Casa 7 camere da letto con 3 camere matrimoniali (letti king size) 1 ° piano Cucina (senza piano cottura) soggiorno. 2 camere da letto 1 con Queen e 1 con una cuccetta centrale in pyra e 1 bagno completo. 2 ° piano 4 camere da letto. 2 padroni con i re, 1 camera con 2 gemelli, 1 con una cuccetta a piramide e un bagno extra. Grande sala al 3 ° piano con 2 posti a sedere, la sala da sole ha una bella vista sull'oceano. Tavolo da pranzo è di 8 piedi e dispone di 10 sedie. Grande cucina con isola di 7 piedi. Mezzo bagno . Camera matrimoniale con vasca da bagno e una grande doccia piastrellata. The house was amazing but just a few suggestions. Check the comforters/mattress pads/pillows for stains. Doesn’t look appealing when they are stained. Also the welcome book was not easy to find and didn’t seem like it had updated information. The house was in a great location and all of my friends enjoyed the house.

The house was very large and fit 3 families with 6 kids well. It was walking distance to the beach and several restaurants which put it in an ideal location. The host was very responsive to communication and allowed us to check in early as well as check out late as there were not other people rushing to get in.

We rented this home for a 70th birthday celebration for my father. This house was perfect for 2 small families, 2 single people and a couple - with rooms to spare. The location is perfect: walking distance to the beach and all the things downtown Bethany has to offer.
We loved that there were so many en-suite sleeping arrangements but there was still so much shared space for us all to gather and most importantly share meals together at one large table.
We had a great time and the owners were very responsive and flexible with check in and check out.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home for our girls getaway for the second year in a row. It’s clean, nicely furnished, and well-equipped. Within east walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Our stay at Campbell Place in Bethany beach was Fabulous. The house was spotless and well maintained. They had everything you could want for a a family gathering of 12 in their well stocked kitchen. We were within easy walking distance to boardwalk , restaurants , and play ground . We were very comfortable in this lovely beach house . Thanks for a great time enjoying our family !

I cannot decide what was the best part of our most recent trip to Bethany. The house it self, the amazing location or the perfect communication with our host. The house itself is impeccably clean, fantastic condition and really spacious. The location is a block to the beach and less than a block to the main restaurant row. The communication and the friendliness of the host was the icing on the cake. We hope to stay there again !!

The house was beautiful! We had seven adults, two teens and three toddlers, and there was plenty of space for all of us (with room to spare!) We were walking distance from shops and restaurants, and across the street from the playground which was a big plus for the kids. Definitely recommend!

This place was beautiful, clean, wonderfully located and just about perfect for us! We walked to restaurants, shopping, boardwalk and even the beach in April! The house slept 18 of us comfortably and we loved the openness of the upstairs living area and kitchen. The only thing we needed (or would like to have there) is a working Keurig and full size mirrors. Orherwise it was perfect!

What a wonderful house! The amenities and location were perfect for our annual retreat of women friends. Having so many bedrooms and spacious gathering spaces allowed for everyone to have time together, and also provided privacy when wanted. Everything was spotless and the kitchen is very well supplied. And being able to see the ocean out the window was magnificent. Frank was very helpful and made the check-in and -out process seamless. Highly recommend, and we'll be back.

The host was super accommodating and communicative with us. The house was just like pictures and the location was perfect. Recommend staying here and will be looking to book again next year here.

Gorgeous house and great location. We were in town in mid-April for a long weekend; just needed to get away for a few days. This house is a block from the beach and the center of town. Our kids could walk around the corner to the center of town to get ice cream, shop, go to the arcade etc. They could also go for a bike ride around town whenever they wanted. Bethany Beach is a great base camp location for short trips to Rehoboth, Ocean City and Assateague. We highly recommend this house, the owner and Bethany Beach for a
family with kids.

My family and I were looking to get away for a week at the end of September. We could not have asked for a more beautiful home. The house was clean, very well stocked and in an excellent location in town. The property manager was great and very responsive to any and all questions that we had. We cannot wait to return!
