This home was immaculate with good use of space and accommodations for all of our group. The property was in the middle of Carolina Beach, allowing for walkability to everywhere without feeling overwhelmed by noise or crowds. We loved it, are still talking about it, and can’t wait to go back!!!

Honestly, I have zero negative comments about this property. It is will maintained, it was clean, it had updated appliances and furniture. I stayed here with my husband, twins and my parents. My parents each took a bedroom on the main level (my mother claimed it was because the bedroom with the bunkbed was better for her back) my dad said, it was like sleeping in a hotel.
My husband and I took a bedroom upstairs and my kids loved thier room that had another room upstairs.
My parents live in NC (about an hour away) and I will most definitely rent this beautiful home again for them. This property does have stairs before you even get up to the main level, but my parents refuse to feel old (80 & 71 respectifully), so they said the stairs weren't too bad.

Beautiful house. Mattresses were not on the level of the house. Could use an upgrade. Had to make our own beds, as well as do ALOT of cleaning as instructed by note on the fridge before checking out. With an astronomical cleaning fee we shouldn’t have had to do anything. Overall it’s a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for a large family! It was directly across the street from the board walk! All the stores, restaurants and the carnival were close! There is a storage room downstairs full of all the things you need for the beach! Chairs, toys, boogie boards and even a skiff board! Perfect beach house!!

Great vacation home for family and friends who have tweens and teens. Two living areas which gives everyone space to enjoy. The location is perfect for the teens to be able to go to a few activists and places to eat that are really close without adults hovering. The home was in great shape. Bedrooms each have their own bath which made for perfect shower time. Beds we’re comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with all needs to cook in a meal or two.
18th summer at the beach and we lived every minute.

We’ve been vacationing with my in-laws for the past 4 years in Carolina Beach and this was the nicest house we’ve stayed in. Big living space on the main floor for 8 adults and 6 kiddos and loved that every room had their own bathroom! Location is awesome - 5 minute walk, if that, to the beach or boardwalk. Enjoyed having big balconies around the house. The storage area below was filled with chairs, wagon, sand toys and other things that make trips to the beach pleasant!
Despite a crazy lightning storm which resulted in loss of power, AC and internet, as well as a blown TV, (obviously none of which were the fault of our host), she was quick to communicate and getting us a tech when we needed support.

The property was in an ideal location for the beach and tons of activities in the area. There are multiple pluses at the property: 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, breezy porches in the shade, updated decor and kitchen, and lots of kitchen items to make cooking at the property easy. There were very few cons: we had to make the beds ourselves which was a let down after driving all day and there were limited bath linens, one towel and washcloth per person. We had to do multiple laundry loads if anyone used a towel for their hair and their body. It would have been nice to have had more than one dishcloth and one dish towel too.
Overall we were very pleased with the comfort and convenience of the property.

Plenty room for everyone. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes the couples happy. Sand toys for the children. If you are staying here on New Year’s Eve, you can watch the celebration activities on the beach from the porches or you go to the celebration.

Our family rented the house to celebrate Christmas at the beach. We loved the location - right around the corner from the Fat Pelican and Majik Beanz Espresso and a short walk to the beach. The weather was cold, but the house was comfy and well appointed and we enjoyed cooking great food and hanging out together.

Perfect location
This house was amazing. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. We had family in town and we all stayed here comfortably. Having two living areas was nice so everyone had a place to sit and relax. The kitchen is beautiful and very spacious. We all enjoyed having our own private bathrooms and the outdoor space was nice too. We will definitely come back and enjoy this house again.

Our New Beach Location
Our family has been doing family beach weeks for many, many, years. We range in age from newborn to 85 years, four generations.
We have never been to Carolina Beach. When I saw the house for rent on VRBO, we voted to try a new area.
The house is exactly as pictured. Immaculate. So spacious and well appointed. Amazing lay out for us and our needs. Area had something for everyone of all ages. We were all more than happy with this rental!! Definitely would recommend this house and VRBO to all.

A great time had by all!
Great location. Close to beach and boardwalk. Nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Lots of parking for vehicles and golf carts. We had 4 vehicles and 4 golf carts that all fit under the house. Love that we could feel comfortable letting all the teenagers walk down to the boardwalk and beach as it was so close. Great, big front porch to visit on. Having washer and dryer was nice, especially with a lot of beach going.

Family Vacation
The house was perfect for our two family vacation. Plenty of space, everyone loved having so many bathrooms. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was great along with the large dining room table. Beach was an easy walk along with the restaurants and bars.
