Quattro camere da letto e tre aree abitabili consentono il massimo comfort per le famiglie (uno o due). La zona giorno combinata di cucina e sala da pranzo con alcune sedie a sdraio occasionali si apre all'area decking che comprende un tableand barbecue all'aperto e ha una vista panoramica completa di Bridgewater Bay.
La sala formale separata con sala da pranzo informale offre il massimo comfort durante il soggiorno mentre ammirate il panorama attraverso le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto, usate questo come un rifugio per adulti dato che i bambini possono andare al piano inferiore nella terza area soggiorno che include posti a sedere per bambini e TV.
* Si applicano le tariffe stagionali. La tariffa notturna pubblicizzata è per 4 persone. Si applica un supplemento di $ 20 per ospite per notte superiore a 4 ospiti. Tutte le prenotazioni prevedono una commissione di prenotazione una tantum da $ 35 applicata da PSHS. this place is a fantastic place to stay for groups of children and adults. Spectacular views from both decks and a child safe deck which is great. A walk through the property takes you to steps down to the beautiful beach and kiosk. However, be warned that there are no arrival items provided and no 'pantry'- there are no tea bags or coffee, small container of milk, salt and pepper (or shakers), matches or oil (for BBQ) or soaps for shower. Also no broom for sweeping the floor if staying more than a few days with kids. The closest general store/supermarket is in Portland. Hard if you arrive late so bring it all with you. There were no instructions/batteries for various electrical/media items and utilities and double garage doors did not open. Have submitted a review to owners so assuming will be attended to. Otherwise it is a fantastic house in an amazing beachside hamlet. A gem.Portland Seaview Holiday Stays are great to book through.

House was good for us but from photos when I booked it looked like 4 double beds and the bunks.
The fact that it was out of Portland wasn’t an issue as we could get our morning coffee fix at the local cafe.

Terrific views across cape Bridgewater to Nelson lighthouse from an elevated position. Several living areas and good wifi helped us manage a rainy visit. Pack your surf board, hiking boots and BYO dishwasher tablets.

Beautiful, restful place. Our pre-kindy boys loved the lawns & we loved the panoramic views from this lovely place.
