Hotel was very clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and eager to please. The complimentary breakfast was great - lots of variety and plenty of food. Food area and tables were very clean.

It was a nice establishment for a quick getaway

The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Amanda, in particular, was awesome. She remembered me and greeted me whenever I passed through the front desk area. My accessible room was directly across from the elevator, which minimized the walking involved. The bench in the tub/shower was nice. (See more, below.) The facility was bright, cheerful, and overall, clean and welcoming. The automatic blind was amazing, and the furnishings were good for someone with mobility issues, and seemed more than adequate for someone in a wheelchair (but I am only guessing).

The main handicapped parking area was a long walk to the desk. Not all disabled folks have or use a wheelchair, so the walking distance to anything is important. I realize that benches can cause issues with smoking outside, but having a bench not far from the door would help. The tub/shower bench was nice BUT unless you put it on top of the shower curtain when you lower it (which is not intuitive at all!), a huge puddle of water on the floor is the result. I also couldn't figure out how to get the adjustable/hand shower head to work until spending a lot of time experimenting. Maybe something in the room to explain more?

The property had a great view. The location was terrific as well!

The service was excellent. The entire staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good but the staff during breakfast was excellent. We arrived for breakfast just before ending time and the staff treated us like royalty!

The tv did not work. We were not informed of this upon check in and tried to get it to work for 45 minutes. The next morning they said the whole hotel was out. Everything else was great.

The beds were horrible! Pillows were lumpy and hard to get comfortable. The comforter was soo heavy.

The stay was very peaceful and I had beautiful views from my room.

Locations was great close to my family I was visiting and close to the outlet mall… I mean how fun.

I asked for the room to not be cleaned on Saturday and it was still cleaned. I was worried about something I left behind in the room. It was all fine in the end. The air freshener was too strong! I asked for it to not be sprayed in my room. They did comply thank goodness!

Enjoyed the breakfast. The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Would stay here again in perhaps the off-season. Our expectations were met given the price-point for the room.
