Beautiflu, modern and clean room. Comfortable bed.

Staff does speak 0 English but is still helpful on request via google translate. Location is acually no as close to the beach as booking states. It's about 25min walk. No curtain at balcony door, hence very light in the morning.

Cozy and nice room. Very clean, with white towels and clean bedsheets. A bit far from centre and each but by bike is ok.

Receptionist doesn't speak English at all and tried charge us additional fee when we asked to leave our luggage before our check in. During check out he tried to charge from us additional money once again and it took time to find a common understanding but we almost lost our bus because spent a lot of time at reception.

The room was nice

DO NOT STAY HERE. When you check in they keep your passport till checkout. There are no actual receptionists so when you check out whoever is around will take the money and in our case FORGET TO GIVE YOU YOUR PASSPORT. We realized at the airport after having taken an hour bus ride we immediately called them and because they don’t speak English we had to find someone who could talk to them on our behalf. They finally sent the passport in a taxi but WAIT FOR IT...we had to pay the taxi driver!!! When I rang the hotel she just said: hotel pay no, taxi no, and hung up on me. The least they could have done was pay the driver and not have the client pay for it when they were the ones who kept my passport after I repeatedly asked them not to and to please photocopy it. Again, as they didn’t speak English it wasn’t easy for us to communicate. Luckily our flight was delayed and we had arrived quite early so we didn’t miss it, but what if we had? Were they going to pay for a new flight for us? Appalling behaviour in my opinion. Location was not good. The motorbike we rented couldn’t have been worse. I would not recommend it.

Staff were super accommodating and friendly. The accommodation was great and looked really nice and well designed. the location was fantastic. The location was accessible to must-go places. The price is too cheap compared to what we get back

I do not have anything to complain about this place. You have staff who so friendly and supportive. People on all levels are very friendly, well trained and performe with a smile and empathic attitude. The room was clean, beds amazing to get a good night rest after walking around all day. I am quite satisfied, I will still choose this place next time. Thank you.
