Una casa di famiglia composta da tre camere da letto, due bagni, una cucina abitabile, un soggiorno, una veranda e un ponte per tre stagioni. Biciclette, sedie a sdraio, tavole da surf e boogie board possono essere riposte nel garage di un'auto. Un grande cortile privato e boschi da esplorare in riva al mare.
I lavori di ristrutturazione includevano impianti elettrici e idraulici; nuova cucina e armadi, pavimenti, elettrodomestici; nuovo bagno con cabina doccia; bagno nuovo al 2 ° piano con vasca in ghisa; doccia esterna e tutte le camere dipinte di fresco. Nuovo mazzo, 2019!
Il cottage accoglie famiglie di 4-6 persone ed è nelle immediate vicinanze delle Guardie costiere di fama mondiale e delle spiagge di luce Nauset, del Centro visitatori di Cape Cod, della pista ciclabile Nauset e della navetta per la spiaggia.

Unbeatable Cape Experience
For outdoor enthusiasts, this house is ideal. Located near the Salt Pond Visitor Center, Cape Cod Rail Trail and Coast Guard Beach, biking and walking are so easy and convenient. The house has everything needed: large, new back deck, outdoor shower, fire pit, large back yard surrounded by trees. So peaceful and quiet. Inside, it is a quaint but spacious beach house that is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed and tastefully decorated, and with AC for hot days. The owner, Betsy was always available for questions and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend for any group!

Best Cape Rental we have ever had!
We have stayed in many places in the Cape over the last few years and I can hands down say that this was the best. The property is spacious and the grounds impeccably maintained and the new fire pit a great touch. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or sunset dinner. The decor is modern and inviting and our experience with the owners was wonderful -they were both friendly and professional and really take pride in the property. Just lovely.

Great location, great value
We stayed at Betsy's house for New Year 2021. The 3-bedroom house was great for our family of 3 and 2 grandparents. The kitchen is well equipped with quality utensils. Coast Guard Beach is a 20-minute walk away on the bike path.

Charming, well-appointed, conveniently located
“Sea La Vie” is a charming, well-appointed, conveniently located home. Thoughtfully remodeled, it is cozy, yet has an open, airy feel. My husband and I stayed here in September with our adult son and our daughter and her partner. We relaxed together in the main living area, had meals in the kitchen and on the deck, and played games in the yard. The small, pleasant, front porch was a comfortable space for conversation and reading and, often, one of us would be out lazing in the hammock. We also did some exercise and Zoom yoga classes on the deck. We biked the rail trail and to the beaches, visited Fort Hill, and had easy trips to Wellfleet and Provincetown. Betsy was responsive, informative, and a pleasure to work with. From the attention she and Phil give to details, it is clear this property is a labor of love. We appreciate their efforts and are grateful for the time our family had here.

Vacation rental perfection
Everything has been thought of for the ease and comfort of renters. This house makes for the perfect getaway. Close to the beaches and the bike path. Supplied with everything you could need including bikes and beach toys and tastefully decorated. You can't go wrong!

Quintessential cape cottage
Had a great stay at the cottage. Tastefully decorated with every amenity. The house was spotless when we arrived and the owners were super vigilant about cleaning between renters to adhere to COVID protocols. Betsy was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great cottage to rent.
We enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks at Betsy's cottage in Eastham on the National Seashore. The traditional Cape cottage had a recent modern renovation throughout. Attractively decorated with many special cozy touches! Everything a Cape Cod renter would want or need was thought of!! The kitchen is stocked for cooking, thoughtful amenities provided - bikes, chairs, boogie boards and even beach towels. We lugged all our “stuff” from home because we weren’t sure what we’d find- everything was new. Love the quiet location close to the beach. We went to the beach everyday of our trip, road bikes to Coast Guard Beach, ate dinner on the new deck and rested in the hammock.

Lovely, comfortable Cape cottage
This property is really lovely, with a beautiful yard, nicely redone kitchen and bathroom, and plenty of room to lounge and relax. The location is phenomenal if you love the National Seashore as my family does. We swam, biked, kayaked, and enjoyed every minute of our vacation in no small part because of this rental house.

Perfect!
Our family of 4 ( "kids" in their twenties) had the best vacation ever at this simple classic cape cod home that is beautifully decorated! It has everything you need! We biked to Coast Guard and Nauset Light. We spent lots of time on the deck including amazing sunsets. Loved the outdoor shower, fully stocked kitchen, comfy sectional, the front porch, AC in the bedrooms, and quiet private setting, Highly recommend.

Home away from home
This is the third time we've stayed in this cottage, and we still love it. It's comfortable for a family of four, very nicely decorated and not too far from the beach. It feels more like a second home than a rental. And the owners are very nice and helpful.

First time renting for the summer - Home Run!
This was our first summer rental and our experience was above our expectation. The house is super cute and plenty of space. Lovely back yard, perfect for kids of all ages. The property is Well taken care of and as described. We over packed not wanting to take anything for granted... House is fully stocked with all you can need, just bring your bathing suit, change of clothes and a toothbrush! Close to the beaches and walking distance to the coast guard beach trolly (1/4 mi.). Owner is great and made sure we were all set upon our arrival. We are already thinking for next year to be back!! Everything was perfect.

Charming cottage with many nice amenities
Lots of charm packed into a small cottage that lives big, thanks to open floor plan and lots of light streaming in. Tastefully decorated and very up to date. Cute front porch is ideal to sit and read and take advantage of the Cape breezes. Wonderfully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. We appreciated the bikes, beach towels, and the great outdoor shower (clean, no spiders!). Location is close to the bike paths, beach and Rte 6 for easy access to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Wonderful cottage!
We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was perfect for 5 of us. Very neat, clean and comfortable. Coast Guard Beach is walkable; you can also walk a shorter distance to the beach shuttle. Easy drive to restaurants, Orleans, Wellfleet, etc. and Bayside beaches.
Highly recommend. Owners are fantastic!

Great, comfortable cottage
We loved this house! You might expect a rental to be a bit bare, but it's the opposite -- comfortably furnished, very nicely decorated, stocked with all the kitchenware, beach supplies, etc., that you could need, and just generally cozy. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it nice. And the location is great. We felt at home in five minutes and had a great stay.

The cottage is cozy and functional.
The location is very convient. The house is just one and half miles from the coast guard beach or two miles from nauset light house beach. It is easily accessible with bike trails. Besides, you can find very good restaurants in Orleans or in Wellfleet. The cottage is newly remodeled and cleanly maintained. We like to relax in the backyard or on the deck. Comparing with my friends rental nearby, this one is a gem.

Beautiful house with exquisite attention to detail!
We were SO thrilled with our experience in this beautiful house! The house was so cozy, inviting and the decor was perfect. We were so blown away with the house because it was so perfect as far as location to beaches, bike path and tons of activities to do! There even were bicycles for us to use! The outdoor shower was fantastic and the yard was to die for. We loved everything about this house and the owners were so wonderful to work with and were so accommodating! We can't wait to book again!!

Beautiful cottage, highly recommended
What an absolutely comfortable, well decorated cottage. All the conveniences of home. Great location to main highways, close to beaches, relaxing and privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
