The space is great for a family getaway at the lake. We had 8 adults, a 4 yr old, and a 6 month old. Super convenient to restaurants, boat rentals, and shopping needs - by boat or car. Nice-sized rooms, high ceilings, open concept kitchen/dining/lounge, spacious red area downstairs with additional bedrooms, and a great pool area. We really enjoyed it. Lesa was a lovely hostess - so nice and accessible. She even brought us ingredients to make s’mores in the fire pit. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first family vacation in 5 years and I was disappointed in what we got for the $$. The house is nice with plenty of room. We did have problems that didn’t affect our stay as we reported after we left. The things that did affect us were: 1- it’s not easily accessible to the dock for young children or older adults and definitely not those with mobility problems. 2- it is not fishable or swimmable( very murky stagnate and weeded in the water and about 3 feet deep), the access was the main reason for coming to the lake house. The peddle boat is broken, please don’t use or you’ll be stranded. 3- the grill was so caked in grease it caught on fire. We had to cook our ribs in the stove. 4- one bed is wobbly and my dil thought it was going to fall if they rolled over, there’s an electrical issue with the washer causing lights to flicker in bed and bathroom, sinks backed up, no garbage bags for bathroom cans and a closet door with no handles. Those are major issues that may influence your decision to book or not. I wish I was aware of those before paying that price for lake access that we had a hard time with. But like I said the house is big and roomy and if you are going just to get in the pool and look at the lake or boat it’s fine. The pool deck is small if you have kids, and no room to move chairs around. Leesa was really nice and this place has potential but you can’t change the lake location.

The house was clean and nice.

The house was well stocked. Could use a deep cleaning. Lots of webs. Was a deep walk to deck without steps so for if your knees are bad very hard to walk . Kids will not have a yard to run and play. The pool table is small and has missing balls. The paddle boat was broke and full of water. We drained the water out and steering was broke so my grandkids could not use. We also bought 2 cans of wasp spray . The house could use a deep cleaning inside and out. . But was very spacious

Location was great. A few issues with doors not closing, broken piece of furniture, needing curtain over master Br door that goes to porch, dryer not turning off. Minor things but for the price everything should be in working order.

Had a great family vacation! House is very nice! Very nice pool right outside the back. Although it is a lil steep getting down to the boat dock it’s worth it with everything else that’s there. This was the 2nd time we were at Guntersville & this home was way better than the other one we had.

Lesa was the best! If your looking for a great place to relax and recharge, You won’t be disappointed with this property!! I would stay here again!!

Rented this property so the whole family could be together for the Holidays. Very quiet, comfortable, and spacious. It’s the second we’ve rented this property for family and friends gatherings, extremely satisfied and had a wonderful time!!!

We loved this vacation rental! The home was incredible. Our favorite part was sitting by or laying in the pool just enjoying the scenery all around. We fished from the dock, enjoyed the lake with the kayaks (provided), and had fun playing games at the kitchen table where you had beautiful views of the lake and hills. Everything was super clean, and the host was wonderful. You felt far away from everything, but you are only minutes from the grocery store, some great restaurants, and a cute little downtown area with some fun shops. Highly recommend this vacation rental!

Extend family of 12 traveling from Knoxville, Nashville, Chattanooga, and South Pittsburg! The experience was great. Big roomy house and great pool. We enjoyed the kayak, paddle boats, and fishing docs too! Lesa was a great. Would for sure go again!

The home was lovely but wasn’t too impressed with the landscape to the lake. It was very steep and looked as if it were still under construction. This beautiful home is also next to a resident. We did enjoy the rental and was very pleased with the property owner.

Everything was 100% as expected. We had a bad experience at our last rental, so we were very pleased at how nice everything was. :-)

The house was very spacious, very clean, and well stocked. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Loved the views and had a great visit!

House was nice as described by owner. Owner was generous allowing later check out at no cost and waiving minor damage to futon bed. Minor negative was the lot had a fairly steep slope to lake with incomplete landscaping. Need more garbage cans at road. Pickup is once per week. I was concerned as the provided cans were inadequate for garbage generated with some bags left on ground next to cans which may get scattered by varments.

The location and home was beautiful, clean, and a great location.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Lesa was very kind and attentive to anything we needed. We had one issue with a fuse blowing and she came out immediately and fixed it for us. The house was close enough to everything in town but far enough to enjoy the quiet time by the lake. We will definitely rent again.

House is beautiful. Access is a little tricky; narrow unpaved road and steep driveway. Owner is very nice and easy to deal with. Teens loved it. We rented a pontoon boat and a tube one day. Spent a day up at Guntersville State Park and went to cathedral caverns one day. Beautiful lake. Everyone is friendly there. Nicely furnished and equipped.

We loved getting all of our children and grand children together in one house to make some lasting memories! From the pretty views and sunrises to the spacious open living areas this house was a perfect home away from home to celebrate Gods gift of family!

Based upon the photos of this property and the relativity high price, we thought it would be a nice place to host a family gathering. What wasn't posted was the muddy, half sodded yard, the construction trash (bricks, palettes, soda cans), the master bedroom with large windows overlooking the lake with NO WINDOW TREATMENTS AT ALL and the fully visible next door neighbors. While the inside of the house was acceptable, it lacked some details that one would expect to find in a "New, Upscale property". (Lack of window coverings, no pulls on drawers in upstairs bathrooms, luke-warm water (check-out page said to "stagger" showers), broken washer, broken iron,etc.) The kitchen was fairly well-stocked for indoor cooking. Appliances worked well. Property manager was very accommodating and sensitive to our complaints, even offering a full refund if we wanted to find another place to stay. Unfortunately, I couldn't find another place to stay on such short notice.

This property is a nice secluded home yet its not far from town. The home is brand new. The owner was super easy to work with. I would definitely want to stay here again.

We rented this house for our wedding guest from out of town. Very spacious new construction. Lots of room accommodated 8 people nicely. Good set up for a weekend at the lake. We did have an issue during our stay. Owner responded immediately and handled problem personally. Even offered extra time in the rental. Would definitely rent again. Thanks we had a great time.
