Appartamento sulla spiaggia, 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, (8 posti letto) Recentemente rinnovato e aggiornato, pavimenti in piastrelle nuovi in tutto, nuovo divano letto matrimoniale e poltrona reclinabile, dipinti di recente, nuova cabina doccia con piastrelle piene e vetro, entrambi i bagni con nuovi armadi , ripiani in granito e specchi con cornice, nonché cucina rinnovata. Nuove TV a schermo piatto HD in tutte le camere.
Set di sedie da spiaggia incluso da marzo a ottobre! Due lettini da spiaggia con cuscini e un ombrellone sono inclusi nel noleggio. Questi sono forniti gratuitamente e saranno allestiti per voi ogni giorno dal servizio spiaggia in loco.
Vieni a goderti le spiagge più belle del mondo dal nostro condominio Summerhouse. Abbiamo una vista meravigliosa dal nostro condominio all'ottavo piano! Siamo situati nell'edificio "B" che è l'unico edificio con vista sul tramonto. Il tramonto colorato, la spiaggia di sabbia bianca e le acque color smeraldo saranno uno spettacolo da non dimenticare.
Il nostro condominio è arredato con gusto e dispone di tutti i comfort di casa. Abbiamo recentemente rinnovato la cucina e entrambi i bagni. Abbiamo costantemente aggiornato e mantenuto il nostro condominio per garantire la perfetta vacanza al mare per te e la tua famiglia. Puoi goderti le onde dell'oceano dal tuo balcone privato che si affaccia sul soggiorno e sulla camera da letto principale. I nuovi materassi offrono il sonno notturno più confortevole. Tre nuovi televisori a schermo piatto HD, una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice full size e una cucina completamente arredata offrono tutti i comfort di casa.
Il nostro balcone si affaccia sulla spiaggia e su entrambe le piscine del cortile, una delle quali è riscaldata in inverno. C'è anche una piscina per bambini, una vasca idromassaggio e un gazebo nel cortile meticolosamente curato. Il complesso è molto orientato alla famiglia. Abbiamo campi da tennis e da squash, un'area picnic con tavoli e grill a gas, una sala giochi con 3 tavoli da biliardo e giochi arcade, beach volley e shuffleboard. E se ciò non bastasse, puoi noleggiare moto d'acqua, parapendio o guidare il banana boat direttamente sulla nostra spiaggia.
Il nostro condominio può ospitare 8 persone. C'è un letto king size nella master suite, due letti full size nella camera degli ospiti e anche un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Ogni camera dispone di TV a schermo piatto e lettori DVD predisposti per la connessione a Internet HD. E, naturalmente, abbiamo la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita in camera, nonché nelle aree piscina e hall.
Il nostro condominio è spazioso e ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere una meravigliosa vacanza rilassante. Il nostro desiderio è che tu e la tua famiglia godiate quanto noi. Ti aiuteremo comunque a rendere la tua vacanza piacevolmente memorabile, così vorrai rimanere con noi anno dopo anno.

I hijacked my brothers work trip, packed his kiddos up in my mini van, tossed my mom in on the way and enjoyed a week full of sunny beach days and night swims in the amazing pools!

Great property and great place to stay. The condo is great. The main bed is super comfy, the guest beds are decent but a bit squeaky if you have a light sleeper. If you plan to cook, they have most cooking items, but paring knives to dice vegetables are in shortage or not sharp. Couch and chairs are great to take a nap on as well. Overall - fantastic stay and the property is great. Pools were nice and cool and you can almost always find a spot there, and the beach chairs are an added bonus. This is our 2nd year here and hopefully will not be our last.

Had a wonderful stay at the Summerhouse! While others can make complaints about anything and:or everything we have none. This home away from home was fantastic and Ron is wonderful! We enjoyed the loaded kitchen, two pools, speedy elevators, and let me just mention,..that view!! Coffee on the balcony every morning will be surely missed.

We’ve stayed here two years in a row and loved it. It’s clean and has plenty of space for us, and it’s less busy than the side of town by Pier Park.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was very clean and we loved the location. The beach chair/umbrella service was an added bonus. Beautiful views from the balcony. Ron was very attentive and always prompt with communication.

The location of this condo is awesome. Very comfortable. Love that the bedroom has balcony door. Had full moon over ocean during stay. Very beautiful! Love the large master bedroom and bath. I think the rugs could use replacing but they were okay. The balcony doors are in need of replacement. Overall we had a great stay.

The condo was great. They’ve made several
Improvements to the dining room, living room and balcony chairs, as well as improving decor items throughout the condo. The beds were extremely comfortable, water pressure was great as well. The beach and pools were great, you never had to fight for chairs at the pool, and there seemed to be a lot of chairs available at the beach for rent as well.
Ron was super responsive and helped get any problems quickly resolved. We had a couple of small issues, and he quickly resolved those issues. Unfortunately, the elevator did break on our last day there, but that was due to a power surge down the beach I believe, and the front desk was working on that intently.
One thing my friend wanted to note is that there was no gym on the premises but they offered a daily pass for $5/day to a gym in the area. She was able to find another gym that was better equipped that offered a $30 weekly rate instead.
There was also a small resort fee for the week that I
Didn’t plan on but it was only $20-30. Parking on site wasn’t an issue either, there seemed to be plenty of spots available at all times.
One further suggestion - bring a paring knife to cut veggies with, they had plenty of everything but that, and the steak knives on hand were not sharp. Also - not pictured but was in hand was a Keurig for the coffee buffs.
Overall - 100% recommend for the price and experience.

We stayed here for a family vacation. We loved it. Our condo was in good condition and very clean. The location is excellent if you are looking to stay away from the crowds.

We loved Summerhouse!! Only thing I’d like different is if the kitchen was bigger. It was well stocked and we had a wonderful time there!!!

Nice resort. Nice layout. Nice design. Stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. The heated pool was NOT heated while we were there. That was very disappointing. Also the gas grills need lots of maintenance. The hot tub was low on water and therefore prevented the jets from staying on more than about 2 minutes. With better management and more attention to maintenance this could be an outstanding resort. We will go back if given an opportunity.

on Saturday morning, there was a tap on our door and then without hesitation, the door opens and a man walked in saying "maintenance" when no one in our room had called for maintenance.
there was a teenager in the room that panicked when it happened as she was changing clothes.
i informed the front desk, but was never given a reason or an apology!!!

We had a great stay. Can't say enough about Ron. He is the best one we have every rented from. Was so quick to text me back when I ask something. Just a great guy. Hope to rent from him again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. All the staff at the front desk were so polite and nice. The host of the condo goes above and beyond to help and answer any questions you have. He responded very quick each time I had a question or concern. The condo itself was beautiful with a stunning beach view. I loved that the beach was very close to the pools! I would definitely stay there again! I cannot stress enough how amazing the host was to work with! Great vacation!

Condo is on 8th floor with wonderful view of pools and ocean! Enjoyed sunsets daily. Love bar table and balcony furniture! Beds are so cozy. Kitchen had everything to make any meal. Full size laundry was very helpful. Game room with pool tables is nice at the office. Pools and grounds are very clean and inviting. Loved having room close to elevator and loading zone. The shopping carts to bring groceries upstairs was amazing, nice touch.

This place was awesome. The pool area was great. You can’t beat the view . The place had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo. There were 4 adults in this room and we had plenty of space.

We had such a wonderful stay in PCB at The Summerhouse. It was an older unit, but very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The pools were extremely clean. The only negative is they were working on the kiddie pool so our 1 year old grandchild had to be held by us in the bigger pools.

We had a wonderful time. A lot was going on at The Summerhouse the week we stayed. They had exterminators one day, the water was turned off for 2 hours one day and there was some remodeling going on. None of this had anything to do with our owner and other than the water being turned off, did not affect our fun. Will stay here again!

Beautiful condo with beautiful views. Great location on the beach and pool area was very nice as well. We have stayed at many condos in PCB and this one ranks up there with the best of them! Would love to stay again!

We had a great time this past week for our vacation. Contacted the owner through messages and he promtly responded. The master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the unit. We will know to bring a fan next time. We are hoping to be able to rent again next year.

We had the best week ever! The Summerhouse was so nice and kid friendly. The unit was perfect! The beds were so comfy. It was clean and everything worked inside the unit. It was a fabulous vacation! We can’t wait to rent it again next summer!!
