Vicino a sci, piste ciclabili e molti ristoranti e negozi. Il condominio è di 542 piedi quadrati, ha ristrutturato l'intera unità del soggiorno, ha aggiornato il camino, sopra il camino una nuovissima TV a schermo piatto da 50 ', nuovi pavimenti in legno e ha un ventilatore a soffitto e tutti i nuovi mobili (il divano fa letto matrimoniale)! Le porte del patio conducono ad un ponte che ha una splendida vista sulle montagne. Anche la cucina è stata rifatta, nuovi elettrodomestici, nuovi ripiani, nuovi armadi in noce, nuovi pavimenti piastrellati e tutti i nuovi apparecchi di illuminazione (attraverso il condominio). La camera da letto ha anche nuovi pavimenti in legno, un nuovissimo letto king size, tutti i nuovi mobili e lenzuola, nuove lampade e la stessa magnifica vista dalla finestra della camera da letto della finestra del soggiorno dove svegliarsi! Il bagno ha un nuovo pavimento piastrellato, un nuovo rivestimento vasca da bagno in piastrelle, nuovi infissi, nuovo lavandino e vanità! Il complesso dispone di una piscina riscaldata e due vasche idromassaggio, ha una zona barbecue con due barbecue e mobili da giardino!

Great place/ clean, comfortable, nice pool. Primo location, walking distance from the resort/trails. Also, great access to biking and tubing as well as the cute downtown.

Very clean unit. Bed was very comfy as were the other furnishings in the unit. It was just the right size for 2 people to stay in Steamboat. Walking distance to the ski lifts/lodge. Parking was very convenient. Quiet area with no traffic or people noise in the evenings. We didn't do any cooking in the unit so can't comment about that. Hosts were very communicative before we arrived, giving us an easy time at arrival and departure. Overall, a great value for a great mountain resort town.

We loved our weekend away in Steamboat. This condo was close to town and just the right size. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. We had a small, minor issue that the owner took care of quickly and with good communication. Cute decor as well!

Great location! Great little condo! One minute walk to the purple line bus stop. About 7 minutes to the base. About 8 minutes back. Cozy condo/ great for a couple! Lots of cooking tools and pots and pans.

We stayed for 4 nights while skiing Steamboat. Perfect location, only a couple minute drive to the parking lot.
Bed was very comfy. We did use the hot tub once and was very nice. I assumed there was going to be ground coffee as description said coffee supplies. But there was none, that was easily fixed with a trip to Walmart, very close. For sure I would return to this condo!

Although we were enjoying downtown a lot, with the food and activities we didn’t use the kitchen much except for the coffee pot it seemed to have everything you would need to cook meals with. The bed was super comfortable which is number one priority for us.
It doesn’t have A/C but it was nice and cool outside , with the fans and outside air we were very comfortable. Location was great not far at all from downtown. We had an amazing long weekend and a cozy place to sleep and get ready for the next day! Thanks

Perfect for 1-4 people. Had everything we needed. Pool, hot tub, firepit and club house were awesome. Great price and super easy to get to town and around. The hiking around here at creekside trail and around the mountains was beautiful!

Very clean, good location, kitchen is well appointed. King size bed is nice and comfortable. Owner responds within minuets. Ride the free buss or walk up the hill 10 minuets to access the ski lifts. This condo is a good value for Steamboat.

We were looking for a nice place to rest, relax and recharge. The property provided all that! It was clean and convenient to main roads. The bed was comfortable. There is not air conditioning but there are quality ceiling fans in both the living area and bedroom and 2 box fans if needed. The ceilings were high as well so tall guests don’t need to worry about fans. We would stay again!

My husband and I enjoyed a quick get away into the mountains and this was a perfect place to stay. Cozy and clean. The weather was chillier than we had hoped for (coming from MN) but we still walked to the heated pool and hot tub in 26 degree temps and thoroughly enjoyed it.

We stayed over spring break. The condo was perfect for me, my husband and our 10 year old. It was equipped with everything we needed. It was close to the mountain. The pool and hot tubs were great! We would definitely stay there again!

Property was just as described, had everything we needed and was delightfully quiet and convenient for skiing! Super close to bus line to steamboat base area, and the hot tubs and pool were amazing. Very clean and well maintained - definitely one we’d stay at again when in steamboat! Thank you!

Location is 5 minutes away from Steamboat's free parking if you get up and move in the morning. You have a 5 minute walk once you park to get to the gondola. Condo is small but comfortable. Loved the fireplace and covered parking. Cooked most of our own meals and didn't get involved in the nightlife. Quiet location which we enjoyed and would not hesitate to come back.

The property was exactly as it looks in the pictures. All of the furniture was in good shape and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable which helps after some long days of skiing.

Nice unit for a family of four with 2 small children. Cozy unit on the first floor. We enjoyed the bus and stop was conveniently located right outside the building. Bit of a walk in cold to get to hot tubs but overall a great condo complex.

We had a wonderful trip. The location of the condo is fantastic in relationship to the mountain. It is definitely walkable, however, using the bus app will help figure out how close the purple line bus is to the stop right at the entrance to the condo complex. We did not have a chance to figure out how to use the evening shuttle, so we typically just walked to the Main bus center or called an Uber. We had two adults and two teenage girls. The pullout couch was as good as can be expected from a pull out couch. Hot tub and pool were used multiple times and really nice. We also used the laundry facilities and they were convienient. We would stay here again.
