The apartment was clean, room - spacious, location - good, few minutes of walk from train station and historical centre. There was also some products for breakfast like coffee, sweet croissants, cupcakes, yoghurts, rusks, jam etc.

The host was flexible with his schedule to arrange access to the property. Host provided a generous amount of breakfast/snack items and drink. Close to train station - less than 5 minute walk. The area felt safe, even when I returned late in the evening.

The shower fixture failed on its first use. Resorted to taking a bath but upon draining the tub, the floor flooded thru the in floor clean out. I minimized the drain rate and problem solved. No air conditioning to temper the humidity but I’m likely being a bit of an imperialistic American. Address posted at time of booking indicated in the heart of old town, 1 minute walk from Castle Orsini-Odescalchi; however, the actual location was west of the train station - discovered after booking confirmation received. Location issue easily corrected but would likely impact occupancy rate. If I knew the actual address, I would have selected a different location.

The flat is big and very clean. Everything what I needed was there - hairdryer, equipped kitchen... The owners are very nice people, there was no problem in communication. For example to buy gluten free breakfast for me.

The flat is little bit colder. It is good to have warm pyjamas. :)

Perfect location with easy parking plus great welcome even after 10pm check-in. Salvatore and Luciana were so incredibly lovely, couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable. Spotless great apartment with everything we needed, great coffeemaker and we just wished that we could have stayed longer - we hope to return!
