The condo pictures are accurate. It has everything you need. I was a little surprised there wasn’t an oven, but there is a ninja air fryer/bake/ broil counter appliance. The view is amazing! You are truly on the water. We enjoyed watching the canoe club next door every morning. The condo shades the morning sun, so we walked the beach every morning. The walk to the right is quiet, peaceful, and beautiful without condos. The walk to the left is nice and there’s a path for when the tide is in. It takes you down to where the turtles come in and hang out every morning. Super cool and we went numerous times. There is a bakery, ABC store, shave ice, and fresh fruit market directly across the street - very convenient. This is a quiet area. A five minute drive gets you to restaurants and more touristy area. We stayed for a little over a week and truly had an amazing time! We will definitely come back. The only negative would be the condo could use some tlc. It’s a little older and needs some touch ups. The paint is worn in places and a few kitchen cabinets don’t stay closed. It doesn’t take away from the amazing view. The bed was comfy and we literally konked out every night.

This property was just as pictured. It had a beautiful view from the balcony! The staff was excellent (even with social distancing) and when they realized we had a an evening flight they gave us a complimentary late check out! Would definitely stay here again.

The view from this condo is awesome. It is centrally located on the island on a nice quiet beach. There is a farmers market/yummy bakery,ABC market and shaved ice directly across the road. The condo has nice tropical furnishings but is in need of some deep cleaning (surface clean was good) needs a paint refresher and general maintenance updates and has a very strong odor in the foyer area we could not get rid of. The kitchen has a generous amount of utensils/dishes/pans and such. Will definitely stay in this complex in the future.

We were visiting our daughter who recently moved to the island so we only spent our mornings and a few full days out of the 10 on the property, but the views are incredible and thats really what sold us on renting this unit. Morning coffee on the lanai, watching the canoe club in the morning, and going for a walk on the expansive stretch of beach was a great way to start the day. If youre looking for a quiet, relaxing stay this is your place. We also enjoyed the convenient fresh farmers market across the street. Condo kitchen was VERY well stocked with everything you need, including storage containers. Only thing I would add is a juicer for lemons/limes to make ceviche with fresh fish from Pukalani farmers market (get there before 7:30am if you want fish). If youre looking for more activities, there are several things a short drive away. The pool and resort grounds are small and no other activities like the other resorts weve stayed at. Not sure I would recommend for families. Yes, the wild roosters previously mentioned make themselves heard even with our bedroom windows closed. Didnt bother us too much because 1. We used to own chickens, and 2. We fell asleep before they got started crowing so we slept through it. On the occasional night when I got up in the middle of the night it was a little more difficult to fall back asleep, BUT you cant hear them in the living area of the condo so if you choose to move to the couch/hideabed then the ocean sounds and crashing waves on the beach can lull you back to sleep. Sheets were not provided for this- Im assuming because we were only 2 people, but I think it would be nice to have the option.

Our stay here was wonderful, the condo was clean, well maintained and well stocked with all the amenities required. Here are my improvement suggestions: 1. Install smoke alarms in all units 2. Improve reliability of elevator 3. Move smokers corner to East end of building, present location, occupied by one smoker and everyone in the pool gets secondary smoke with the trade winds blowing. 4. Pool hours should be until at least 10 pm, 7:30 pm is not acceptable, same as collecting all the lawn chairs at that time. We are here to enjoy the ocean and the pool!!! Providing above recommendations are put in place, we will return. Regards, Rolf Meier
