Preparatevi per una rilassante vacanza in spiaggia. A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia o da una corsa in auto di 30 secondi con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e parcheggio gratuito. Abbiamo diverse attrezzature da spiaggia e giocattoli da utilizzare durante la vostra visita. Questa casa di 1.800 sq ft ha 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi con piastrelle in tutto. Ha un grande garage con due auto con un vialetto e un parcheggio su strada. Abbiamo nuovi smart TV a LED con abbonamenti NETFLIX per centinaia di film gratuiti! Convenientemente situato vicino a Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarket, insieme ad un sacco di altri negozi e ristoranti. Si trova a circa un'ora di auto da Disney e gli altri parchi a tema più importanti. Se avete gli animali domestici che avete bisogno di guardato durante il vostro soggiorno, ho un'opzione economica per voi localmente!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay before your cruise, this is the spot! WalMart and several restaurants nearby and the beautiful beach is a short walk away. Owners answered questions quickly and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Would definitely stay here again for our next Port Canaveral cruise!!

My mother, mother inlaw, 2 daughters and I spent 5 days here! It was a great space…. So conveniently located to everything! The house was clean and neat! Lotsa beach items provided for us which was awesome, including beach towels! A few missing items such as Kleenex, coffee, dishwasher soap, and ran low on toilet paper. We cooked a breakfast here and that was nice! Enough supplies to do so! Lotsa options in the house if we would have wanted to spend a night in, such as board games, etc. Overall, a great place! Would be happy to come again!

Family and I stayed prior to going on cruise. The location of the house is close to a lot of things even within walking distance so we found it convenient. The house was well kept and clean and Steven was convenient and helpful in assisting us with checking in. The beach was nice and walking there and back to the house for lunch made it worth the while.

Charming family home within walking distance of the beach and amenities. There were a number of maintenance issues that were direct contractions to the online listing that could easily be fixed. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood - perfect for families. Thank you for sharing your home.

The property was great for our party in that there was a private bedroom and bath that was ideal for our traveling companion. The house itself was spacious and comfortable with a screened-in porch that was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation. My wife and I would use it again without hesitation.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very well kept. I only stayed one night on my way to Atlanta from Pompano Beach but would definitely stay a whole week on a family vacation. Steven was great as well. He was very responsive.

I was in town to visit family with my Mom & Sister.
House was a nice layout. Kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much everything you could want.
Cooked a pasta dinner for my grandmother one evening.
Tons of beach toys and supplies, chairs, umbrella, even a beach buggy to push on the sand with all your stuff.
Too chilly to go to the beach when we stayed, so we did not use them. If you’re into Starbucks coffee it’s a very short walk to get to it, almost visible from the driveway!!
Neighborhood seemed quiet and just locals. One night things got kinda loud outside - turned out the space shuttle was launching and people were cheering it on after 3 delays. They sent up “crew 8” to the space station. You could see the shuttle from the house. Better view would have been the driveway.
Now I know!
Outside patio was lovely.
Needs some new cushions, as they have been well loved and not very comfortable.
I also wish it had some twinkle lights or a propane fire table!! I wish we could have has time to sit and play cards on the porch one night. I would stay again, bring back my husband, and some friends. Plenty of room.

We just had a 1 night stay before boarding a cruise but it was great for everyone to meet at one house, plenty of beds for everyone, easy walk to the beach, restaurants & Walmart. Was very clean and had everything we needed. Had a nice porch area that gave us space to sit and chat.

We were very happy with this home close to the beach. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away across A1A via a lit crosswalk (very important - it's a busy road). The garage was loaded with almost anything you might want at the beach - chairs, toys, boogie boards and towels. Unfortunately, it was pretty chill when we were there so we mostly walked on the beach.
The house was clean and comfortable with places to relax inside and on the screened in porch. The neighborhood is quiet and it's hard to believe you're so close to major roads and shopping.
There are adult and kids bikes available in the garage and you can walk or ride through a large neighborhood of connected streets, even going over to parks on the river side.
Check-in was a breeze and the property managers were very responsive to questions.

This house was perfect. So close to all of our weekend events beachside and Eau Gallie. We love the comfortable feel, the cleanliness, the kitchen equipment, and the beach gear. I visit the area frequently and plan to stay again💕

4 adults and 3 children had lent of room. We greatly appreciated the chairs and toys for the beach. We had everything available for a fun day at the beach.

All you need to do is add a swim suit and you are ready for the beach! Umbrellas, chairs, coolers, bicycles, towels. Everything you need. 2 families stayed here while attending a wedding in Melbourne.

The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Plenty of towels for kitchen, bath, and beach. We even made use of the bicycles.
The location is a very easy to transition to Melbourne along with the airport.

Beds are comfy! House is super clean and well equipped. Things that normally aren’t in a rental house are here (waffle maker, flat iron, curling iron, beach chairs, cooler, BIKES, spices, sugar/flour, two different coffee makers, magazines for reading... the list goes on).
Beach is a short drive away (we took bikes), lots of restaurants and stores within a short bike ride. We didn’t walk many places because you have to cross a 5-lane road to get anywhere and the crosswalks aren’t convenient.
Really easy to feel at home here. Steven was great checking in and was responsive to any questions I had.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The home had everything we needed. Kitchen fully stocked for eating in, games and DVDs for rainy days or evenings, and everything you would need for the beach. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The beach is a short walk away. Instructions posted describe everything you need to know about the house and area. Owners reached out before, during, and after our stay. It felt like we were staying at a resort!

House was very nice. Layout is perfect for 2 couples and grandchildren. Lots of room and enclosed back porch and fenced in privacy fence. Very close to the beach. Just south of Coco Beach and the Kennedy center. If you're into dinosaurs there is a museum very close that I was very cool.
Getting the key code for the door at the very last minute was a little unnerving. Both contacts mailboxes were full. The owner did return our call promptly, so there was no issue. That is the only reason they did not get all 5 stars

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this property👍🏻👍🏻!!! My entire family enjoyed everything from the bikes to the toy closet to the kitchen appliances. The owners were exceptional in terms of their responsiveness. This property has everything a couple or family could need! Definitely going to return soon!

I seriously don't know were to start. This place was AMAZING!!!! The communication between Steven and I was simply perfect. When we got to the place we found a absolutely clean lovely house. It was beautiful house with lots of space. The house was very clean, well maintained, and features plenty of amenities. I WILL definitely stay there again when i returned to Cocoa Beach / Harbour Beach 😊

I've stayed at several VRBO homes and got to say this one is the best ever they had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay....most places we've stayed my complaint would be that 4 wash clothes really for 8 people how can that be possible....Not here Steve and his wife had tons of supplies, wash clothes, towels, condiments, toiletries , beach toys, bikes, fishing poles I mean the list goes on and on.
Steve was always available and in contact with us to see if there was anything we needed that seldom happens for us and it made us feel like he was family and cared about out comfort and enjoyment....Thanks you thanks you for a wonderful stay Steve and family!!

My family and I spent a week in this lovely home. It was a very nice home with everything we could have possibly needed. It is decorated beautifully and is immaculate. It has a wonderful screened in porch that we enjoyed breakfast on each morning. 3 Beach accesses within a 5 minute drive and only a little over an hour to Orlando. We had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to book this property again.

My wife and I needed lodging for our brief trip to Melbourne for a memorial service. We looked at hotels - that's crazy! We found this property just a short distance from the beach. It was perfect for us, her brother and his wife, and her mom and sister. All of us were grateful for this oasis in a very busy and emotionally charged weekend. We all had our own space but also enjoyed the very spacious common areas, especially the screened in back porch. We didn't have kids or grandkids with us, but as I looked around the house, I found board games, bicycles, and books. Steven and Hannah have put a lot of thought into the needs and comforts of their guests. You can't go wrong with your stay here.

My wife and I traveled to Florida for our son's wedding. We chose this house because of the location and 5 star rating. The house provided everything we needed and accommodated seven adults comfortably for 5 days. The beach is a minute drive to the top of the street or a 5 minute walk. There is shopping and great restaurants in the surrounding area. If you like to go to theme parks, Universal Studios is 1 hour and 10 minutes away. The homeowner was very easy to communicate with and extremely friendly. If you are looking for a house that is clean, affordable and in a great location then this is the place for you. My family and I will definitely stay here again!
