Perfect downtown location. What a quaint little spot close to everything. Host was extremely kind and responsive. We will be back.

This home was fantastic!! From the house itself, to the host and the location; we couldnt have picked a more perfect spot! Close to everything. Food, shopping and the water. St. Pete's beach was just minutes away! Also to note, 2 females traveling on our own. And we felt perfectly safe the whole trip! Thank you Uncle Finley! We will be back!

We were here for my adult daughters birthday weekend. The owners had a balloon and a small cake for her on the counter. So Thoughtful! The house is super clean and very comfortable. I love the little sunroom in the front. We just had a wonderful time. Absolutely loved it and will definitely come back!

Home was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Uncle Finley is kind enough to stock fridge with essentials and some goodies- He really thought of everything! Home is steps from beach, restaurants, shops, and pier. This was our first time in Gulfport and really enjoyed our stay and the town. Also a short distance to St Pete's Beach (about 20 minutes). Would highly recommend.

This was my first time staying at a VRBO and I don't think another one will surpass this one! Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the fridge filled with drinks and the bottle of wine awaiting our arrival. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience Uncle Finley!

Such an amazing cute little duplex. Decorated with an artistic feel with a perfect little sun room to people watch and take in the great weather. Location is amazing! You are directly on the strip of bars and restaurants and a block away from the water which has a great beach area and recreational activities. Host was very friendly and quick to respond. They added so many extra little touches that were greatly appreciated like; coffee, bottled water, soda, beach towels and Sunscreen. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be back to visit again.

We had a great experience! Great location downtown and walking to restaurants and the waterfront! The cottage was perfect for our short stay, with very comfortable beds and loved the decorating!

The property was exactly as described. The location is perfect for hanging out in town or traveling to nearby beaches and cities. The town itself has a lot to offer in terrific restaurants and shops. Craft fairs a plus. Will definitely be back. Love the vibe.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulfport in this wonderful house. It has the best location in town with easy access to all the activities. The house was comfy and decorated in such a cute way. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely stay again when we visit Gulfport.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Communication was always prompt and helpful. The house was as advertised. Really cute, comfortable and very clean. The neighborhood was amazing. Plenty of food options within minutes of walking. There’s a restaurant/bar across the street with live music outside. It was great to sit out front of the house and just listen. It was loud enough to hear from the front loud but no so loud you could hear it inside…perfect. House had everything we needed including some extras in the fridge when we arrived. Waters were much appreciated! Washer and dryer are outside in a gated area. It was fine but no lights so don’t wait until late to do it like we did. :). Will definitely be back.

Had so much fun at Uncle Finleys! The location is 10/10. The house is steps away from so many delicious restaurants and cute shops!

It was over a 12 hour drive for us to get to Uncle Finley’s. To walk in and immediately feel at home, was amazing. Some of the essentials that we had forgotten, were already there. So we replaced what we used and left extra items. Communication with our host was always immediate. They even helped walk me through the steps so I could add an extra day to our stay. We walked out the door Tuesday morning right into the Market, which had some amazing items, and found a yoga class happening at the beach next to the volleyball court. Coffee sitting in the rocking chairs hearing the birds and watching the squirrels was relaxing. It was peaceful for my soul to finally slow down. Everything is within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, even the dog park. Anything else you might need or want to do is just a short drive from Uncle Finley’s House. The house is amazing, and the location is perfect!!

Wow!! I felt at home as soon as I walked in and was happy everytime I returned from being out. Soo much charm, great vibe! LOVE the decor. And every staple one might need was provided Even for a dog!! You provide a toy treat for a pooch. Next time I will have to bring my girl (dog) Sara! Thanks you soo much!! Cindy B.
