Il nostro 2 camere da letto, 2 condominio bagno completo con tutti i pavimenti in piastrelle e ripiani in granito è un piacere lussuoso. Bella decorazione all'interno con un paesaggio incantevole e lussureggiante all'esterno! Ti sentirai come se fossi in un resort!
Potrete godere di preparare i pasti nella nostra cucina completa splendidamente decorate che comprende utensili da cucina per rendere la preparazione dei pasti un gioco da ragazzi. Il soggiorno si sentirà come una esperienza di soggiorno villaggio- meno il costo del corso! La posizione è fantastica con il patio di fronte alla piscina e un facile accesso con un piccolo cancello che conduce rapidamente alla piscina recintata. E la spiaggia sabbiosa della città si trova dall'altra parte della strada. Il carrello della città di Galveston riprende e lascia gli ospiti fuori dal nostro complesso per visitare facilmente le attrazioni della città. Alle famiglie, con 2 piscine, un centro termale calda e una sala fitness. Il nostro appartamento è arredato con il massimo del comfort e relax in mente. Adatto ai bambini - Alla ricerca di conchiglie e piccole creature marine è sempre divertente per i bambini dall'altra parte della strada con attraversamento sicuro del Seawall.

This was our first time staying closer to town and it was great. The location is perfect. From door to sand is about a 5 minute walk. Having the pool right outside the back door was great. Never had any problem finding a parking spot close to the condo and loved that it is on the 1st floor. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly what the listing showed. We loved the easy access to the condo & easy access to the pools. It’s also a short walk to the beach and near a light to safely cross over to the beach with kids. The day bed with trundle in the living room was perfect for our older kids. I would absolutely choose this condo again in the future. The only negative was that the pool closes at 9 every night. It would have been nice if it were open later on the weekends at least. I do understand that the owners have no control over that part though.

It was my family’s first time in Galveston. We had a wonderful time. My children really loved the pool at the condo. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

We were down in Galveston for a beach soccer tournament and had an extra day for family time. Doc’s place was fabulous! Yolanda is a super host. She thinks of little necessities that you forget about … there were coffee filters, hand soaps at all of the sinks, extra toilet paper if you are just there for a short trip, a couple of trash can liners - these little touches were so nice bc all of the other places we have ever stayed we had to buy all of those things no matter how long the stay. We had an issue with the microwave and she was so responsive and had it replaced within 24 hours. She checked on us and checked on how we did in our tournament. I can’t wait to come back when we can classy longer and enjoy their beautiful property with the perfect pools and super close proximity to the beach! It was beautiful and welcoming and we couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host!

We enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well supplied. The weather was awful so didn't go to the beach but the kids did go into the pool. The water is too cold for me. The only surprise, that I missed until my check in instructions were sent (and to be honest they may be on the listing) was the $50.00 charge per car to park. This is the first time I have dealt with something like this. It wouldn't prohibit from staying there again - now that I know!

We loved the location of the property and the location on the unit in relation to the pool. With some upgrades to the furniture and more supplies provided, this would be a five star property. It would be nice to have laundry soap, bathroom
toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and some coffee supplied. It’s difficult to pack those things when traveling by plane.
We also had to was the sheets in one of the rooms because they were full of sand.
Over all the property was very nice just wish the pool was heated a little warmer. It started off warm but got much colder as our vacation progressed.
We didn’t need to reach out to the host for anything, but she gave excellent directions to entering the property and getting into the unit.

Nice location for beach and some tourist attractions. Across the island for Old Town and the docks. <15 minute drive>. Nice apartment, could use better inside lighting, no grab handles in shower, parking ok ( but you do have to pay extra for self parking, so add that in). Lots of coffee filters! Big box store across the street if you need anything, liquor store near. Rainy and high wind our whole stay so we didn't get to go to the beach or pools.

Nice location. Nice unit. I wasn’t made aware of the chore list beforehand, or I wouldn’t have stayed(sweep floors, empty trash, empty refrig, do dishes, strip beds, do laundry, put everything back how you found it). There's no space to put any personal items in the bedrooms because the dressers are covered with lots of breakable knickknacks. I’d be leery if my children were young. There are signs everywhere of do’s and don'ts. It makes it hard to relax worrying about all the things you might do wrong.

This condo was a great location! It was very easy to around on the Island. We especially enjoyed the beaach across the street and the swimming pools and hot tub!

We have stayed in this condo complex before but this property was perfect for us. Loved the location and that it faced the pool. Well appointed with everything you need. Will definitely look up this place again when we vacation in Galveston.

The condo overall was very nice inside and very clean. Some of the kitchen utensils could use an update. I was lead to believe this condo was right near Pleasure Pier in Galveston, but it’s a couple of miles away. It is right across the street from the beach, which was an easy walk. There were several people around the property asking for gate codes and people that would just follow you through the entry gate in your vehicle which did not make us feel the safest and most secure. Overall, a nice property.

Our stay was perfect. The property was obviously well taken care of and our condo was clean and just steps away from one of the two pools. The convenience to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities couldn’t have been better!

Our group consisted of my two daughters, 3 granddaughters and myself. We loved the condo. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We also were impressed with the kitchen as it was very well equipped. This condo was in front of one of the pools and across the road from the beach. We will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay as a party of 6 (three adults and three kids). The location is top notch! We walked to grab groceries at Wal-Mart, the beach is literally across the street with a cross walk, the pool is right outside the door. We took the trolley to Moody Gardens to ride the paddle boat and again to Pleasure Pier. We enjoy cooking and the condo had everything needed. It was spacious and clean. Check in / check out process was simple. Bonus for the laundry and beach toys! Thanks for letting us stay.

This condo is a great location, easy to access in the complex, on the first floor and backs up to the smaller pool. It does not have a beach view. The unit does not receive much natural light and feels dark if you are someone that needs sunlight. Overall it was a great unit for the Dawn complex. We had several friends staying the same week in other buildings. This unit was one of the "better" units in the complex.

Loved the apartment and all about it, clean, quiet and right across the street from the beach! Nice furniture, great king beds and roomy bathrooms. AC works great, which was a disappointment in other places, and the kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed, including the big fridge and freezer. Great communication from the host also. Pools are too small for the amount of people the complex serves, something to be considered if one is rather a pool person. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely love coming back!

LOCATION WAS PERFECT, BEACH FRONT (SHORT WALK TO CROSSWALK TO BEACH) AND EASY ACCESS POOL FRONT. THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND QUIET. BRING YOUR OWN SHAMPOO AND DISH SOAP. THE HOSTS ARE VERY QUICK IN REPLYING TO QUESTIONS.
MAKE SURE YOU SCAN THE QR CODE TO PAY FOR PARKING AND WEAR YOUR POOL BRACELET EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT SWIMMING. THE OFFICE MANAGER WILL DILIGENTLY CHECK.
OVERALL, WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY!
