Property was clean, quiet, and easy to get to.

PROS: I've stayed at this cute and clean studio before, but this time it was for a mother/daughter trip. The condo is in an excellent location on the ground floor, only a few minutes walk to the beach. It is an older unit, but the price and location are supreme. The decor is also adorable! Must try Yummies for breakfast and lunch! Cafe on the Beach is excellent for fried shrimp! CONS: However, it would help if there were more detailed instructions on locking/unlocking the door. In addition, both times I've come here they've forgotten to place a parking pass in my unit, so I had to call. I was told to catch the janitor passing by in the hallway and he could give me one. I wish there were a quicker solution, as I could be towed.

We really enjoyed this stay, I liked that we had access to fully equipped kitchen for cooking. It was very spacious for our big family of 6! Hope to stay here again

Needed dishtowels & wash cloths for kitchen ...& possibly another roll of toilet paper! Other than that id stay there again!

I had amazing time. The room was clean and easy to navigate. We had wrist bands to go swimming when we got there. Two tvs to watch in each room. Nice patio space and cooking utensils. I honestly think we had the best location right by the water park, beach and not too far from the other attractions! Thank you for this wonderful experience! She was fast and responsive!

Nice decor, mostly clean except for some dust on fans and kitchen lights. Comfortable for two people. Not far from beach. Quiet and not too far from restaurants, etc. Good price for off season.

The condo was just as described and reviewed - neat, clean, updated, great location and quiet! It's updated and modern, very comfortable beds and spacious shower. Very close to many restaurants and activities, and close access to free public transportation. The deck looks out to the parking lot, but it was quiet and not many cars during our stay. The hot tub was amazing, but we didn't use the regular pool since it's unheated. The beach is just a short walk away. It was everything we needed and wanted for our mother/daughter holiday getaway!

This condo was exactly as described. It was clean, had most cooking utensils, pans & pots. The bed was very comfortable which is often overlooked in most rentals. The on sight maintenance man was very helpful & informative about the property & surrounding area. The beach is very nice and just around the Holiday Inn. Everything on the Island is close so you don’t have to drive much. The bed linens and bath towels were there but no face cloth or kitchen towel. I’m glad I thought to bring them. Other than this it was fully stocked and comfy. On our last day the City turned off the water for some ‘main’ repairs so we were without water from 9-4. Inconvenient but not the owners fault.

I owed my daughter a fishing trip and we decided on the long weekend. The condo was a 2 minute drive to the docks. We could have walked if we wanted. The condo was clean, comfortable and had a nice balcony with Adirondack Chairs. It was a nice place to sit and sip my coffee before starting the day. The condo was a short walk to the beach. The beach access was shared with another building and hotel, but it was not an issue. You are also a 2 minute drive to Isla Blanca is you prefer the amenities there, but you can walk to the facilities from the beach. Parking was well marked and the condo was a few steps away from the parking lot. If you like to cook, you will need to bring your own salt, pepper and other spices. I didn’t see any there, but not a huge deal. Overall, my daughter and I had a great time and we did catch fish our last night out.

This place was a great choice. The condo was very clean. The only complaint was there was no iron but overall a great place to stay… it was very quiet also…

The condo was just like the pictures, clean and spacious. It's on the 1st floor and about 5 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

It was exactly what we needed for our little family. A short walk to the beach and to the pool. The only thing missing was sheets for the pull out bed, we ended up having to use the extra sheets from the other beds to use on the pull out. Other than that great experience.

Property was in a great location , manager communicated good with us and worked with us pretty good , Maintenance at property we’re Great as well and The Apartment was really nice to stay , Great Vacation here with my Family 👌🏽 10 out of 10 recommended

The condo was nicer in person then online. The location was great not a long walk to beach access. It had just about everything we needed to be able to cook and eat there. Very modern and updated and clean. My daughter and I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the island.

Great condo, perfect size for a couple. Everything was clean, quiet, very convenient to the beach and all SPI attractions. We're definitely planning to come back.

Good overall. Could have used some dish towels and dishcloths. Maybe some spices like salt and pepper. We cooked three meals in and we had most utensils and items to cook with! Blender was excellent. Close to pool and the beach. We will most likely be back.

Newly remodeled so very nice

This property worked very well for our 3 week stay in SPI! It was clean, kitchen well stocked except maybe a few more plates, can opener & extra kitchen towels. W & D were great to have in the unit. It would be an added bonus if an easy chair was added in LR. Couch not the most comfortable. Very fast owner response when we needed to turn on heat for a few days. Overall it was a great place for a wonderful winter vacation! Thank you for sharing it with us.

Location was great, close to beach, place was clean, great for families. Kitchen well equipped, safe, quiet. Host was very nice, accommodating and responsive. We will be back 😊

Great little property. Friendly people in the building. Perfect for a couple for a 2 week get away. Things that I would add, hooks in the bathroom, and screens on the the windows. Would recommend this property to friends and family. Thanks for the great stay.

The condo was very comfortable and clean. The owners responded very quickly to my few questions via email. The condo is first floor, so its good if you or your family are senior citizens. It's a short walk to beach. I would stay here again.

Condo was nicely decorated, and the beach was a short walk away, down a sidewalk. No walking down a street, which was great with kids! We enjoyed the restaurant on the beach at the hotel in front of it. We were very happy with our stay!
