Un meraviglioso rifugio per case private per coppie o famiglie! Questa casa è un ottimo punto di partenza per siti a nord (Duck, Corolla e off road spiagge nord) O sud (Wright Brothers, Nags Head, Lost Colony ed escursioni sonore / marine). Ottima posizione con spiaggia tranquilla.
Questa casa sull'oceano personalizzata inizia nella casa principale esagonale con vista sull'oceano dalla grande sala. Ci sono sale da pranzo e un portico adiacente per tutte le stagioni proprio fuori dalla zona giorno. La cucina ben attrezzata offre molto spazio per creare pasti e orchestrare il caffè del mattino (macchina da caffè americano e un Keurig).
La comoda zona lavanderia al piano principale è fornita di tutta la biancheria di cui avrete bisogno per la vostra visita (lenzuola in cotone 100% di alta qualità per tutti i letti, teli da bagno, teli da mare e borse da spiaggia, non c'è bisogno di riempire la macchina!).
I ponti intorno al livello superiore e sulla cima della duna offrono viste panoramiche e più aree di seduta per godersi le viste N, S, E e W. This is our second stay here and we had a wonderful time. The house has an incredible deck sitting atop the dune overlooking the beach and ocean that is great for enjoying a drink coffee, beer wine etc. in the brief moments when our kids were sleeping. I can't say enough about how nice it is to have the ocean and waves crashing right outside your bedroom. If my 2-year old weren't waking me up at 6 am I could have slept for hours.
Super convenient. We walked to Steemers for dinner. We actually ate there three times including the two take-out orders. And there is the ice cream place and pizza and subs all a short walk away. And we didn't have to fight any traffic coming in or going out which is really nice . the house has everything we needed and beautiful new fridge and oven and everything we needed for the beach didn't have to bring a thing from home. Overall had a wonderful time!

First time to OBX. Wonderful central location, we went north to Corolla to see horses and south past Nags head for a fishing charter. Being right on beach without crowds can’t be beat -absolutely loved that!! Well stocked home with beach towels, chairs etc. as listed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home.

House has a very good location. Could use some upgraded furniture and mattresses. Not the best comfort. Umbrellas and chairs provided for beach are just ok. The beach front location is nice and easy to access.

We loved our stay. The house was incredibly clean and well-stocked. We spent most of the week just relaxing on the beach which was right out the back door—so worth it not to have to walk down the road to get to the beach. I spent every morning drinking my coffee on the dune deck watching the sun rise over the ocean. Beautiful and so peaceful!!! The house is close to anything you need…groceries, ice cream, lots of food places and if you are there during Fourth of July, you can just watch all the fireworks from the decks. The only thing we wished was at the house that wasn’t was a tent to set up at the beach when it is really hot. There are a ton of umbrellas which were great unless it was windy and then we just had to deal with the sun. The kids had lots of fun with the boogie boards and chasing crabs on the beach. We all came back home extremely relaxed and rested. Thank you for letting us stay!

We usually get a big house and share it with family and friends. This time we wanted a place just for the two of us. It was very clean and the location was great. We spent hours on the viewing deck watching the surfers and dolphins. A perfect way to celebrate our 50th anniversary.

This house was very nice, pictures showed are just what it looks like. Nice ocean front house with decks across the ocean side of the house with a walk way to the beach and a beach front deck area. There is also grilling and seating areas under the decks on the ground floor. Plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas to use for shade.also has a small covered roadside porch. A central living area and big dining room. Lots of books, puzzles and games for any rainy days. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. A great house to relax and enjoy the beach.

Great location and great house. It is split into two master suite wings with 2 kings. One wing also has another bedroom with 2 beds. Highly recommended. Private walkway to the beach.

My wife and I were very pleased with the beachfront home at 30 Ocean Blvd.. The house was very clean with all of the household essential items, the deck around the house and out to the beach was great for lounging and the location was close to everything. We had a very nice time.

My husband and I direly needed a healing get away, as sadly we lost my mom the day before New Year's Eve.
After reading the description and seeing the pictures of Ann’s cottage, we knew this was the place for us. What a great location!
The house was immaculate, comfortable and more than intriguing, to say the least. Being a spiritual person, the first attraction was the house being a hexagon. Hexagons have incredible significance in the world, and in the spiritual realm they help with healing, as well as nurture harmony and balance, and are truly a divine design, just ask the bees and the snowflakes!
The rooms were tastefully decorated, obviously with an abundance of love, and flowing with positive energy from the array of powerful crystals, raw gemstones, and lovely quartz inside and out.
The beautiful granite kitchen had everything we needed, even a salad spinner!
The master bed was comfy as can be and boasted ocean views.
It was perfect that our dog, BB could wander safely on his own sniffing like a crazy pup, because of the secure gates on the back deck. And we could literally walk for miles out back on the pristine sandy beach.
We truly appreciated our thoughtful host who went out of her way, before we were even got there.
In conclusion, the Seascape Cottage was the perfect healing space to reflect on our sad loss and plan for our future, knowing my mom is now at peace. We are so grateful to have been able to enjoy this delightful home.

Family of 4 drove down from Michigan to see the ocean and explore the area during mid winter break. Knowing that the time we visited would still be the islands "off time", we sought a cottage that would allow us to not only be a tourist but also a family experiencing some real, authentic down-time. Seascape Cottage was everything we hoped it would be and so much more. First, the home is nothing less than immaculate! Clean, inviting, well maintained, spacious, private, ocean front (literally steps from the water) and everything that the pictures portray. Everything was thought of: piano, rock & treasure cabinet, library with books to borrow, laundry room stocked with linens, kitchen ready for cooking...every detail was obviously carefully thought of and ready for us. We LOVED the architecture and viewing deck. Sunrises were spectacular and moving! We walked back and forth on the beach - from the Kitty Hawk pier to cottage numerous times, finding shells and watching black pelicans dive. The cottage sits in the most convenient location: aprox. 30 minutes to Corolla (wild horses & beaches)/30 minutes to Roanoke Island (aquarium & downtown Manteo). It was a 15 minute drive to The Wright Brothers Memorial, Duck boardwalk shopping and basically within 5 minute drive of any store or coffee shop you wanted to patron. Our stay was so excellent and we thank the owners for allowing us to have such a lovely opportunity to stay in their rental. We left rested and inspired!

We have stayed at this property before and loved it, but it had been awhile due to availability/scheduling conflicts. IT WAS SO GOOD TO BE BACK! We liked it before but were impressed with upgrades that made it even better! We highly recommend this property and will hopefully be able to schedule again soon.

Have done the Outer Banks off and on since 1978. Have been hi hotels and various beach houses. I must say this was one of, if not, the best place we stayed. Our puppy enjoyed the residence as well. Well-appointed and stocked with about everything one could use. Communications with owner superb. Highly recommend.

This house was PERFECT for our impromptu new year get away! It was the cleanest rental I believe I have ever rented! The photos do not do this place justice! Big rooms, big enclosed deck, just steps from the waters edge! The dogs enjoyed the property just as much as we did! Given the opportunity we would most definitely rent this home again! Seascape Cottage has been our FALL getaway for many years now. It is perfectly located for us between Duck and Kitty Hawk. Being retired seniors, we enjoy beach front for our long walks by the ocean, our wine on the deck with its beautiful view,yet close to places to eat and shop!!

House is in a great location, plenty of space, clean, large deck, well appointed kitchen, close to many restaurants, and right on the beach. We previously lived 10 minutes from this house on the sound side, but dreamed of waking up to the sun rise and the sound of the waves hitting the sand. The house delivered and then some. Just my wife and I, but the house could have easily handled our grandkids, who would have loved the ground floor area which had a great room for playing, even a pool table. If you love the ocean and viewing birds and waves, this is a great all season house.

Seascape Cottage was the perfect vaca home for a much needed respite from the daily grind. The location, Southern Shores/Kitty Hawk, was convenient for exploring the obx from Corolla to Hatteras Village. The owner, Ann and ger husband, even spent time after TS Ophelia cleaning up the boardwalk to the beach.
Ann was great at communicating with us upto and during our stay. Check in was easy and the home was so welcoming. We hope to stay there again in the future.

We loved the relative privacy of this place tucked back behind the dunes with some trees buffering the neighbors. The ocean is so close you can hear the waves, which is all I ever want in a beach house. Thoughtfully stocked with games, books, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, outdoor BBQ, and every possible kitchen accoutrement. We will be back!

This was the perfect house for our beach vacation. Being right on the beach with private access made it so special. The location of the house is great, near restaurants and many local activities. The host has made this beach house into a wonderful beach home, with every detail you could think of, even a gate at the end of the deck to keep the dogs and little ones safe. Well-supplied kitchen and a storage shed stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Already looking at our calendars to plan our next stay. We were a family of 5 adults who gathered from 3 separate locations. We have repeatedly chosen the outer banks in the past and this house is by far our favorite in every way. It has a perfect location, barely up the Duck road so the traffic is minimal. It is set near the dunes with a deck for seeing/experiencing the ocean , it is near the stores you may need to visit, it is near an electric car charging station, and it has many items that its visitors may need. The “sports closet” has umbrellas, chairs, toys, life vests for all ages, and kayaks if that’s your thing. The dining area is perfect for puzzles and games, the outdoor sitting and eating areas are comfy, and the outdoor wash down spots and shower all function well. Downstairs is an additional fridge and a pool table although we did not play pool. There were tons of beach towels so no need to bring those, either. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this home!!

When we arrived we were very pleased to walk into a beautiful beach home! Everything you needed was provided. Amazing views from dune top deck! Really appreciated the ramp from front to back. Would definitely stay here again! Amazing place at the beach.
