La spaziosa unità T302 si trova nel centro della spiaggia di Siesta a Siesta Key. La spiaggia privata è a pochi passi dall'unità ed è gestita quotidianamente dal nostro staff di Sarasota Surf e Racquet Club.
L'unità completamente arredata è di circa 1500 piedi quadrati e completamente arredata. I servizi di pulizia, lenzuola e asciugamani (cambio due volte a settimana) sono inclusi. Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto 46 'con un DVD e videoregistratore. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e una TV a schermo piatto da 40 pollici. Great location just a few minutes from siesta Key Beach. The condo had everything we needed, And the host and the condo staff very friendly

We had an amazing time in this rental. The location is perfect and the beach was awesome. The Gulf was warm and our drinks were cool. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here with our family and other family at the same property. They thought our unit was by far the beast! Large, clean and well supplied!

The property was beautiful and larger than expected. The lenai had a great view of the beach that we enjoyed each morning as we ate our breakfast. Our kids were on one side of the condo and we were on the other side. Felt like we had privacy. We enjoyed having access to beach chairs for free. We used the beach grill one night. It takes charcoal, so we had to buy supplies for that. Highly recommend.

We hadca great time! The location is perfect. We loved the condo. Had everything we needed. The private beach worked out great. They put out beach chairs and umbrellas every day. The pools were clean. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. And the beds were comfortable. The host checked in on us because the weather was a bit iffy but typical florida weather. It rains and it clears up. I will definitely book again.

Our family had a wonderful trip and great stay…just steps away from the beach! The condo was perfect! It was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and wanted. The beach was beautiful with lounge chairs provided. The property was well maintained with friendly staff and close to shops and restaurants. Our host, Jim, was great to work with. He was quick to respond and very helpful with information in advance of our arrival and upon our departure. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Enjoyed our stay; great location; great check-in process. Place was clean and absolutely loved the big round table. Five sisters on a sisters' weekend in Siesta Key. Would recommend this place, but the only drawback would be the double beds are too small for two adults. I would say four adults would be the maximum for comfortable accommodations.

Great accommodations and location. Beach is beautiful and beach staff highly responsive. Unit is spacious, clean and inviting. We were not aware laundry was not in the unit and use required a pre-paid card issued by the office. Our sons had difficulty with their keycard after hours, and when they contacted security the service informed them that the problem would need to resolved by the VRBO we booked through.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. It’s been two months and my three year old son keeps talking about how much he misses the condo. Along with the condo being clean, the private beach area, friendly staff, the pool, the view from the condo, and location I give this condo a 5 out of 5 stars. I will be booking this same condo again toward the end of the year I loved it so much.

The condo is very nice except for the living room furniture. Very old leather reclining loveseat, can’t close once you recline. And can’t seat on leather sectional, you fall through. Need to e replaced. The rest of the furniture was great. Condo is also in need of trim paint job. Looks bad, neglected. The ice maker hardly works, so we had to buy ice. Many great things. Huge closets in both bedrooms. Loved the master bath with a separate sink and sit-down vanity outside the bathroom! Nice view from lanai, partly ocean. Great location. Great security around the clock with security guard on duty. Nice family place, nice resort. Loved it and had a great time. Would highly recommend condo and resort. Would rent again!

This property was the perfect location on the perfect beach. Close enough to everything but quiet too. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable. Jim was prompt in responding to any questions. We can’t wait to return.

A nice clean two-bedroom condo located on the convenient 3rd floor with partial ocean view. Property is located on probably one of the best sections of Siesta Key's 3 mile-long beach. Walking distance to Siesta Key Village either along the beach or sidewalk (about 2 miles). Free trollies are also available. Plenty of fun restaurants to choose from in this vibrant island town. The rental unit is on property that offers 2 pools, 4 palm tree lined Pickleball courts, and two tennis courts. We appreciated the on-site security that watched over the private beach and grounds. Lounge/ chair/beach umbrella service was top notch. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Would definitely stay here again!

This property is easily the most beautiful VRBO we've ever stayed in. The pictures were very accurate. The rooms were very well laid out, spacious and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The complex is beautiful. The staff is very friendly, responsive and helpful. You must book early because it fills up very quickly.

My family and I had a phenomenal time at Jim’s condo, the location in Siesta Key is ideal and the condo and grounds are impeccable! We enjoyed taking long walks on the beach and taking a dips in the pool. Jim was very easy to reach with any issues and the check-in and check-out process was very seamless. We found the condo to be very well furnished. We will definitely consider staying here again if we find ourselves in the Siesta Key area.

The Laundry situation needs improvement , cant believe that each unit does not have individal laundry hook- ups ... one washer in the hall on each level is so 70 s ....other wise nice location .....

Apartment is in a great location for a family vacation on our trip the Red Tide however did make use of the beach a little less attractive with so many dead fish on the tide line. The apartment is in need of some much-needed maintenance work plus cutlery and crockery need replacing to cater for the apartment capacity. Furniture is tired and would benefit from an up grade package.

We were a little disappointed. The condo was a little dated and not quite as the picture on VRBO depicted. However, it was comfortable and the location was excellent. There was a distinct musty odor which did not dissipate until windows were opened when the weather turned cooler. The owner was delightful and very accommodating and responsive.

First off, Jim is quick to respond with any question and so thorough with all details of the condo. Enjoyed working with him! Now for the meat. The condo is HUGE we have stayed at other condos on SKB and by far this was the best. Our kids had plenty of room to lounge and we didn’t feel like we were living on top of one another. The condo is clean, well equipped, and centrally located for easy access. Pool is large and over looks the beach/ocean. All in all we will be back and would be more than happy to book with Jim. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at this well kept property. Right on a well maintained beach with pool area. The unit itself was exactly as described. We did have an issue with a broken smoke detector not being fixed and an issue getting soap that was supposed to be supplied but those very very minor inconveniences and I would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I had a lovely time at Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club. Our condo was spacious and very clean. It was equipped with everything we needed! Would definitely stay there again! Jim, the owner, was very gracious and communication was great when we had questions.

Not our first time visiting Gulf and Racquet Club but definitely the best experience. Jim the owner was extremely helpful and his availability for
any questions was beyond exemplary. The cleanliness of the unit, the size of the bedrooms larger than other unit we’ve stayed 2/2 as well. We would definitely be back and will not book anyone else than Jim. Thank you for making this a very memorable Labor Day Weekend!

This was our first time visiting Siesta Key, and we loved it! We plan to come back as often as possible. The Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club was a really nice location, central of almost everything you would want to see. The free ride system made it so we didn't need a rental car. We were able to get where we wanted to go quickly and only had to tip the drivers. They even came to pick us up at the office so we didn't need to walk out to the main road. The unit itself was very large and clean. It had a nice view of the ocean from the lanai. It was so close to both pools and the beach. Beach chairs/lounges were complimentary and between 8am-1pm, we could also rent an umbrella. Bring your own beach towels!

We frequent Siesta Key with family and have stayed in many different units in this complex over the years. Clean, comfortable, safe, and the units are well-appointed.

Great amenities just a short trolley ride or bike ride from the village. Beautiful beach and great condo with a view of the ocean. Will definitely be back!
