My friends and I stayed for a long weekend. The house is in an older neighborhood, but it was very nice on the inside and well-appointed. It was located close to the strip and had ample parking for the three cars we had. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again.

This was a perfect choice for a three generation family trip. House is wonderful. Pool & Spa was clean and perfectly heated. Game room was a great treat for the grandchildren and the adults. The kitchen was stocked with all cookware needed. We even used the poker table! We had quick and easy Uber/Lyft to all locations on The Strip. We didn’t use our own cars all trip.

Our group wanted a place that 7 of us could all stay together in, had a pool, grill, and multiple televisions. We also wanted to be a little away from the chaos of the strip and downtown. This place was ideal. Ubers were typically $20ish dollars one way, so we’d get 15 minute rides no problem. Property Manager was super responsive to calls/texts. Very quiet neighborhood, so if your group is full of party animals, you may want to pass; however, for the typical group outings, this place was perfect.

Two families of four- with kids and teens. We had an amazing 5 days at the house.
Arrived to a very clean house. Plenty of space and beds for everybody. Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans for cooking delicious meals. We had the pool heated and enjoyed it every day as well as the hot tub. So fun in January! Games room was enjoyed by us all- with glassware for any type of drink.

Having seen the inflated hotel prices we looked for a house to rent. Finding this one was perfect! Pool table and shuffle board were top quality. Location was a short Uber ride to the Strip.

We didn’t run into any issues with the house but the Direct TV package doesn’t have the sports channel add-ons so if you’re there to gamble on the games and watch them, you’re limited to whatever is on the local channels. They don’t even have ESPN or any of their sister channels. Hulu would be a much better package than Direct TV.

I would NOT recommend this property, photographs were obviously taken some time ago, everything is very tired, I could go on. If an external door was open for longer than 5mins an alarm would go off to alert the owner! The Air-con came on for 5mins an hour. This was not enough in the heat of Vegas to keep the house cool, the additional electric fans were just not adequate. We all got up with bites on our legs, no mosquitoes in Vegas due to the heat. The only other thing we can assume would be bedbugs! Obviously we have no proof. The pool was full of green algae, pump broken, if we wanted to get into the filthy pool there was a pipe right across the centre making it impossible to swim, to use the Jacuzzi we would’ve had to download an app and follow the instructions. There was an area near the pool with metal sticking up from the ground, an obvious hazard. The outdoor furniture to the front of the property was disgustingly dirty and torn. It wasn’t much better at the back of the property. We went outside 3 times in 5 days, it just did not feel welcoming. We had to put out the overfull garbage bins, which smelt disgusting, you don’t expect to have to pull out other peoples rubbish on holiday. There should be a maintenance company for that. While there I tried contacting the owner by two methods and was unable, not sure how we would have managed in an emergency. I wrote to the owner via the Vrbo contact page asking for his comments on my fuller complaint. NO RESPONSE

We arrived at the house on Saturday at the check-in time & there was a notice on the door that the gas had been turned off. We didn't think anything of it & were excited to get to the strip & left shortly after. The next day we realized the showers were cold, we couldn't cook on the oven inside, & we couldn't use the hot tub or the gas grill outside. I called the property manager on Sunday and he said he would call the gas company the next day as the call center was closed. The gas company showed up on Monday on day 3 in the afternoon and went through everything. He eventually got the hot water & oven working, but refused to turn on the access for the hot tub or the outside grill citing issues with how they were setup. Long story short, we ended up having to throw a large amount of food we had bought for our party of 8 & never got to use the hot tub.
I emailed the property listing thru VRBO initially upon the issue asking them to consider a refund of some sorts & again after our stay was completed for some type of small refund & never received a response. Things happen & I get that, but the gas company clearly shut off the gas for a reason believing it was unsafe.
I want to say that we really did enjoy the house. The pool is huge and a ton of fun. The gazebo area is great. The game room is as advertised and awesome. The rooms are nice & the AC works great etc. I just wish we were taken care of a little better considering this was their issue & not ours.

This was a great place for us to stay during our EDC Weekend! The place was spacious, had nice rooms, bathrooms, and a cool game room. The best part about it was the pool/back patio. The gazebo was used more than any part of the house and the hot tub worked great!!

Everything was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, the kids absolutely loved the pool, and we got a lot of use out of the game room. Location was fantastic being so close to the strip; we just took Ubers which was very reasonable being so close. The host, Jason, was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We decided to take our boys to Las Vegas for the first time. We gave them two nights in a hotel on the strip, but then decided to get away from the lights and excitement of the strip and this house was perfect. Just a few minutes from the strip, but it felt like your own private oasis. House was just as described. Our boys loved the game room and the pool. Well, equipped, and very comfortable. Besides location being easily accessible to the strip, there’s a grocery store right around the corner. I recommend, would stay there again.

We stayed in this house for a weekend while we participated in a local tennis tournament. It was perfect for the six of us, and everyone had their own bed. The location is great for anything you want to do - probably 5 or so minutes to everything. Very clean and well supplied, too. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in Vegas!

This home was perfect for our family... close to the strip and other attractions. A great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, the pool was so nice to have when we needed some down time to cool off. Kitchen is fully stocked, the gameroom was great to hang out with each other. The beds are a little on the hard side but not the worst I've slept in. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Overall we had a good time at the property. The house has above average furnishings, was clean, and is located only a 10 min drive from the Vegas strip in a quiet neighborhood. It's located in the Spring Valley area which has many stores and restaurants. The private pool is a nice plus, probably the best thing about the place. As mentioned in the other reviews, the owner has a lot of rules, but they are mostly common sense items and not without explanation. Better inspection needs to be done after each house guest because the dishwasher leaked our first day. It was a bit of a letdown because we needed to unexpectedly spend time to troubleshoot the issue and clean up the leak after a very long drive and trying to get settled in. The owner was responsive however, and a replacement unit was swapped the next day.
Also, the A/C in the game room (garage) never worked our entire stay. The owner but wasn't able to find someone to fix the unit before we left. It was also 106 degrees outside, so would've been more comfortable playing billiards if there was A/C. There were tower fans however, which we used to try to blow cold air into the game room. The wi-fi stopped working the last 3 days, but the owner apologized and tried to reboot multiple times to no success.
As for supplies, most everything is provided, but oddly, you'll need to provide your own shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap.

We had the pleasure of staying at this house for the entire month of August 2021. They house is fantastic! It contains everything that you need to have a great vacation. The pool is great. It is very refreshing for those hot Vegas days, and the hot tub is wonderful after dark when the temperature drops. With 4 bedrooms, fold out couches, and a Murphy bed, the house can accommodate very large groups. There is dinner seating for 12 and a well-appointed kitchen, so you can cook great meals. Our family and guests enjoyed many hours in the game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, and big screen TV. The owner and management team where responsive, welcoming, and easy to work with. Finally, the property is in a great location. You can be on the strip in under 5 minutes, and with convenient access to the route 15 you can easily get to all the Vegas attraction. We hope to come back next year.
