Effort has been made to style it more modernly and the vibe is very relaxed. Staff were very friendly and gave us a parting gift. Rooftop breakfast was a nice area and lots of food provided. Flexible with late checkout (charged).

Wi-Fi was a little confusing, many different ones and would drop out depending on if you moved around. Curtains are hung wrong and meant that you couldn’t actually have complete privacy. Bed sheets are not white and were navy blue. This is a big no-no for me as then I can’t tell if things are clean. The duvet/blanket also didn’t have a cover; this means they either wash and dry the whole duvet after every guest which doesn’t give much turnaround… or they don’t. Maybe they do and I do apologise if that is the case, but it seems unlikely and made me feel a little uneasy. Now my biggest issue: they helped arrange airport transport for us. We believe it was a friend/family member of them. This was fine with us. However, once we got in the car, we were surprised by the drivers unfamiliarity with the car. He had clearly never driven it before and didn’t know where things were, we were patient. Then when he started driving we realised something wasn’t right when he couldn’t understand that he needed to put a seatbelt on for the seatbelt alarm to stop going. He proceeded to ignore it despite me trying to gesture that he just needs to put his seatbelt on. Eventually the alarm stopped so we dropped it. Then his driving was very slow and traffic was building up behind us. He also tried to turn the fan higher but instead turned to temperature to 30 degrees making the car sweltering hot.. from the back we could see it said 30 and before I could reach and fix it he decided to shut down the air con entirely. When we got to the busier roads towards the airport he was constantly driving across two lanes. He dropped us at the international terminal when we requested domestic, once we asked him to take us there he couldn’t work out the way and literally stopped in the road trying to look at signs. We decided it was better for us to work it out ourselves and get him to drop us back at international, he clearly had no idea how to do it.

The staff were super lovely and helpful and the location is perfect for popping to the beach (which is did several times a day). The room itself is also excellent and has everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

Included breakfast is good. Staff are super sweet and very helpful. Great location and friendly neighbourhood. Thoughtful additions such as beach towels, water and lounge/outdoor furniture.

Wifi dropped out a bit in the room although decent reception up in the dining area/outside in general.

That was an amazing experience! Very friendly and helpful stuff with customer-oriented attitude. Very close to the ocean. Nice area with lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet inside area. Very nice decoration and all you need for comfortable stay: beds, kitchen with microwave, cooking pan and all dishes, water and napkins, tea and coffee.

There are no windows outside, only inside the inner little area where all other 4 rooms are also looking at.

Super cozy and comfortable accommodation!

Only thing missing is a pool ;)

1. The hotel is not "beach front" as specified by the listing. 2. No one was there for either check in or check out, we had to figure out how to find our room on our own. 3. Supposedly breakfast was included, but it was no where to be found.

breakfast was made to order, they catered for my partner that is vegetarian and it was great. They've also arranged transportation to different parts of the island for us. Overall it was a great experience

The Momento’s staff (4 lovely women) were really amazing and helpful Bedrooms are quite and relaxing 2 minutes walking to Bangtao beach Close to Catch Beach Club with an amazing fire show, at least during Songkran

If you wanna go anywhere, even to Boar Avenue (where you have most of the restaurants and bangtao life) if are too dependent of taxi or any kind of transport Breakfast was my biggest deception

A wonderful place to stay, hidden away in the bustle of Bangtao. Short walk to the beach. They served a wonderful breakfast. The staff were wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

The only downside was that there was not swimming pool.

stylish and clean hotel. our room had all the facilities including kitchen, separate bedroom and even small living room. They gave us many towels, it’s rare thing in not expensive hotels in Thailand.

Great location by the beach, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, nice setting for communal areas, quiet at night for good sleep

Gorgeous place! friendly staff, rooms extremely clean, very beautiful small territory! Wi-Fi works very good, there are everything for living, it’s comfortable to stay for a long term! I’m in love with this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Momento and we were pleastenly surprised by the level and quality of service offered by the staff. Did our laundry for free and clean our room to a high standard.

Very close to the beach and a lot of really good restaurants!

Internet went in and out a couple times but was otherwise very good!

The hotel is just 2mins from Bangtao Beach and close to a lot of restaurants and also a 7eleven. The owner was always available for info and suggestions about where to go and what to do. The cleaning services in the room were stunning and included fresh beach towels daily.

unfortunately we were only there for about 24 hours, but were made to feel very welcome, and given great advice on where to go for the afternoon and where to see the new year in. great rooms, with everything we needed. ❤️
