Cute!! Downtown Boyne City House. 7 min walk to Downtown area and Beach 🏖️
Questa casa è stata recentemente rinnovata ed è disponibile dal 1 ° settembre 2017. Si tratta di un 3 camere da letto 2 bagni. È in un'ottima posizione. Situato a pochi isolati dal porto turistico e dalle spiagge. A pochi isolati dalla panoramica Avalanche Mountain (5 minuti a piedi) dove è possibile effettuare escursioni su sentieri, mountain bike o Disc golf. La casa si trova a mezzo miglio dalla zona degli affari (8 minuti a piedi) dove potrete gustare ottimi ristoranti e birrerie o fare il check-out "Passeggiate per le strade" il venerdì sera. La montagna di Boyne è a soli 10 minuti di macchina dalla casa dove è possibile sciare, andare in mountain bike, andare al parco acquatico Avalanche Bay e prendere la linea zip. La casa ha un bel cortile ed è molto adatto alle famiglie. Ha un mudroom su entrambi gli ingressi della casa per tenere gli sci, le scarpe, ecc. La casa dispone di Wi-Fi, TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, Dish Network, Netflix, video Amazon, nuovi materassi (estremamente confortevoli), un ponte all'aperto e grill.
I barcaioli sono benvenuti !! Il vialetto è abbastanza grande per la tua barca e rimorchio, e veicoli extra. C'è anche un parcheggio dietro il garage. Abbiamo avuto barche da 50 piedi nel vialetto per Boyne Thunder. Possediamo anche la casa di fronte. L'altro elenco è 873479 su VRBO. È molto simile e altrettanto affascinante.

We stayed for a week, furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was decently stocked although a few pans need replacing. Need new grill racks. We had 7 of us, but only 6 bath towels. Would have liked a few more to keep from having to do laundry every night.

We went for a girls’ weekend and had a fabulous stay! The house was in a great location very close to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was clean and safe. I am a runner and had beautiful water views on my morning run. The owner was very friendly and nice and had great communication.

The house is as stated! Communication was good with the owner of the property! The only thing is the loud trucks coming by early morning. Other than that it was a great house to rent! I would rent again if in the area! If your planning to go other places within the state it takes about 45 minutes to Traverse City. Mackinac City around an hour. Torch Lake around an hour depending where you are going. BTW there is no beach on that lake. Was a little disappointing so rent a boat or take your own boat! It's a three hour trip to Silver Lake Dunes so be prepared a days trip to each! Very enjoyable if you've never been to Michigan! Enjoy

The house is as stated! Communication was good with the owner of the property! The only thing is the loud trucks coming by early morning. Other than that it was a great house to rent! Great cottage, clean and close to bounce city attractions
Loved the clean updated vibe of this cottage. Would love a little more deck space to hang out. Galley kitchen was sufficient for 4 of us to cook. Beds were new and very comfortable. Upstairs not vented so got a little warm in summer.
