Balcon ? Quel balcon ? Ah, la porte coulissante qui s'ouvre sur une barrière. Pour le coup, il y en avait deux. Salle de bain minuscule. Débit de la douche minimum (et pour cause ...) Coin repas ? Ah le canapé avec la table basse. Petit déjeuner dans un semblant de cuisine à la propreté douteuse. Choix entre oeufs brouillés avec toast, ou oeufs au plat ... avec toast. ( En plein Nouvel-an Tet )

It was a great to place to stay. There were a very delicious breakfasts (pho bo and pho ga), in addition there were lots of places to try a local cuisine nearby. Cleaning is every day. There is a LOTTE mall, where you can go if you are fond of shopping. The city center is rather far from the hotel, but if it's Ok for you to use a taxi or motobike, everything is going to be fine:) The host will help you if you need to call a taxi, print documents or find a good place for dinner! Even though you will not be in the center, you'll be staying in a really great place with hospitable hosts

You can find some ants, but it's Asia, so there are everywhere:) Just be aware of the possibility of meeting with them

Breakfast was nice, and the lady who is in charge of it encouraged me to eat more. I was in a hurry so I didn't eat much, but it was good.

The room key/card really sucks. It didn't work the first time, and the staff had to give me another one, but they didn't tell me which one is for the room and which is for the elevator. Really troublesome.

Was in this Hotel for the second time because not far away from the international airport and a good connection to the north part of Hanoi and in 15-20 minutes by Taxi in the old city. Hotel staff very friendly and helpfull. Very good restaurants to find in the direct area.

We chose this hotel as our son lives in Tay Ho. We found this to be a beautiful area to visit, it is very close to the walking street and lots of restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and arranged a trip to Hà Long Bay for us and even took us to the Old Quarter to meet the transport. The lady who cooks breakfast was lovely, she cooked eggs for us every day and make sure we had some fruit. You can make toast too and we'll as trying Vietnamese breakfast items. The bed was very comfortable and the room was made up every day. There was a kettle to make drinks and coffee and flavoured tea provided as well as water.

We chose a room with a balcony as I like to sit out in the early morning but the balcony wasn't big enough to sit on and it was noisy as it faced a busy road, we got used to the noise though, it might be worth upgrading to a room with a lake view if you like it to be quieter.

Clean and quiet room, nice staff.

Parking in front of the hotel was not the most convenient.

Exceptional service, exceptional stuff, exceptional location... With an breathtaking view!!
