Everything about the house and hospitality from Fanny and Marley was so special. We rented the house for my wedding weekend in Sparta and couldn’t have been better for my husband and I to share with our friends from out of town. The pool is amazing and it’s SO spacious and well stocked. The home is very comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. We also had the shuttle bus pick us up/drop us off with no issues. Fanny and Marley are so responsive and we’re such a help too leading up to the weekend. They informed us we can rent the adjacent house which we did for the guys to stay. There is a gate adjoining the property which made it even more spacious and great for everyone in the wedding party and out of town friends. Absolutely worth the price. We all enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much again for helping us make the weekend so memorable.

Our entire immediate family was able to come together and stay for the weekend for my husband’s birthday. We had an amazing time. The property and home is gorgeous, had something for everyone to do. We hired a private chef for dinner on Saturday. I absolutely love love, love the property and will definitely be coming back.

I visited this property with a group of family and a few friends. The place was exactly what we imagined and exactly what we'd hoped for! The location was amazing as it was located right near golf and other activities. The hosts were very accommodating and very responsive. I have only good things to say!! Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here, this time to gather friends and family for our wedding at Minerals Hotel. It was convenient and easy to check-in with very quick communication from the owners. The house is stunning and a great place to start and end the day, or just stay and relax all day by the pool. The house is clean and very accurate to the photos. We can’t wait to come back here and HIGHLY recommend!!!

Our adult children and two grandsons stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. The house is everything that was described in the listing.
The only shortfall ( if I’m going to nitpick) is that there was only a single roll of paper towel for the whole weekend with a house full of 10 adults. Also some of the light switches didn’t work and very few were labeled so we were guessing what worked what.

A perfect recreational compound for family & friends! We loved the tennis court, swim spa & salt water pool! The home being located within the resort was a bonus for additional amenities such as the award winning spa, restaurant & gated security. We attended a private golf camp & then played on several spectacular golf courses in the local area. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

I recently stopped drinking so I wanted the VRBO to be the entertainment on my bachelorette weekend. This place did not disappoint. the house and land are beautiful there is so much to do and everyone was incredibly comfortable. 10/10 recommend to anyone considering booking. It was the best weekend.

The house was beautiful and everything we could have asked for in the property. It was exactly what was represented in the photos and perfect for 16 people. With that being said, the communications from the property management were inconsistent which detracted from our overall experience. Half the communications we received stated the check-in time was 3 pm, while half of them said it was 4 pm. We were staying in this house with a bunch of friends from out-of-town for our wedding weekend. We had communicated a 3 pm check-in time to our friends, but found out the day of that they would not be able to let us and our guests in before 4 pm. Our friends got there at 3 pm and were kept waiting, so would have been nice to have some flexibility here. Also, we had requested a one hour later check-out time than 10 am, which the manager agreed to. But then at 1030 am on the check-out day, the manager sends a text stating that check-out is 10:00am and that they are unable to accomodate a late departure; it was a bit of a downer on our wedding weekend and we feel like they could have been flexible considering our previous agreement on a one hour later checkout time. Just dissapointed with the inconsistency in communication. But overall, the property is amazing. We spend a lot of time at the pool and tennis courts and had 0 complaints.

What a wonderful Oasis. Our Family Enjoyed the beautiful property. It is so much nicer then the pictures can show. The property has a perfectly balanced and maintained salt water Pool and Jacuzzi, as well speakers with Sonos throughout the property for your enjoyment. The host was very responsive pleasant and helpful. I imagine we will be back for Seconds....

Perfect house
I've been to many share houses in the area, and this is by far my favorite. It has plenty of room for everyone to sleep and ample space to hang out inside and out. Hope to be able to stay at this house again soon.

Made some fine memories…
Very adequate house and surroundings to suit our group of 12 for a three day family celebration. Particularly enjoyed the pool, abundance of kids’ toys, and tennis/basketball court. Fire pit was used, grill was used and the house was filled with laughter and singing. Very responsive hosts. Loved the dining room table which could accommodate all of us. Wished we’d had placemats and cloth napkins to use. Sound system was excellent. Kitchen drawers were not very clean. Wished beds had been made with top sheets but after the first night, we found those in laundry room cupboard.

Great weekend getaway from Manhattan
This property was beyond easy to get to from NYC and felt like a private serene vacation. The house was spacious and provided enough room for 18 adults. The house itself was in good condition, comfy beds, and easy to use appliances. Marley the property manager was also very easy to get in touch with and attentive at resolving any questions we had about the house. 10/10 would recommend any group of friends or family to come and stay here.

Great place for a family vacation. We had 16 people ages ranging from 2 to 67 and everyone had a great time. We all loved the pool and the privacy. Enjoyed the house and wildlife. The owners made renting this property very easy & were very accessible. Would stay there again.

Beautiful house but needs some TLC
The pool and outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and playing. The pool was a great size for all 18 of us. The fire pit and supplied wood was great for s’mores in the evening. Just 10 minutes away were lots of activities like hiking routes on the Appalachian trail, horse back riding, a great grocery store and batting cages. Although we spent most of the time just staying on the property.
The loft was a fantastic space for our 9 kids to play, watch movies, and sleep together.
We had a lovely week overall, but the house is starting to show its wear as a rental property. Some organization and cleaning of the kitchen cabinets and appliances and labeling of the light switches would be very helpful.

Wonderful multigenerational family holiday!
This property was just how it was described and pictured in VRBO. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The bedrooms and living space easily accommodated our group of 10. The large dining room table allowed us all to gather together for meals. Our age range was 6-74 and we all found plenty to do without leaving the property. We spent hours daily in the pool and hot tub and in the evening played tennis, basketball, s'mores by the fire pit and lots of indoor games.

Great escape close to NYC
This was an ideal place to stay with a group of families. The house was well equipped to enjoy indoor and outdoor entertainment. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed local hiking and golfing as well. Very close to grocery stores as well so it is easy to buy supplies locally.
The house was very clean and furnished very well. The house could use more pots, pans and baking sheets, given the number of guests. The two dishwashers was a big plus. We would have preferred a gas grill to charcoal, but this is well documented so I can’t complain.
An ideal place to stay with beautiful views.

A Magical Oasis in New Jersey
Overall, this was a fantastic property - the online description and photos were extremely accurate. This place is perfect for a close friends or family gathering, especially if you're looking for an all-in-one. The property has everything so you don't need to go anywhere. The only disappointing thing that happened during our stay was that we received a call from the property managers early Saturday evening saying that they'd received noise complaints from the community and that the security staff when you enter the community was concerned about the number of people we had coming to the property. This was troubling mainly because we did not violate any rules, only had guests come who were staying at the house with us and were well within the number of allowed house guests. Additionally, it was an extremely hot day and we were using the pool and had the outside speakers on at a relatively low volume. It did dampen the mood initially, but I will say that the property manager who initially called me was very responsive and apologetic. She was just doing her job but made sure to push back and helped rectify the situation so that we could enjoy the remainder of our time there. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, clean & modern home with all the amenities you could imagine - great for a family or close friends gathering. I would definitely come back.

Local mountain gem
We stayed at this gorgeous house twice in the last month. After our first visit, we loved it so much that we rescheduled for a second visit! We have young children (8,6,2) and this house was perfectly setup for an easy kid-friendly vacation. There are so many hands-on toys, our girls had a blast. Plus the ease of skiing. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great bday weekend!
We had a group of our closest friends come together to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. The place was perfect for our needs, everyone had a bed and a bathroom, the pool was still open and heated and the fire pit and tennis court were great places to hang out and have fun. Wonderful Stay
We had a great experience at the property. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and and all of the pots pans and utensils we needed. The Sonos system was great for listening to music inside and outside and even on the tennis/basketball court. The pool was better than we could imagine, perfect temp, clean, and the perfect size. The location of this house is just beautiful. Wonderful views. We would love to return in the winter for skiing.

Franny and Marley were amazing host! They were extremely attentive and responsive with any question I had (and I had a lot). The house is beautiful and has everything you will need. Their kitchen is fully equipped and bathrooms have everything you need. I would highly recommend this house. We will stay here again!

Great rental house - we'll be back!
We really enjoyed our relaxing stay here, one of the best rental properties we've ever stayed at (and we've rented quite a few)! Overall, the house was very clean and organized, with a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need (and more!) to cook elaborate meals including two dishwashers and some basic spices and cooking oils. The beds/bedrooms were all very comfortable. The property manager was extremely proactive and responsive in her communication - again, one of the best experiences we've ever had with a manager.
There were a few items throughout the house that were broken/not working well, but the ones that mattered to us were promptly resolved upon alerting the property manager.
We plan on returning to this house again in the future! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!
