"Searenity"-Directly Across Ocean- Luxury Pool Home
Questa splendida casa a 3 piani è direttamente di fronte all'oceano con accesso diretto alla spiaggia che lo rende il luogo ideale per riunire tutto il gruppo per una vacanza al mare! Attraversa le doppie porte anteriori del secondo livello fino a un ampio soggiorno completato da un grande televisore a schermo piatto e divani in pelle. Dal soggiorno, uscire sul balcone privato che si affaccia sulla piscina sottostante. Adiacente al soggiorno è la spaziosa cucina e sala da pranzo. L'abbondanza di controsoffitto, doppio forno e ampia seduta rendono questa cucina ben fornita il sogno di ogni cuoco! Proprio dietro la cucina è la prima camera degli ospiti con due letti singoli e una TV a schermo piatto.
Una volta che vai al piano di sopra al terzo piano, puoi guardare sopra il soggiorno di sotto mentre ti dirigi verso le due camere da letto e due bagni al piano superiore. La seconda camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato. Dall'altra parte del corridoio è la terza camera da letto degli ospiti in cui è possibile visualizzare parzialmente l'oceano dall'altra parte della strada con un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato.
Il primo piano della casa ha una stanza unica! L'ingresso della piscina si trova anche al primo piano, rendendo questa camera il luogo perfetto per il ritiro di giorno in piscina. La zona notte aggiuntiva nella quarta e ultima camera degli ospiti a bordo piscina contiene un letto matrimoniale, televisore a schermo piatto e area salotto arredata. Il bagno completo su questo piano è comodo per gli ospiti che utilizzano questa camera e per i giorni in piscina con un ingresso separato che conduce al ponte della piscina. Piccoli viaggiatori sono stati conosciuti per fare i sonnellini di mezzogiorno in questa stanza mentre il resto della festa si sta godendo la piscina!
Entra nel magnifico e vasto cortile per ammirare lo splendido sole della Florida tutto l'anno! È possibile montare l'intero gruppo in questa piscina di grandi dimensioni e sul ponte circostante espansivo. Una griglia e un sacco di posti a sedere all'aperto rendono questo cortile il punto di ritrovo all'aperto perfetto.

Ponce Inlet is the best! The location is great. The house, if properly taken care of would be amazing. The pool was filthy. Called to complain.. they sent the company to put more chemicals in it but I spent the next day scrubbing the walls and floor of the pool with the outdoor broom. There are no pool tools like net or broom available. Literally all the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. Two of the TVs did not work. One was missing a power cord and that was fixed, the other never got fixed. Found the thermostat for the upstairs on the day we were leaving. That would have been helpful to know upon check in. Check in and check out has you driving to an office to get keys and leave keys. No sense making easy on the renter, right? Told us to wash towels before leaving, but left no soap. So, unfortunately the people using our towels will get ones washed without cleaner. The Oceans Rental staff promised to our faces they would reimburse us for all the issues and then refused to answer our calls. And guess what? No reimbursement! The house has potential to be awesome if the Oceans Rental staff does their job.

Great location, but the home was completely what we expected. From what we were told by management the tenants before us did some damage to the pool and outdoor area, but this was not fixed (nor brought to our attention) prior to our arrival/stay.

we were a little surprised when we arrived. the house didn't look well kept from the outside, definitely needs some yard work. curb appeal is important because its your first impression of the propoerty. inside was spacious, plenty of room. property appeared to be clean, but a bit worn. when i spend that kind of money for a week i expected more. pool area was good, patio table covered in rust, no cushions on the chairs (and you needed cushions to sit on them). didn't realize how cold the water would be, i would pay extra for a heated pool. next time i would only rent a place with a heated pool. Kids would probably be ok with it. please note i am a little picky when i rent on VRBO, overall nice house, right across the street from the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. normally we rent condo's thought we would try a house for the extra room and no elevators.

Home was nice. Basic essentials like garbage bags, etc are not provided for a lengthy stay. We had multiple maintenance issues such as stool leaking, microwave smoking, pool and hot tub not heated.

The home is beautiful when you pull up to it. But, to be such a nice property....it lacks. None of the tv's would work. The beds are not the worst, but definitely not comfortable. The recliner in the living room did not work. Basic cooking pans (baking sheets) are not available. The kids did enjoy the pool. The home was clean. The water pressure is very light for showers. Access to the beach across the street is very convenient. The area is nice and quiet and away from all the traffic. Ponce Inlet has a great restaurant and scenery. Overall it wasn't a complete disappointment, but for the cost...I expected better. We stay in a lot of higher end homes when doing beach vacations and this one was probably the most lacking. Don't get me wrong, it is large and beautiful inside. It's just very simple and the furnishings and needed items are very limited or non working.

We had a fabulous week here, it’s so nice and quiet. The beach was right across the road which was very convenient. There was enough room for 2 families and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very spacious and was a very easy walk to the beach. Upon arrival, we had to report to the property management that the pool pump was not working properly. Although they were quick to respond, we were unable to use the swimming pool for about three days of our stay.

Great place to stay. I feel like the house was clean and neat; however, the outside could use quite a bit of maintenance:
1- front porch railing is loose and is a fall hazard
2- front porch steps have mold, needs pressure washing, which is a slip hazard.
3- pool area needs some deep pressure washing to get rid of mold, which is a health hazard.
—- Sorry - can you tell I’m in the Insurance industry?
None of these things prevented us from having a wonderful time at the residence and beach!
We will DEFINITELY rent this residence again.
