Loved this trip , Denise is the best host, she is so sweet and kind! Very attentive to anything we needed and a pure joy to be able to meet her during our stay! The home is large and spacious, the pool and dock area were the best! We were able to rent a boat and tie right up to the dock for the week! The upstairs master was perfect for our girls to have their own space and large bathroom to get ready, downstairs was perfect for two mother in laws at the front of the house and the master and the 5th bedroom with a pool bath was perfect for us and our son, everyone had their own space with plenty of room! The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and the new grill was perfect for cooking and dining out by the pool! We definitely would recommend staying here and we are looking forward to our next trip! Thank you Denise for a great vacation week in your beautiful home!

My family stayed at Denise’s home and we couldn’t have been happier! Everything was clean, organized, and well put together. We appreciated all the extras and would love to come back again!

We all had a great time! From the pool to the canal! The fish wasn’t biting very good while we were there. Could have been the bait we was using. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to relax and have a good time. Denise was very helpful with things that we needed or needed to be done. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

No functioning garbage disposal, could not completely turn off the HVAC fan, always a draft!

We totally enjoyed staying in this home. Plenty of room for our group of 8, pool and lanai was a great hangout spot. Boys loved fishing off the dock, caught catfish, skates, sharks & sawfish. Home was very clean and well appointed made for a great vacation.

With the canal and pool there is a lot to do here on the property and the grocery store and town are not too far away. The house was clean with a lot of towels and there was plenty of room for our group.

We had a party of 9 with four adults and five kids from 17 down to 6 years old. The home had everything we could have needed from pool towels to cooking supplies. The layout of the home was perfect for our group. The enclosed pool area was great and we spent most of our time slashing! We brought our own boat and anchored up right behind the house. The ride out of the canal was a little long, but it was a beautiful ride. We actually caught more fish from the dock than we did from the boat trips! Sharks, sting rays, catfish, and red fish were abundant for catching right off the dock! The property owner was quick to respond and helpful. The Cape Coral area is quiet and has quite a few yummy restaurants. One in particular, we visited several times was Miceli’s. We went by boat and docked at the restaurant. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

We had an amazing trip! The property was great, we had a small issue with the pool, and it was taken care of right away!! Great response from the property owner. Our only complaint that all our activities were at least a 45-60 drive....

Plenty of bedrooms and space for large family, huge tv in living room, smart tvs in every bedroom if needed. We were lucky to see lots of wildlife but not with our fishing. Everyone had fun in the pool and we’re sad to leave. Lovely sunsets.

My family (6 adults and 2 children) had a great stay at Worries End! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out while the pool and spa area provided a wonderful space to relax and enjoy our time together. We loved watching the dolphins, birds and boaters on the water. We took several family bike rides (4 bikes were provided), and put a few lines in the water off the dock. The evenings were magical as the sun set over the preserve. A great time!!

Worries End is a perfect place to kick back and relax. The lanai area with pool and spa is a slice of heaven. The view of the Matlacha Reserve does not disappoint from sun up to sundown. Dolphins and a spotted eagle ray welcomed us on our first morning and visited once again during our stay. The kitchen is full of everything we needed to make meals, chill wine and play some killer dominoes games. Comfortable beds and furniture. Communication with Denise was always prompt and helpful. Would most definitely consider staying here again, hopefully for a longer period of time, and would highly recommend renting for anyone who appreciates a well taken care of vacation rental home.

We loved every minute of our week vacation. The weather was beautiful every day. We loved the dock, pool and hot tub. Plenty of room in the house for the 7 of us. The sunset from the hot tub was breathtaking. Our family really enjoyed our time. The owner was great to work with too. We will definitely be back!!

We came to find this house while we were in panic mode. The back story is long and was truly devastating to me and my family. We were actually trying to check in to a home that we had chosen and paid for months ago when we were told that the house had been sold and the new owner was not going to honor our reservation because they were going to stay there that week. I was literally crying as I was dealing with VRBO and trying to find a new location for six (6) adults and two (2) children (10 & 7). Luckily we found this truly wonderful home!! Denise was so incredibly gracious and welcoming. She responded to me promptly and allowed me to whine/vent a bit and was continuously willing to work with us to get us in as quickly as possible. This was a family vacation - my husband and I, our daughter, son-in-law and grandsons as well as son and fiancé who had flown in from New England. There wasn't one of us that didn't just love everything about our stay. This home was so, so much better than the one we had originally chosen. Each bedroom was amazingly comfortable and the bathrooms were well supplied. The house was immaculate and had everything you could want for cooking family meals. Plenty of dishes, flatware, storage containers and baking pans. We never wanted a pot, pan, small appliance or utensil and didn't find what we needed. We appreciated that beautiful glassware was provided but also plastic wineglasses and tumblers for the pool area. The lanai, pool and hot tub were clean and very well maintained. The dock was just great for fishing and a number of fish were caught and eaten during our stay. Most mornings we saw dolphins swimming past. Kayaks were also in wonderful condition. Bikes were available but we didn't get a chance to use them with so much else to do. We had a couple of rain afternoons but no one was bored with the choice of available games that we could all play. The neighborhood was safe and lovely for walking. We have stayed at a number of VRBO homes and I can honestly say that this was absolutely the best. The beauty and comfort of this home, the number of amenities, quick and easy check-in, extremely pleasant, straightforward and prompt dealing with Denise all served to make this a perfect vacation for us. We can't thank her enough for salvaging and then improving our vacation. We are already hoping to book this home again next year!

We enjoy the week with friends. The only issue I had was the parking. We rented the house for 10 people and they want us to move our cars to another location because the neighbors were complaining on the amount of cars. We had 5 cars, except one afternoon we had 6 cars. We were not having a party or making loud noises just had 5 cars.

We enjoyed a fabulous week at Denise’s home! The home was spotless, and well stocked with every amenity you could want or need. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house is situated in such a way that you have privacy. We had a blast swimming all day everyday, fishing from the dock (caught some catfish, a stingray, and a snapper). We also saw a manatee and a small shark. We played board games, put puzzles together, and just enjoyed hanging out with each other! We are definitely planning to come back for another vacation!

Safe, tranquil neighborhood. Large home. Saw a ton of marine wildlife. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for an entire week at Worries End. Two families with a total of 9 people, plenty of beds and room for all! Denise made checking in and out a breeze and was quick to respond. The private pool and hot tub was perfect! There was a wonderful breeze at the dock in the evenings. We saw manatees swim by a few times throughout the week. The week ended with a most beautiful sunset!

First I will say that the property owner was very quick in answering any questions we had. The property is just as pictured. We had a boat delivered to the dock and it was waiting for us upon check-in. The check-in was very fast and easy. We took the boat out every day and enjoyed going down to Picnic Island as well as Sanibel Island. The onsite pool was perfect for the evenings after the water and my wife and I enjoyed the hot tub in the late evenings. The house is huge and easlily accommodated my wife and 3 kids. We fished every evening where we caught a several large catfish 5+ pounds as well as some sting rays. The property is secluded from some of the other congested areas and we enjyed that as well. The only thing we would change is addition of a pizza cutter as we could not find one. Overall we would stay here again. Great overall experience.

We spent a week here with 2 teenagers, 2 parents and 2 grandparents. The house was perfect and it was such a nice private/quiet area. Plenty of space too, everyone had their own room and bathroom. We spent most of our time in the pool and fishing from the dock, kids caught fish every night. We really enjoyed the small town of Matlacha, best food around with music and outdoor seating. Denise was great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. Would recommend this spot if you are looking to relax.

Beautiful sunsets, very private. Great for cruising canals and out into Charlotte harbor. Also endless road biking or walking with bike lanes and very little traffic.

This is a fantastic property! We wanted to bring the family together (FL, IL & MI) to ring in the new year, but wanted to do it in a clean, safe and secure environment. Denise and the property exceeded all expectations. The house is amazing and filled with every amenity you could possibly need. Plenty of room for everyone to do whatever they wanted to, whether in the house, on the lanai, in the pool/spa, out on the dock(canal) or even out in the yard. We fished, we swam, we cooked and grilled, we played games and we partied. This property has an amazing view of the sunsets and we really enjoy them ever night. Great place to stay and enjoy your own little private oasis.

Wonderful!Cons: Our only con is that the house could use a few fix ups to make it perfect (example: stove top was temperamental, pool temp difficult to control but that could have been us not knowing how to effectively use the phone app). However, the pros heavily outweigh the cons and the manager was lovely to work with. We would most definitely stay here again.

The property looks exactly what’s on their website. Location is perfect if you’re looking for quiet and private. Grocery shops are very close. Beaches are 45 minutes to an hour drive. Denise is great and was always in communication.
