This property was perfect for our weekend family getaway. Check-in was a breeze. The host was awesome. The house was perfect for our multigenerational family. The open living room, kitchen and dining area was great for hanging out together. But there was also plenty of room to spread out. We traveled with our 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren ages 8-16. The condo and the Margaritaville Resort had plenty to keep us all entertained. I appreciated the entry, main living areas, and one of the bedrooms were on one level as my arthritis makes stairs a challenge. The grandkids enjoyed the indoor waterpark at the resort, while grandma relaxed in the hot tub on the private deck with a view of the lake. The location is great for all the fun things the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer, but there also is plenty to do around the resort. I would definitely recommend! We will be checking in on this property as well as host Kathleen Garcia’s other property on the lake for our next visit.

Not only is the property beautiful and clean but when I contacted the owner because we got lost in the resort she was so happy to help us. We will definitely be back!

No complaints at all about the place. The bed was comfortable as well. We were not there long, so there is not a lot to say except it delivered in every way we wanted and is much larger than it seems. The one thing I would say is that it is not super easy to get to, but the owner went above and beyond to get me there and I can't say enough nice things about their effort to ensure a nice stay.

This home has tons of potential, but may need some updating. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything worked as it should. Our group had a great time and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and visit comfortably.

We had 10 adults in our group, there was plenty of room in the house for all of us plus some. We did have a few issues but we were able to reach out to the host and get them taken care of fairly quickly. The parking wasn’t wonderful, but we were able to make it work. House to close to the strip where we spent a lot of our time.

My family and friends had a great time, the home was perfect for what we needed. The hot tub and family sun-room was a plus. Though we did not barbeque bcs it was raining but the grill was available for our use. The kids had a great time at the pool. The place is really homey and lovely. I will diffinately rent again.

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for a large group. Kitchen was fairly small and was crowded at times. Maintaining comfortable temps in all rooms was tricky but the 95-100 degree temperatures did not help. It was a bummer that the Margharitaville water park is only open Fri-Sun and the 9 hole golf course was closed while we were there.

We loved our stay at this house and enjoyed using the amenities in the estates and at Margaritaville. The main living areas are beautifully updated and we enjoyed all of the space to spread out with our group.

We had a wondeful time using all that margueritaville had to offer. This home in the eastates reminded us up where we used to stay when we took our young children and now are introducing our grandchildren. The host was wondeful, accommodating and quick response.
We had a wonderful Fourth of July topped off with a fantastic fireworks display!

We had a group of 10 family members and there was room for all. Great Location and near all the lake has to offer. Tan Tara is very relaxed and felt private.

Kathleen was great to work with and very responsive. Check in was very easy. The Keurig was not working but was replaced within hours. I feel that was way above and beyond for a property owner.
We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house. The layout is great for bigger groups. We had our 2 sons and their wives with there children ranging in age from newborn to 5 years old as well as 2 teenagers for a total of 13.
The only downfalls to the home was the lack of a shower in the master bedroom and the air conditioner in the master bedroom needs cleaned. Overall the house is great and well supplied. I would go back for sure and highly recommend the property.

We are a group of senior golfers who thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was well supplied to meet our needs; the location was great for getting to golf courses and restaurants; there was a hot tube for post golf relaxation. The four bedrooms with four adjoining bathrooms gave each couple all the privacy they wanted. The shared areas were large enough for all of us to gather together. All in all, a great getaway.

We love the Lake and this was the perfect spot for all ages. Mom turned 81 on Easter Sunday and wanted to share her special day with family from all over Missouri. We came from KC and her grands and greats came from STL. She was so happy, she stayed up late playing and singing karaoke every night. Thank you Ms. Garcia for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

This was a great house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom had a balcony to enjoy the lake view and weather. Easy checkin and communication with Kathleen. Thanks for the great stay :)

Group of 16 all ages (4 families). House worked great for us. Worked well having so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Enjoyed the hot tub and access to so many amenities. Kathleen was very responsive.

We wanted to go Jolly Mon waterpark, so the location of the house was perfect. Having 4 bedrooms (each with a bathroom) worked great for 2 families (2 couples, 2 little girls and 2 little boys). We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evenings. Property manager was quick to respond to my messages before, during, and after our stay. Would definitely stay again if we go back to the area.

We had a family Christmas here and with bedrooms on different levels it was great for noise issues with small children. Wonderful time, highly recommend. I understand it is under new ownership and renovations have started to make it even nicer!

It was exactly what we needed for a large family vacation. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels and toiletries, and check-in/check-out was easy. The manager was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! We were able to do some crafting, watch some tv, relax and enjoy catching up. The house had plenty of rooms and was very comfortable for all of us. The location is great close to shopping and restaurants

Kathleen was ‘Johnny on the Spot’ for coordination, prep, check-in, stay and departure. The property is secluded but a short drive to all of our needs. Kitchen is a one person operation but the bedrooms are enormous (especially with one person occupancy) and have own private bath. When you’re over 60 it’s nice to have that privacy. Owners are working on updating but house is fully functional. Did I mention they have a hot tub? Overall, very nice.

This property was perfect for our girls’ trip! It had four bedroom suites with private balconies. Had plenty of parking and quiet location in a beautiful wooded area. Had a well stocked kitchen, and the host was very quick to respond to our requests. Would definitely stay again.

The minute we arrived the ceiling was leaking from air conditioner. The bathroom in lower level no water. Coffee pot was broke leaked coffee every. Had a storm Monday night and the ceiling in the kitchen - living room was leaking had to put trash cans to catch it. No outside porch light, not good with small children, had to use phone flashlight. The cushions on the outside chairs were stained and dirty. Sliding door leading outside did not close and did not slide very well had to use an adult. Pool codes were not accurate. No shower in the bathroom upstairs. There were tacks in the steps from the lower level, boys cut foot. The TV in the lower level did not work. The view of the lake was misleading.
