Ottima posizione con facile pendolarismo di 10 minuti dal centro, il sentiero costiero e 7 minuti dall'aeroporto. Facile accesso alla via principale per viaggiare verso nord o sud. Luminosa, immacolata e spaziosa casa di 1500 piedi quadrati con 3 camere da letto. Master ha un letto matrimoniale e 1/2 bagno, la seconda camera ha una doppia e la terza è una piccola camera da letto a castello ideale per un bambino di età superiore a 12 anni. La camera frontale dispone di una TV a schermo piatto da 47 'con Blu-ray e Internet wireless. La casa è completamente attrezzata e pronta per ospitare adulti e bambini sopra i 12 anni. Parcheggio per 2+ veicoli. Tariffe mensili considerate solo in bassa stagione.

Great house and location. We really enjoyed our first time in Anchorage and used this home as a base camp for some great adventures.

Calm and quiet location with a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing bright living room with a lot of plants. Very uncomplicated and friendly welcome. Comprehensive information material provided to plan hikes and scenic trips.

The house is close to the airport and Downtown Anchorage. It had everything we needed for the stay with the washer and dryer and all cooking appliances and utensils. Clean and cute, with character. Would stay there again.Owner was very welcoming.

Such a nice property and Sue goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. We were less than 10 minutes from everything in Anchorage. The place was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice homely place to stay
Great property, very cozy and home like feel and good amenities, centrally located and lots of natural light to make you feel like you are in nature with plenty of trees and plants inside the house as well. Clean property, is on upper level with a quick flight of stairs. Lots of parking

Lovely home!
Group of 5 adults had plenty of room to get ready for a busy day, or lounge around in the evening, in this lovely, feel good, home. As already stated in other reviews, the neighborhood is quiet with easy access to major through roads, the house well-stocked, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed chatting about gardening and Alaska living with Sue. If we can return to Anchorage for another visit, we would stay at Sue's.

Alaska 2022
We were traveling with our adult sons ( five of us) on a spectacular trip to Alaska. This was our first stop. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner even provided, soap, shampoo, lotion, spices, laundry soap, fabric softener, fresh flowers and toilet paper. Sue was very helpful with information and suggestions. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Accommodating and receptive host
Sue was a very accommodating host and helped us get set up during our several days' visit. We loved having a nice sunny spot to stay in during our time in Anchorage.

Lovely property. Stairs are a little tricky if you have anyone not entirely sure footed (elderly). Awesome outdoor back patio for hanging out. Located perfectly- near enough to airport and downtown and also close to highways. Very nice homeowner.

Felt like home...
We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as the pictures portrayed. The bedrooms were a good size and everything was very clean. It was close to downtown as well as the airport and there is a Carr's grocery store as well as lots of other places very close. We were a family of 4 and had plenty of room. Sue lives downstairs and was available for anything, although we had no needs!! I would definitely recommend this rental.

Awesome experience in Alaska
This was our first time using VRBO to book a property. We were not disappointed. Sue was a very gracious hostess. The house is super cute and clean. We had all the appropriate amenities and Sue offered to provide additional cookware if needed. This place was the perfect size for the 5 of us. I would definitely stay here again.

Sue accommodated all five of us in her clean, comfortable home. We loved the “mid-century modern”-style kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Sue went out of her way to make us feel at home!

Perfect Rental for Us
Sue was so accommodating and takes care of her guests. We were welcomed by a personalized sign as soon as we got to the home. The home is filled with amenities and we felt like we were at home. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen supplies, towels, toiletries, blankets, and pillows were all at our fingertips. The rental is decorated nicely and we felt so comfortable. The gardening is incredible with views of flowers, fruits, and vegetables. The home is spacious and offers privacy with conveniently located bedrooms and a large bathroom. The home is conveniently located close to town. We will definitely come back to Sue’s vacation home because we were completely satisfied!

Cute upper unit in Duplex
This unit is conveniently located and nicely kept. The kitchen counters/ oven apparently is the original mid-century and so it looks very stylish. The owner is very responsive, kind and reasonable. Better for quiet people w/ no children or people who will out all the time bc the owner lives in the lower unit and can hear everything.
