Beautiful Victorian Home, Recently Remodeled, 1/2 Block To Main Street
Questa casa di 2100 piedi quadrati con 4 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni è immersa tra gli alberi alla base del Monte Royal a Frisco, a solo 1 isolato dalla strada principale. Novità 2015, vasca idromassaggio Artic Spa. Tutte le persiane in legno per finestre installate nel 2013! La cucina è stata ristrutturata nel 2012, (vedi foto, sembra ancora nuova). Goditi tutti i ristoranti, facendo shopping a pochi passi da questa casa. La fermata della navetta gratuita è a solo 1 isolato di distanza. C'è una vasca idromassaggio per 6 persone sul ponte anteriore. Frisco STR # 4632

C'è un posto vicino al finestrino per godersi il calore e il sole. Vi è una cabina doccia nel bagno privato recentemente ristrutturato. Goditi un film o il tuo programma preferito in tv / dvd in questa stanza. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un ampio armadio. La terza camera ha un letto a castello, con un letto matrimoniale nella cuccetta inferiore e due letti gemelli nella cuccetta superiore. Queste due camere condividono un bagno appena ristrutturato. La quarta camera da letto si trova nel seminterrato e dispone di 2 letti a castello, una doppia / doppia a castello e una doppia / doppia a castello con rotelle. C'è anche una tv / dvd in questa stanza per renderla una piccola sala tv, perfetta per i bambini. Nel soggiorno al piano principale c'è un divano letto matrimoniale, che consente a questa casa di dormire comodamente un massimo di 12 persone.

Wonderful place to stay for a family group of 6 (including 2 teenagers). The location was perfect and the host quickly responded to our questions. Hard to imagine a better alternative.

My wife, adult son & daughter with two friends stayed over the holidays in this home and could not have had enjoyed it more. The house was easy to access, and communication with the owner was very good. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable and more spacious than pictured. We have been to Frisco before and knew we would like the location...it did not disappoint! We will certainly plan to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

The house was very clean and we were able to check in a little early. It was graciously well stocked with kitchen items. It was very comfortable and homey. The directv worked well. Our family enjoyed the nice and clean hottub. We love the ability to walk to the sweet gown of Frisco. We were there to ski but I saw 4 bikes in the garage which would be amazing to use in the summer. They have the best bike paths right there. We have 7 family members there and there was more than enough room and beds! Definitely would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful ski vacation. The house is a close walk to Frisco shops and restaurants and 2 blocks to the free Copper Mountain bus. Loved the hot tub after a day of skiing. Would definitely recommend this property.

We met here from different corners of the US to have a family vacation. The house has a great layout and was fully stocked with all kitchen items for cooking meals. The big table fit everyone perfect! We very much enjoyed our stay and the location was great too.

Great location for accessing multiple ski resorts. Good space. Had 7 guys and all slept comfortable. Garage kinda small but nothing to do to fix that. 4 other places to park besides garage so no big deal. Good communication. Loved it.

We loved our stay in Frisco! The kitchen had all we needed to cook several meals, the hot tub was a welcome treat after a day on the slopes, and the beds were comfy! We made full use of the washer and dryer so we could pack less. Each room has a humidifier and space heater if you like to be warmer at night.

You may consider upgrading the mattresses on the bunk beds. Overall 5 star!

The property met our needs, we were most interested in being out of the house, exploring all that Summit County has to offer in the summer. After long days on the lake, in the mountains or on the bike trails, coming home to a well-stocked, clean home made the days even better.

Our Frisco 2022 Ski Adventure
Frisco Place was exactly as presented and very comfortable for our group. This is the second time we rented this property, it is in a great location with easy access to Breck, Keystone, Copper, Vail, and Beaver Creek and we skied them all. It’s also walking distance to Frisco’s Main Street for shopping and dining.
Property owner was very accessible and responsive for questions and to resolve any concerns. I highly recommend this property.

This property is exactly what we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Everything is there if you want to cook at home. If you felt like going out, the house was 2 blocks from Main Street which has plenty of restaurants and shops. Would definitely go back

Wonderful hot tub and overall good place with two exceptions: It was advertised as a pull out couch in living room, but it was not. Also, full-size bottom bunk in basement was broken making it impossible to sleep on and very difficult to reach the bunk above it.

Stayed here after attending a wedding in Denver. House located a few blocks off Main Street. Was able to walk all over town including down to the marina. Frisco is a wonderful town! House was clean with all the amenities. Enjoyed the hot tube almost every day. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The owner went on and on about how “this has NEVER been an issue before with other renters” and continued to degrade me over the phone. I tried to tell her I didn’t have the app and this was the first time I have used VRBO and I apologized. She continued to reiterate how insane it was for me not to have faxed her the signed rule form. Also the Additional COVID rules were not on the form, and the information on the greeting sheet was not accurate (ie house manager was not there). I am generally a flexible/amiable person, but this owners communication skills are lacking.

Property location was excellent! Close to Vail & Breckinridge. The neighborhood Views are fantastic! Our family of 10 had a wonderful time.

The owner went on and on about how “this has NEVER been an issue before with other renters” and continued to degrade me over the phone. I tried to tell her I didn’t have the app and this was the first time I have used VRBO and I apologized. She continued to reiterate how insane it was for me not to have faxed her the signed rule form. Also the Additional COVID rules were not on the form, and the information on the greeting sheet was not accurate (ie house manager was not there). I am generally a flexible/amiable person, but this owners communication skills are lacking.

Early season snow getaway
This property was perfect for our large family. Kitchen was well appointed to accommodate all the meals we made. The location was quiet yet a very quick walk to stores on Main Street. It actually had much more common area than the picketers show. The living room was plenty big enough for all of us to have movie nights and the 10 person table and eating area, which isn’t in the pictures at all, was very large and gave us room for games around the table for the whole family. If you are worried about not having enough space for everyone, worry no more.

Wonderful vacation home
Great location and wonderful home. So close to bike/walking path and downtown. Nice, quiet area too. Kitchen is one of the best equipped we’ve ever seen on a vacation rental. Having bikes to ride with the house was so nice, too!
The owners are very nice and welcoming and very helpful. Rent this home! You will not regret it!

Outstanding Experience
The house was just as the listing described it. We had ample space for our group of 8 to prepare and eat meals together as well as relax in the living space. We enjoyed being within blocks of downtown Frisco and the biking and hiking trails. We loved our stay.

This property is awesome. It is very comfortable, has lots of bathrooms, wonderful hotub and very comfortable. It has everything you need plus some. The location is perfect to drive or take the bus to ski areas.

Second stay, great location
This is the second time I have rented this property and recommend it. The location is very close to Main St and we would often walk to shops or restaurants. This trip had 5 adults and 2 children...plenty of space for all.
