We've stayed in Bear Trap many times and this was one of our best experiences. First, it's a quiet location that is close to any stores you need. Manager was very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is well-kept and the condo is well appointed and clean. It was just my wife and I but the condo could easily sleep another couple and a few kids. The California King in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Note that you need to bring your own sheets and towels. We visited the week after Labor Day and the drive to Bethany Beach from the condo took about 10 minutes and we easily found parking in the lots near the beach. Having the Park Mobile app is helpful as most meters in Bethany accept it. Would definitely stay here again. Best restaurants we visited included Hooked Up Ale House (5 mins away next to Giant), Woody's Dewey Beach (amazing crabcakes), Bethany Boathouse near Sea Colony (nice bar and outdoor seating, awesome crab pretzels).

The condo was spacious and cozy with a nice view of the golf course. Bear Trap Dunes is a great community to stay in if you are going to visit Bethany Beach. I would highly recommend Katie's condo.

Very spacious home and extremely clean. The screened in porch and outdoor deck overlooking the golf course provided many hours of relaxation. Amble parking and shuttle to beach available. Beartrap has great facilities. Katie was great to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Planned a last minute long weekend with family visiting from Germany. From the minute we arrived at the condo we were impressed. The home was immaculate, spacious and overall a beautiful property. The screened porch/ balcony was a relaxing area to hang out. The bedroom/bath set up was perfect for us, two couples, but also plenty of room for a larger group with the loft area upstairs. Lots of amenities in the home with tvs, books and games. Katie was extremely helpful from the moment we inquired about the property and throughout our stay. We kept commenting how we wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely a home on our list to stay again.

Fantastic time at Bethany beach. The rental property was even better than the photos. The condo was roomy, very clean and stocked with most anything you could need. Beachy and relaxing decor. We definately enjoyed our time there and the owner, Katie, was very helpful with questions we had before we arrived.

The property was wonderful. It had everything we needed. With having a 1 yr old...the pack n play, highchair...and baby gate with being on the 2nd floor was great to have provided and not to have to take along. The area is beautiful. We enjoyed use of the community pool/exercise rooms and greatly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again if planning a trip to that destination in the future.

I love that we had full use of the property. There was a full kitchen with appliances, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. There was ample parking and neighbors were very friendly. Our favorite was the screened - in outdoor patio area which was great for watching sunsets. Our stay was very brief (Fri - Mon) so we didn't take advantage of amenities in the area. Katie provided us with the full run down of the stay and was super easy to work with. My family and I definitely plan to book for an longer stay in the future.

My sister and I needed a break from the tentacles of our family responsibilities...just to breathe. This was a very beautiful and serene home. It had all the comforts of home and more. We loved it. Beautiful property
We just got back today. What a perfect vacation. Kate was very quick to respond back. Her place is even prettier in person. Sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course is a great way to relax after a long day in the beach. The decor is very up to date and very warm and inviting. I loved that we were close to rehoboth, fenwick and Bethany beach. But not in the craziness of the crowds. I highly recommend her condo.

Perfectly serene
Katie was amazing and her place is beautiful, spacious and immaculate. We had every amenity we needed or could want for. It was perfect for our family of four. We loved having morning coffee on the deck overlooking the golf course & watching the sunset each evening. The development was equally as beautiful and peaceful with lots of great amenities. We will definitely return!

A Definite Must...
This property is in a great family location. Onsite it has an indoor pool, hot tub, two outdoor pools, basketball courts, and an tennis court. This location is 3 miles from Bethany Beach, 7 miles from Rehoboth Beach, and 12 miles from Ocean City, MD. Katie, the Owner, was extremely communicative via the app. Katie advised us when activities may end early due to a storm and if we had a question she responded within the hour. There are several grocery stores within 2 miles and very good restaurants close by. I would highly recommend and hope to visit and stay here again!

Fun and Peace at the Beach!
This was a great vacation! We have visited Bethany many times over and this was one of the best stays/rentals. Katie's home is well appointed and it made our trip easier. We tend to bring games, chairs and other stuff for the beach, but she had it covered. Chairs/umbrellas and even a cooler. The kitchen was nicely appointed and even after a problem with the oven, Katie made it right and the week continued seamlessly. I would recommend this property to other families who want a nice, easy vacation.

A bit disappointing
Not nearly as clean as I would have liked. Host is addressing the issues and was responsive when emailed. Community location is wonderful. Stairs were a bit of a challenge as we are older *65 and you access the unit up steep staircase. This was explained in description.
