Got a little cozy with 4 adults and 2 kids and only 1 bathroom but we made it work. Great neighborhood, lots of parking and close to the water. Got to meet the owners who were very nice and answered every call. Joe is a great host. We had a great time and will definitely be going back

We rented the A Frame for some Visiting guests so they would have a little more space since we have a small cabin! They mainly just slept there but the afre was clean and quaint and ready for guests. Joe was easy to work with!

Had a great time, the cabin was just as we expected, very clean. Joe was wonderful to work with we had no problems at all.

Couldn’t have been more perfect! So relaxing watching all the deer from the patio at night. Boat ramp located super close. We had an awesome friends getaway!

Very cozy little cabin with plenty of room for everyone! Well stocked and clean when we arrived. Owner was very helpful and responded to us very quickly any time I text. I would definitely recommend, and would happily visit again!!!

Great spot to stay very quiet neighborhood not too far from the water and everyone is very nice. The Aframe was clean and had everything you could have needed. They even supplied a few snacks and bottled water.

We came as a Father's Day surprise for my husband. Our children & I looked at a few different options and ultimately decided this would be the perfect little getaway. The A-frame is updated throughout. We enjoyed the decor. We brought some of our own games, as we normally do, and had a blast playing up in the loft one evening. The deer were fun to watch! Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly. We did spend some time in Grove, which was about 25-30 minutes away. You could easily spend most of your time right there at the A-frame (after buying some groceries, of course!). The weather wasn't the best so we didn't get to swim or go out on the water. We did take a stroll around the neighborhood and took in all of the beautiful views (and spotted even more deer)! We also grilled some hot dogs Father's Day evening. The area/yard next to the A-frame is plenty big enough for throwing frisbees, etc. The check-in/check-out process was very simple and Joe was very responsive to texts during our stay. The snacks on the table and cold water bottles in the fridge were a nice welcoming touch upon our arrival. We will treasure the memories we made there!

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. I adore the new and old mixed in this place. We did spend most of our time on the lake. The cabin was comfortable and outfitted with everything we needed. My only negative is having to haul off trash. I don't like having to put it in my car to drive it somewhere.

Adorable little cabin. Everything we needed and more. A little larger shower stall would be nice, but it has a detachable shower head that helps make up for the space. Loved the porch & the chairs to lounge on. Several deer meander around the neighborhood & a little view of the lake is able to be seen from the porch. We appreciated Joe's responsiveness & making sure we had everything we needed. Perfect girls weekend!!!

We loved our stay in the cozy A-Frame. The furnishings were comfortable and attractive.. The cabin was very clean and the surroundings were well maintained. We enjoy cooking, so loved the full kitchen. The surroundings and view were beautiful -- great times on the deck. And, we really enjoyed the close lake access. It was perfect for swimming and for canoeing. And, the deer! How fun it was to look out the window and see deer in the yard. Joe and his family were very friendly and we really appreciated how they checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we were already looking at booking again before we had even checked out!

This was our first time using VRBO and we were not disappointed! Joe was quick to answer questions and provided us information regarding the property location as well as the boat ramp in the area. The A-Frame was all we had expected and more. It was clean, comfortable, very well taken care of, and the bath towels were super soft and plentiful! It was nice to have bottled water waiting for us in the fridge, as well as snacks on the table. Loved the fact that we could run a load of laundry in the washer/dryer before heading home. We have a good sized boat and trailer, and had no problems parking it on the property. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice place to stay, and we hope to make it back there again this summer! Thank you Joe for providing us with a great place to stay for a long weekend!

This cabin is a great size for a single family with 2-4 kids looking to stay close to Grand Lake. It has everything you need and is very clean and updated. My kids loved the loft it was like having there own room upstairs. I'm 6 foot 5 so the small shower was a bit of a challenge but we are used to showering in a camper so it was no big deal. Has a nice open lot next to it for playing games, cooking out, and having a campfire. The boat ramp and fishing docks are just a few blocks away. I would give this cabin 5 stars if it was closer to the water and had a better view of the lake but overall a great little cabin!

We absolutely loved our stay in this A-frame! The beds were awesome and very cozy. We will definetly stay here again when we come to Grand Lake. Joe the owner was also so helpful with recommendations and communication, which made us feel welcomed.

Great cabin for a great price!. Front porch has chairs, back yard has picnic table. We had 4 trucks and 3 boats, it was the best place for someone that is fishing. Outside plugs for charging the boat. So ease to get in and out. The only thing if you are a big person the shower is a little tight.

The cabin was very tastefully decorated and very charming. Location was great, very close to lake, swimming, playground, fishing and boating. Private boat ramp was available in community. Owner was a pleasure to work with and responded to every question I had quickly. We will definitely be back! It was a quick drive from OKC.

Great cabin for a great price! Very short drive down to the water where we swam and enjoyed the lake! Very inviting and homey...they had snacks and bottled water provided which was a nice treat. Front porch has chairs, back yard has picnic table and space for yard games. Everything you can think of, they had! Board games, movies, extra towels and linens, bbq grill, plastic ware, etc. Joe gave us several recommendations for eating out, boat rentals, etc. We had a wonderful weekend! I would highly recommend this cabin for your Grand Lake vacation spot!
