Perfect place. Highly recommend!!

Our host, Dave, kept in contact with me prior to and during our stay, providing local information and answering my questions immediately. The home is beautiful and set up so well for a multi-generational stay. Enough room that we could find a quiet spot and open enough for all 8 of us to be together. The outdoor setting is so nice and we had a great time playing outside and having campfires. This is a place that we plan on returning to. Everyone had a wonderful time here. Thanks Dave!

This was perfect for our long weekend with family! It was so close to Seven Points Marina, where we rented a boat for the day. We were able to bring our kids down to the lake beach each night to play for a little bit without it being a hassle. We used the firepit on the property both nights, which was a perfect way to end our relaxing days. The house is deceptively large inside. There was plenty of room for our 2 families. The kids loved the foosball table and game closet. We brought food and cooked at the house both nights. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and used the grill outside. The owners began communicating with us a few days before our arrival and the entry codes were sent to us the morning of arrival. It was a flawless check in and checkout. We had so much fun and are talking about making this a yearly stay!

The house was clean and plenty of parking space. There was plenty of room and we just enjoyed being away in this quiet and comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay.

One of the cleanliest, well stocked, and well laid out homes we've rented. This home has everything tou need and then some! Beautiful home in a great private setting. You can tell it's well loved. Close to main travel route (rt26), marina, etc.

Spent some time with some old college friends. Once a year we gather to leave the world behind and just enjoy peace. This property and the owner has been wonderful for providing such.

After endless searching, we determined that this house had everything that we wanted: a) lots of bedrooms, b) many televisions for all tv tastes, c) well-stocked kitchen, d) large kitchen for food prep, e) fire pit, f) two living rooms, g) board games, h) foosball or billiards table pref and/or cornhole, i) porch and/or patio for group seating, j) responsive host as mentioned by former guests, k) Location. We appreciate Host David's attentiveness and timeliness to our inquiries while both on site and before we even arrived. The home met our needs and we would wholeheartedly welcome the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you David & Family!

Great place for our long weekend in the fall. Cozy house in the woods with every amenity you could think of plus more.

My family stayed here to be close to the bike trails for a youth mountain bike event that was right down the road. It was the perfect location, the house was clean and more than enough room for our family of 6.

The home is beautiful, spacious, very clean and beyond comfortable. This was our second time here and definitely not the last! On Friday before the rains came, we utilized the grill and the fire pit. Although it rained all day Saturday, there were plenty of things to do. We completed a puzzle, played games and put music on the TV and danced. A great place to go to get away from reality. We never left the home (until we had to). This home is perfect for families, Girls Weekends, or even a guys only fishing trip. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and seasonings to make any gourmet meal (which we did). David was a great host, spot on communication. Thank you David, we'll be back next year!

Beautiful home full very clean. Very nice wooded setting. Convenient to raystown lake.

Our local bike club visits the Allegrippis Trails annually. Some of us camp at the Seven Points campground while others of us are smart enough to stay in this great house with a kitchen, washer & dryer for our stinky, dirty bike clothes, TV to watch football, and other comforts.

My friends and I have been coming to David's place for years, to enjoy the Allegrippis trails and all the surrounding Raystown beauty. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

This property was perfect for our small multi-generational family. We were able to spread out and stay comfortably. Dave was great and extremely accommodating. Our only regret was that we had to leave. We will definitely be back.

David is a wonderful host . The house was perfect for our needs and well equipped for 9 adults. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. We will return in the future if David will have us.

House was very clean and comfortable, has all the necessities for a great vacation. plenty of room to park and turn a boat around. Stayed there several times over the years with another family. David the owner is easy to work with. Not far from 7 points marina. Would definitely stay there again.

The place is so spacious and peaceful, enjoyed watching the deer, chipmunks and squirrels. Location is only a short drive from the lake. Really enjoy having quality time with my adult children and grandchildren.

Beautiful everything you need for a stay

The home is amazing in the woods at the top of a hill. Spacious with all the modern conveniences, this home has everything! We saw deer every day, and listened to the birds in every direction echoing from surrounding valleys. Woodpeckers, Ovenbirds, squirrels, and chipmunks. So close to Seven Points Beach and Marina at Raystown Lake. We will be coming back, with even more family next time. The host, Dave, was super nice and very responsive. Can we give the place more than 5 stars?

Overall, great house and experience. House was very clean. Outside front and back porches and fire pit area were great to hang out in and relax. Very close to Raystown lake. Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Would recommend this property!

We were very comfortable, there was room for all of us, two families with adult children. Two levels allowed seperation when needed. The kitchen was very well equipped for all our needs. We enjoyed both front and back porches and the campfire with firewood provided for smores. If in the area again we would definitely stay here again. Host was great to communicate with and access was a breeze. We found no need to turn on the TV.

It was our second time going to this beautiful house , and once again we left saying we should go back soon and for more days . Our whole family just love the house and the area. Great time! The view off the back porch is beautiful. Would be really nice in the summer. There are neighbors but not right on top off you. Fairly private, especially if you are on the back porch. Pretty close to bike riding/hiking trails. Would not want to get there in the winter without a 4 wheel drive vehicle, otherwise no problem. The road and driveway are in good shape, they are just fairly steep. The homeowner was clear with instructions and easy to reach via text. Everyone I was with was happy with the property and the experience.

Everything was exactly as stated. House was wonderful. Saw plenty of wildlife, and had an easy going, worry free stay.

A fantastic place to spend a weekend celebrating my mother's birthday with my immediate family. There was plenty of room for three couples, a single, and a baby to spread out and then some. The two living spaces were phenomenal - both perfect for plopping and relaxing with family. My husband and I used the basement living room and one of the bedrooms to take care of our 5 mo old overnight w/o worry of waking anyone up. Also loved that we had multiple heat source options to keep the basement warm. Mom LOVED the master bed and bath. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and serving dishes along with basically everything else you'd need to make meals. Fridge space was great as we made our meals ahead of time and easily stored 3 days worth of food in it. We didn't get to use the awesome back deck due to it being winter, but it seems like a really great entertaining space. We comfortably had 5 cars parked in the driveway. Dave made the whole process of check in and check out very easy and was more than accomodating to answer any questions I had during our stay. This was a great winter weekend getaway and would be even better for a summertime vacation too. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of care into the property. It would be difficult to not enjoy your stay at a place like this!
