It was peaceful, quiet, and homey. Charlotte took time to introduce herself and tell us where the laundry facilities were, and extra chairs for the dinner we hosted for our family in the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at this property a couple times, and are currently planning our next stay. The property is quiet and located among filbert/hazelnut farms. This includes 10 scenic acres to wander while appreciating the diverse arboretum created by the owners. The rental is spacious, well stocked, and quite comfortable. Ideal location when traveling with your dog/s as they can roam and not be routinely upset by foreign noises. You won't hear horns honking, sirens, traffic, or yelling neighbors. You will enjoy a relaxing, beautiful, and calm setting with easy access to the offerings of the mid Willamette Valley. The hosts are lovely people whom we are looking forward to seeing again next year!

We had just checked in and on the way from the grocery we were involved in a car accident. One of us was ok but the other had to stay two nights in the hospital in Portland. Charlotte was a comforting host in telling my husband she would pray for us during a scary time and offered assistance. All prayers were answered with the 3rd day out of the hospital and to see a wedding. The place had everything we needed & could not have asked for more. The greeting from a goat one morning was a welcome distraction and a good photo to see while recovering. Highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the area. And just in case you need medical care, you will find it to be top notch too! Thanks so much to a great host.

I had a wonderful stay in this charming bungalow. This place is a peaceful, comfortable, affordable little gem nestled on 10 lovely acres of forest and field. Charlotte and Val were so friendly and welcoming—making sure that I had everything I needed, inviting me to enjoy their beautiful property (including delicious fresh plums, blueberries and gooseberries!), and being very tolerant of my large goofy dog. This was exactly the break from the big city that I needed, and I will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at this peaceful cottage. After staying here for two months in the spring of 2021, we were anxious to come back for a weekend. Everything was just as we remembered it and we were so comfortable in this relaxing setting.

Cute cottage with a full kitchen and bath. My only complaint is that we think it needs to be updated. Had a musty smell . The mattress topper was not comfortable. The air conditioner was real noisy.

This property is excellent. Quiet, peaceful and easy to and from Canby city center. Was in town at a dog show and the dogs enjoyed the trip and stay as much as I did!!

We loved the Cozy Bungalow! The location was peaceful, relaxing, physically lovely surroundings, spacious, very dog-friendly, clean, well-equipped, and offered easy access to everything we needed and wanted to do in the local area. Unlike a hotel, this location offered us the opportunity to visit with us on-site. We were able to quietly/happily reconnect with friends/family privately, instead of having to drive all over the area dragging our dogs along trapping us all in the car. The hosts could not have been more kind or concerned about our enjoying the location and having a successful experience. The bungalow is nestled in the midst of hazelnut farms, tall trees, and visual splendor. The hosts love of flora & fauna is well evidenced in the dedicated care of their property. Any future return trips to visit our Oregon roots, will be scheduled around the availability of this VRBO. The rental price is of tremendous value as well. Best bang for your buck ever, so to speak.

Located in the country. Close to the flower fields. World class Dahlias, tulips, iris and peonies. Close to northern Willamette Valley Wineries. Owners so friendly. Had a super time.

The peace and quiet afforded by this property is a 5+. Cottage was clean and well appointed.

Wonderful secluded property close to town. Beautiful and enchanting small farms scattered far and wide. Mount Hood is a stunning site just outside your window. Close to Silver Falls State Park, which has spectacular hiking trails and views of ten waterfalls. Nearby small towns to explore and enjoy. I would stay here forever if they would let us!

Beautiful location with farmland all around. Guest house was very clean and private. Wonderful serene escape during a hectic work trip!

The cottage is in a perfect little country setting and is adorable!!! Charlotte was there to greet us when we arrived. Unfortunately we arrived the same time the Oregon wildfires hit and could only stay 1 out of the 3 nights we booked. Charlotte refunded, without even being asked, the last two nights. It was unfortunate we had to cut our trip short, but will definitely stay there again if it is available on our next time to the area. I would highly recommend this property, especially for a “couple” get-a-way!

Plenty of room to relax. Large rooms, super clean, super accommodating. We told all our friends in Canby to keep it in mind when they have family visiting. We definitely will be back.

We came because we were visiting local family. My husband and I enjoyed walking through the gardens and my 4 year old twins loved the trampoline. It was peaceful and relaxing to enjoy the country.

Blissfully quiet. Beautiful views. Spacious and well-equiped.

I am so happy I found this bungalow on a beautiful plot of land. The house is big enough for 4 people- and the wood stove is a great touch. Charlotte was great at communicating with me in a timely manner. This is a property I will keep in my favorites for future trips. The house is about 30-40 minutes south of Portland, and Canby is a cute little town, with all your needs. I loved exploring the property, what a great place. Thank you, Charlotte & Co, for posting this house. Look forward to returning.

Very nice, comfortable place with big picture windows and views. Spacious for a studio. With a well-stocked kitchen (baking basics, etc. Just coffee as ‘breakfast items’.) We loved the warm wood stove (but they do have electric heat, too!) We very much enjoyed our visit. We had company over (it was Thanksgiving) and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us to eat. (With just enough dishes!) We did borrow TV stands from my mother, though. We also highly recommend stopping by the creamery you pass by on your way from Canby, if you’re there on Saturday (the only day they’re open). Excellent cheeses and ice cream plus cows to pet, and they had a 1,000 lb. pumpkin on display. Aurora is about as far away as Canby, and it’s a cute historic town. Nice art gallery, candy store and new ‘fancy restaurant’ Filberts, with excellent celebratory meals. We hope everyone enjoys their stays here as much as we did! (Mattress is a bit soft, but not at all lumpy or caved-in.. More of an ‘enveloping’ feeling with flannel sheets. And a terrific choice of heavy quilts. All much appreciated for the cold nights (we like to turn our heat down while we sleep)).
