The house is just as listed, clean and very comfortable for a large family or group. Great location in a small neighborhood, restaurants and markets very close to the house. Everything you need is provided. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a nice, comfortable and centrally located vacation home.

Not sure how else this could have been any better - we had a great time - this house is in a great location, was able to handle our large group easily, and the entire rental process including communication early and often was top notch!

Probably the most comfortable rental we have stayed in, from the great room with extra large tv, comfortable couch, large windows with electric blinds and incredible views. Lots of space for everyone and clean. My family loved it and i would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Estes Park.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect home for seven of us. Easy access to Estes Park, restaurants, shopping and of course Rocky Mountain National Park. Great stargazing! Highly recommended!!

This is a fantastic property. Close to Estes but quiet. Access to national park very close. View of mountains is incredible. Home is beautiful and all basic amenities are there. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a great location for a family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The home is beautiful with such an amazing view of the snow capped mountains from the living room through the two story windows and from the deck. The location is perfect as it’s just minutes from downtown and the RMNP entrance. And you can walk to the coffee shop, general store, and restaurants. Every day there were a number of Elk grazing in the yard.
Marty, the owner, was excellent with communication from check in to check out, and everything was just as advertised. He also provided detailed documentation on how to use everything during our stay. The home was very clean and the beds were really comfy. There is a brand new large screen TV with great audio and very comfortable seating for the entire family.
We will definitely stay here again if available for our next visit.

My parents got this property for my family and sisters family. They had everything you would need to be comfortable. Thermostats in each room, privacy to guests, great views and infant/toddler items. The great room was perfect for hanging out and they even had a tree still there after Christmas time. Highly recommend this for a family getaway!

The views are amazing! Well-appointed kitchen with all of the amenities and small appliances you could need and they work. The electric shades in the great room are a wonderful addition to keep the room cooler. The lighting throughout the home is more than adequate. Having a garage to use for our vehicle is great. This home is very comfy and welcoming.

We enjoyed our second stay at this wonderful house as much as the first! Location is perfectly situated between downtown Estes Park and the Beaver Meadows entrance into RMNP. The property is beautiful. The views are stunning. The communication with Marty is also great. The house is stocked well and has pretty much everything you need. The open floor plan is so wonderful when you are with family. You can be in the kitchen cooking yet still be apart of the conversation happening the the great room. Beds were comfortable, we all slept great. The deck takes the cake, the view while sitting out there is breathtaking. We saw wildlife everyday! The peacefulness of this property is indescribable. We had such a great long weekend while staying here. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t imagine a better location and house to stay in just outside RMNP! Marty could not have been more accommodating. Must try Bird and Jim’s for dinner and Scratch Deli for lunch, both less than a half mile from the house. Lovely views of Longs Peak from the deck.

The Best View and Location in Estes Park!
Marty was a fantastic host and provided a 5 star stay. I’m convinced that there is no better place to stay in Estes Park. The location of the house to Estes Park and RMNP, the incredible views from the great room and back porch, the quiet and safe neighborhood, and the well designed and beautiful home truly sets this home apart from all others in Estes Park. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Marty. We are already planning our next trip to see the aspens change colors!

Fabulous rental!!
This was by far the most well stocked rental that we have ever stayed in! Marty was so easy to work with and he answered every question that I had in a timely manner. I knew we would be doing a lot of cooking ourselves and asked Marty several questions ahead of our arrival. If I asked about something that they didn’t already have at the house and he thought would be a good addition he made sure it was there by the time we got there. The home and everything in it was so well thought out. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. I would definitely recommend this home as a great place to stay and I would say Marty was by far the best that I have worked with when renting through VRBO. Stay here!!! You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing location, great property
I would highly recommend this property. It's perfectly located with an incredible view of the mountains and very close to the main entrance to the National Park. The house itself is beautiful and spacious with updated appliances throughout. Again, if you have a family or small group and are visiting Estes Park, you can't do much better than this spot.

Fabulous property
Was in Fort Collins for our daughter's graduation from CSU and wanted to spend a few days in Estes to celebrate. Marty was a very responsive host even before we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. The home was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing and peaceful trip. The view was absolutely stunning! The home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood only minutes away from downtown Estes and the National Park. We dined at Jim and Bird one evening on Marty's recommendation and had an exceptional meal. We can't wait to return to Marty's beautiful home.

The house is every bit (actually more so) as beautiful as the posted pictures. The great room, with the large windows, give an amazing view and even though we had weather that prevented much outside time, the view from inside, helped make up for it.
The 3+ bdrms and 2.5 baths, lg kitchen, dining space plus the great room was ample room for 5 sisters to not feel crowded.
The kitchen is well stocked and prior guests had also left things such as bottled water, coffee etc.. which was nice. We did the same with our non perishables.
The neighborhood is very quite and we all slept great. Often there were deer traveling through and stopping in the yard. We took walks and saw many elk along the way.
We dined at the recommended restaurant "Bird and Jim" and the smoked pheasant chowder and bread pudding was delicious.
We would highly recommend staying at this home. I would definitely stay here again.

Very easy process getting into the home and the owner made everything about checking out very simple and easy! Property has beautiful views of the mountainside and is in very close proximity to many popular hiking trails and local eateries and shopping.

Simply amazing!
This is an amazing property with an amazing view. We traveled to CO for a quick family wedding and can’t wait to come back! The house was extremely clean, welcoming, and all the little things were there for us. We appreciated the communication with Marty from the start. Everything was perfectly laid out and was ready for us. We will definitely be back! Not your typical rental house…so much better!
