AGGIORNAMENTO 13/03/20: Il nostro edificio e la nostra piccola città sono stati devastati dall'uragano Michael 10/10/18. L'edificio del Surfside è stato gravemente danneggiato e il tetto è stato rimosso per 2/3. La maggior parte delle case vicino a noi sono state o abbattute o lavate via. Il 100% dei nostri edifici è stato distrutto o danneggiato. L'80% era inabitabile. Ho lasciato questo sito in modo che gli ospiti precedenti / nuovi ospiti possano controllare per vedere quando l'edificio / il nostro condominio saranno abitabili. Ho amici con una casa ristrutturata in affitto tra poche settimane, quindi contattami per quelle informazioni. La nostra spiaggia è incontaminata dopo essere stata setacciata per detriti, dune ricostruite con erba marina ripiantata e fiorente. Le nuove recinzioni e passerelle sono complete, le immagini sotto alla fine. Vivo qui e le spiagge sono molto private in questo momento, anche se gli ospiti di Spring Break sono arrivati. I lavori di riabilitazione nel nostro edificio sono appena iniziati a dicembre 2019. Dal 1 ° febbraio 2020 ora abbiamo un tetto! Ci sono edifici condominiali e case che stanno tornando online per essere affittati. Purtroppo il nostro condominio non sarà affittabile fino a circa 3/2021. Edificio costruito 13 anni fa. Questo condominio presenta arredi nuovi e una zona giorno principale dipinta di fresco. Grande terrazza con grandi sedie sopraelevate con vista sul golfo. Comodi materassi su entrambi i letti e materasso memory foam sul divano letto. Zona meravigliosa in Mexico Beach, facile da raggiungere a piedi tutto. Cucina completamente arredata con extra come crockpot e frullatore per cocktail. Teli / sedie da spiaggia per la spiaggia. Adorerai questo posto!
PROCEDURE DI CHECK-OUT:
1. Check out entro e non oltre le 9:00 (le pulizie iniziano alle 9:00).
2. Caricare e avviare la lavastoviglie. UTILIZZARE SOLO SAPONE PER LAVASTOVIGLIE
3. Si prega di lavare e asciugare gli asciugamani da spiaggia e da bagno prima della partenza.
4. Svuota il frigorifero (scarta il cibo) e per favore porta fuori la spazzatura (sono scivoli della spazzatura
situato sia ad est che ad ovest dell'unità da ascensori).
5. Rimuovere le lenzuola usate dal letto principale.
6. Rimuovere le lenzuola usate dal divano letto.
7. Rimuovere le lenzuola usate dai letti a castello.
8. Si prega di non dimenticare di lasciare tutti i cinturini da polso del resort (ci sarà un addebito di
$ 10. 00 per ogni tag resort / pool non restituito).
9. Si prega di chiudere la porta scorrevole del balcone e bloccare la porta d'ingresso.

The condo was clean and well laid out. It's an inviting and comfy place to stay. Beach chairs and towels are provided and they're in good condition. The location was perfect-easy to find, great view and just a few steps to the beach. It's a quiet, friendly and safe spot for a family vacation.
The pool is small but our tweens enjoyed it anyway.
A couple of caveats about the area: there's not a larger grocery store for 20 minutes but there is a small market. One shop owner did say that they'll have another market by next year. There are not a ton of eating options, but we were also told that more sit down restaurants will be available in the year to come.

We loved the Condo! Super nice and very clean!! Beautiful beach, not crowded. Not a lot of places to eat, so come prepared! Only complaint would be the noise of construction worker's blasting their music!!! Other than that, beautiful location!

We only had a short time to go to the beach and we were pleasantly surprised to find such a perfect place to stay on such short notice. The condo is very nice and right on the beach. The owners were extremely helpful to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Mexico Beach. I highly recommend staying here.

We arrived early and property was clean so we were allowed to check in. The parking is under the building so car was shaded the whole trip. Easy access to beach and a short walk to a general store. Condo was clean and the communication with property manager was easy!

The view from this condo is absolutely beautiful! My husband and I only stayed for 3 nights but I will definitely book this condo again. Everything was perfect! And Ethann, the host, was absolutely amazing!!

Could use some extras as a hook in the bathroom. The beach chairs are worn out need to be replaced and there was no umbrella as indicated in the listing. We had to rent beach chais and a cabana.

Mexico beach is such a wonderful community. The condo we stayed in was perfect. We sat out on the balcony and could see the ocean and we were but a few steps away. The condo had everything we needed from a washer and dryer to our king size bed and huge shower in the master bath. Ethann was the perfect host, only a phone call away. Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The location is amazing! We’ve been coming to Mexico Beach for 15 years but haven’t been back since 2015. This location is perfect and right by all our favorite things….you can see the beach from your balcony, it’s walking distance from the Shell Shack, and a quick drive to Mango Marleys!
The property was spotless and beautiful! Had everything we needed. The owner was amazing and so communicative. We even got to meet her and her lovely dog in person, which was so fun.
I would 100% book this again!

The property was in a great location and the beach only a few steps away. The condo decorations were updated and clean. It was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures, but there ended up being plenty of space for us. We would definitely rent again!!

From start to finish a very pleasant experience. Everything was neat and clean. Communication was superb. Loved the view-right on the beach! Would love to do it again.

The property is newly remodeled and right on the beach. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The sand was so soft and white that we just loved being on the beach. If you are looking for a quite place to relax from the fast pace of life, this is the place to do it. It is not a busy area at all and has a few dining options in town. Panama City is a 1/2 hour drive and has lots of stuff to do which we took advantage of when it rained.
