Venite a godervi il vostro fine settimana o una settimana nella nostra accogliente, centrale 2 camere da letto 2. 5 residenza cittadina.
Ha 8 posti letto e dispone di 2 garage auto, accesso alla piscina, vasche idromassaggio e sauna, camino e barbecue. Un sentiero per il lago proprio dall'altra parte della strada.
La nostra casa è disposta su tre livelli con due garage dell'auto al piano inferiore. Recentemente ristrutturato cucina moderna con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, tavolo da pranzo e comodo soggiorno con un camino sono al piano principale. La camera da letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera da letto sono situate all'ultimo piano. Griglia per barbecue è sul balcone al di fuori del soggiorno.
Internet wireless veloce e gratuito in tutta la casa di città.
Avrete accesso a una piscina coperta riscaldata, vasche idromassaggio, palestra e campo da tennis.

This is a beautiful townhome. Very comfortable. Close to Frisco and Breckenridge. The pool is a few steps away. Daniel the owner is very nice and responsive. We will be back!

The property is very conveniently located making it very easy to access ski rentals, interstate, restaurants, clubhouse with pool, etc. The property itself is quality; a very well designed, well furnished and well maintained vacation rental.

Updated comfortable townhouse in a convenient location. The garage is a tremendous bonus in the winter. Daniel, the property manager is very helpful and easy to work with.

Everything about this condo was perfect. Super clean. Well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for 3 adults.
5 minutes to Main Street Frisco. 10 minutes to Copper Mtn ski area. The pool and hot tub are right across from the condo.
Definitely would return next year.
Daniel is a super host!!! He checked in several times to see if there was anything we needed.

We loved this property! Everything is very thoughtful. The furniture is comfortable, all the dishes and linens you need, located right next to the pool and very close to town. Every time I thought of something I could use, I found it (broom, squeegee, etc.). I would highly recommend.

Excellent communication from the host, Daniel. The condo was perfect for our family of 3 during spring break. Shops and restaurants in Frisco are much less crowded than nearby Breck. We skied at Copper Mountain which was a quick 10 minute highway drive each morning. One downside - we didn't anticipate that our SUV wouldn't fit in the garage with the roof pod, since it easily cleared our garage back home... just a difference between new/older construction. Not a huge deal as we were able to pull-up under the garage overhang and only needed to scrape snow on half the car. Overall very pleased with the stay.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to Copper Mountain allowing us to easily drive there during the day. The Frisco area provided great dining options and grocery stores. Thanks for a great time!

We have stayed here more than once. The location, amenities, communication from Daniel, price and value, all make this my preferred spot when hitting the slopes. The hot tub and pool are close and convenient. The water pressure and shower heads are strong and luxurious. There's even a boot and glove drier!
The kitchen is stocked with all the plates pans and utensils you need to make all your meals. The beds and couches are comfortable. The gas fireplace is a nice added touch too.
We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in Frisco! Daniel was a great host and the property exceeded expectations. The fireplace in the living room and the pool/jacuzzi across the driveway were icing on the cake. If you’re skiing/snowboarding at Vail, Breckinridge, or Keystone, this is the perfect place to stay! We’ll be back!!

We love staying in Frisco so that we can hit multiple ski resorts during our stay. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Great attention to detail with all the upgrades in the unit - nice furniture, bedding, well-stocked kitchen, great bathrooms/shower. The host checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, which we did because the check in process was so easy. Seating in the family room was super comfy with nice TV and fireplace. Great for relaxing in the evenings.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do as we spend many Summers in Summit County. We enjoy the fact that we’re right on the lake next to the nature, preserve able to walk into town, the coffee shops, and have the bike trail right at our feet.
The first thing we noticed when we walked in, was how clean, smelling and tastefully decorated the entire place was. The beds were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a great addition.
We both can’t wait to come back next summer!

Spent a week here. Nicer than pics show. Lots of extras in the rental, which I always appreciate. Everything you could want in the kitchen for cooking, eating there vs going out, etc. Close to pool and gym. Love having no one above or below you (quiet) and loved the giant garage that fit our vehicle, bikes, and tandem kayaks and all had space. Would definitely stay here again. And the property manager is great with communication as well.

PERFECT SPOT FOR FRISCO + MOUNTAIN TOWNS
WOW! We LOVED Daniels place! We were in the area July 2022 to spend time in Frisco, Breck, etc and this townhome was the perfect retreat for us. I just wish we had more time to spend there! This unit is SUPER clean, warm, homey and the townhome community had great amenities. The inside seemed newly remodeled or just very well taken care of.
Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub! Daniel was very attentive - even to my annoying questions during the week! I would highly suggest this listing for summer or winter! Thank you Daniel!

This is a nice, relaxed location with out the door trail access to trails around the lake. Daniel is very responsive. The kitchen and bathrooms have been tastefully updated. Huge garage makes gear storage a breeze. Right across from the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. What’s not to like?

Great property in a great location. The condo is well appointed with everything you need. 2 minute drive to shops and restaurants, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, about 20 to A-Basin and Breck, 5 minute drive to the cute main street in Frisco and a nice walking trail right outside the door! The enclosed garage was a bonus. Thanks to the owners for a great stay!
