Nice property, 2 restaurants walking distance, beautiful view of the bay, however beach had lot of algae during our stay. Not that many places to eat or shop outside of the 2 restaurants in little harbor. Overall it was a nice stay, Warren was very responsive and gave us all info needed.

Relaxing get-away! Very clean, able to walk to beach, restaurants and pool in minutes! Check it in/out was a breeze, easy directions and very responsive to questions. This was my first vrbo getaway-Absolutely recommend and easily give 5 stars!!

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was close to the pool, the beach, and two restaurants. We especially enjoyed watching sunsets at the Sunset Grill. Warren was very pleasant and communicated very well. The only suggestion I would have would be to have some sort of blankets in the unit. There were only sheets on the beds, with no other covering, and we got chilly and had to go purchase a blanket. We would highly recommend this unit for a clean, quiet, relaxing, stay!

Good value in a small but comfortable unit. Resort had beach, fishing pier, pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, fitness center, and two restaurants all within walking distance.

Enjoyed our location on the property and quiet second floor unit that was clean, well maintained with very comfortable beds. The host was easy to contact with any questions and we look forward to staying there again.

It was a great stay. The only hiccup was I didn't realize there were no replacement towels, but there is a washer and dryer to take care of cleaning those towels to reuse.

This was our first experience with VRBO. And it may sound silly, but once you're over 55 the little things matter more. Good quality towels and toilet paper ! We loved the layout. The bed was very comfortable. Ice cubes were ready when we arrived. Quiet peaceful area. Restaurants in walking distance. Loved our stay. We will definitely refer others. Beautiful location. Warren was wonderful! Very personable and contacted us a few times before arrival to keep up informed. Provided all the necessary details to check in as well as the local area. Enjoyed the pool, not very crowded and very well kept. Accommodations were clean and has everything we needed for our stay. It was a perfect just what we were looking for.

Rented this condo to be close to our fishing charter. Close, as in 50 yards. It’s an old hotel that has been converted into condos. Perfect for what we needed.

Had a great time relaxing and enjoying the beach, pool, and local amenities.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking the beach and finding shells on one side of the resort and on the other side we watched the sting rays. Dolphins, manatees and the pelicans catch fish!! . There are picnic tables with grills along side of the water. We are at Hooks several times the food was delicious!! There is a Winni Dixie near by

Everything is close by and within walking distance...the beach...pools...restaurant....boating. Warren the property manager is attentive and accommodating. Umbrella and chairs are under the bed! Room was on second floor...lobby is closed so getting to the stairs to get to the unit was a little irritating. Other than that....I would stay again!

Enjoyed my stay.

We stayed for a family wedding long weekend in adjoining town. The location was very convenient with lots of commerce on nearby Hwy 41. The complex is on the Bay. It's very quiet and there's a nice beach and good restaurant about 120 yards away. Nice safe complex for walks, with a couple of marinas and a pier out into the bay. Unit is spacious for 2-4 with a nice kitchenette, good seating, and a covered balcony. Great big screen TV and added amenities of several beach chairs. Lots of parking right next to building. No elevator for this 2nd floor unit, but that's not an issue for us. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again if visiting this area. Property manager was proactive and very pleasant in communication before and during the stay.

The property had everything we wanted. It is a nice hidden away retreat. The pools, beach, & restaurant were all great. The room was great with 2 double beds, big tv and 2 person table. The small kitchen was nice so we were able to have some food in our room.

The property manager, Warren, made being a newbie to a VRBO stay comfortable and smooth. I highly recommend this property when visiting the beautiful Bahia Beach and Ruskin, FL area.

It was perfect. Great location, great food, clean, dauhpins. Only complaint from one of my friends no elevator, which really wasn't a big deal. The atrium was closed so the only way in was one set of stairs by our unit and one at the end of building. I will still go back though. I loved it!!!

We have stayed in Little Harbor a few times, but this is the first time we’ve stayed at this building. It was perfect for what we needed and the owners were beyond accommodating and super responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice space. Clean, fully functional, fully stocked. Really easy to talk with and deal with the owner. Only downside was lack of very hot water around 5 PM!
