1600 sq ft casa privata con il layout camera da letto diviso. Master camera da letto ha il bagno vestito con cabina doccia, Nuova memoria matrimoniale letto di schiuma, un sacco di armadio, comò. Camera per gli ospiti, New memoria della regina letto di schiuma, cabina armadio e comò. Secondo bagno dispone di vasca / doccia. Cucina rinnovato di recente con tutti i comfort di casa. Grande schermo in Lenai e piscina riscaldata TV via cavo, Wi-Fi, lavatrice e asciugatrice forniti. A pochi minuti dai centri commerciali. Spiaggia o Assolutamente vietato fumare, non sono ammessi! I periodi di affitto è da SABATO a SABATO !!

This was one of the best places we have rented in many years of travelling to Florida. The screened in lanai was a lovely place to sit and eat in and the heated pool was a definite plus. I really liked the well equipped kitchen and the comfort of the tv sitting area. We were close to Shamrock Park which is at the beginning of the Legacy Trail going to Sarasota, and which is a great bike ride. The house is close to several small state parks (one of which has a pair of nesting bald eagles) and also close enough to ride to Manasota Beach. Watching the sun go down over the beach is magical.

Everything was great. The only thing is that I wish we could have turned the air conditioning down cooler at night. Besides that, it was a pleasant 2 weeks.

We are so happy with our recent two week stay and can't wait to go back. Joe and Carnie have thought of everything to make a comfortable, relaxing, easy going vacation home. The house has everything you could need and a great location.
The home is well stocked for cooking and grilling, tons of dishes and kitchen gadgets. Nice gas grill and outdoor area. Great sitting areas indoors and out. The pool is fantastic, perfect warm temperature, plenty of pool towels. Beach chairs and umbrella for the beach.. All of the beaches are so close. It's just everything we love about the Venice area !
All in all, it was just a great rental experience !! Thank you so much Joe and Carnie !

We were very happy with the home, the pool, the beds were amazingly comfortable! Everything you could want or need in the kitchen except any plastic dishes for around the pool. Quick trip to Dollar Tree for some snack bowls! Lots of beach stuff for our use.
Only drawback was the weak wifi. We could only have one device (computer or phone) on it at a time. It kept bumping us off even then and we had to sign on again. We just kept our phone off wifi and took turns checking work on our computers.
Would return in a heartbeat if children were allowed. Need to change online listing up front to state this. But we had a great time anyway. Hope the ferry will be back in service soon for future guests! Thanks for a great time in your comfortable home!

Perfect set-up

Wonderful two weeks in Venice
We really enjoyed our stay in South Venice. The house is so tastefully decorated, and is very well stocked. We did a lot of biking, enjoyed the pool, and of course spent some time at the beach. We saw several shows at the Venice Theater, and enjoyed a combination of eating at home or out at one of Venice’s great restaurants. The communication with Joe and Carney was always easy and responsive. We hope we can return next year.

Great house!
Easy check-in to this spacious, clean, well-equipped home. Very quiet neighborhood, lovely heated (88•!) pool, everything you could ever need in the kitchen for meal prep. Easy-peesy boat shuttle to private, rustic beach. Access to Venetian waterway for bike riding/jogging and Shamrock Park. Empty lot behind the house provided even more privacy, as well as a home for a gopher tortoise. Spent 6 weeks here and Would love to rent here again!

Quite, Private, Clean & Cozy
We booked 3 weeks to visit with my sister & her husband. The booking process was very easy. The property was as described.
Very comfortable, clean and full stocked kitchen too. Did I mention it has a beautiful pool inside a Lanai. The neighborhood was extremely quite and we took several walks during our stay. One of the most attractive things for us was the property behind the home was not developed as yet and was totally wooded which contributed to the privacy. Just a great place to stay if you are visiting Florida.

Best VRBO House We Have Used

Absolutely Wonderful Retreat!!
We have been fortunate to enjoy a relaxing five weeks in this lovely home. It is everything that you could want - very well appointed, cozy, clean and welcoming. Many hours spent enjoying the heated pool, covered lanai, bbq grill, and bikes. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything you could need on Rte. 41, with beaches only 10 minutes away. If you’re lucky enough to rent here, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you, Joe and Carnie!! We hope you’re still renting in 2021!!

Perfect Paradise
This was our second time in this same rental, it can not be any more perfect! We had red tide while we were there, but because the Venice Retreat is perfect, we didn’t mind not going to the beach, we’ll go next time! Fabulous Place!
Joe and Carnie's house is just wonderfull.
Aesthetically, this place is food for the soul.
Very clean, well organised down to the last detail, everything has been considered.
The garden and outside lanai sitting area are just a delight , very peaceful , a lovely place to sit and watch and take in the amazing array of wildlife-just fabulous.
The house is set in quiet residential area yet only a few minutes drive from all you could need in terms of shops, resturaunts and ferry to beach-searching and finding shark teeth, very rewarding!.
The pool and pool area is just lovely, very private and very welcoming, just like the
rest of the house.
I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Recent stay
We have rented through VRBO about twenty times over the years and this was the best rental we have stayed in. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen met our every need. The clean, warm pool was used often. The ferry to the beach made you feel like a local. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler every time we went to the beach (we're hooked on finding shark teeth.) The location was close to miles of walking and biking trails (thank you for the well maintained bikes) We visited all the beaches on Manasota key which were just a few minutes drive away. Overall, a great vacation in a wonderful home. Thank you for sharing it with us. Scott and Sheryl

A wonderful stay
We enjoyed our time in Venice retreat very much. Everything was great in this well equipped home and the pool was right there where we could enjoy it every day. The weather cooperated with continuous sunshine. We had a relaxing and peaceful time.

Spectacular!
Everything about this house is awesome!
House is fully stocked with everything you will need. Loved the ferry to the private beach, i had my best luck stark tooth hunting there.
The bikes were a nice plus. Haven't riden one in way too many years, road to Shamrock preserve, easy ride.
House is in a great central location to everything.
Thank you Joe and Carnie for opening your wonderful house to us, we so enjoyed our 2 week vacation. We will be back, hopefully sooner than later.

Beautiful South Venice Home
We had such a great stay. The property was clean, extremely well appointed and wonderfully decorated. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Well-appointed home with pool
The property was clean, comfortable, and nicely equipped. We especially appreciated the pool and the washing machine and dryer. We wish we could have tried the neighborhood's private beach, but it rained most of the time we were there so we didn't get to try it. :-)

If you stay here, you won't want to leave!
i would decorate my house almost identical to this one, it's so cozy and everything you need is there.. the pool was a must have on my check list for vacation rental.. this place exceeded all my expectations, pictures don't do it justice.. I hope to stay here again sometime , one week went by way too fast! Thanks again for having us! :)
