The house was clean, location as described. We loved the view and the house was well maintained. Would love to come back again and use more of the amenities. An upgrade of fans in the great room would be helpful since there is no air in that area. (The mattresses in the bunk room need updating- something I was told after our stay by my adult kids.) Staff that arrived to clean on our way out were so pleasant and kind. Owner responded to a text right away.

We had a great time, lots of napping and reading and boardgames, house has everything you could need and beautifully located, although the beach had a lot of stuff washed up on it since we were just weeks post the hurricane. We had a hiccup on checking in, but everything else was stellar. Would absolutely come back.

Good location. Had everything needed for a beach day too which saved us from having to buy a cooler and chairs. Great communication with the owner too. No fans out back and it does get hot but that's what cold beverages are for. Would stay again.

Our family felt like we were at home in your house. The location was perfect for us to see other places on the island, and helped us decide that the beach by the house was the best beach we encountered on our trip. We are all looking forward to next spring, and spending more beautiful fun filled days on the beach.

There were two leaks. One in the bathroom upstairs and one in the bathroom downstairs. Could have have been a little cleaner but beach houses r hard to keep clean. Couldn't get oven to work. Location was nice. Good beach nice use of kayaks. Location was good where the kids could walk everywhere.

Absolutely beautiful location! We loved the place and all the amenities. It is away from all the tourist areas, but yet close enough to drive to anywhere you would like to go. The view and beach were amazing and very relaxing. The house could use some TLC, but for the time we spent in the house (to eat and sleep) it was perfect. Jose was very helpful and responded quickly as needed.

House was very comfortable, stocked with all the amenities; wifi, tv, air conditioning, laundry room, new kitchen, comfortable beds, great porch overlooking the ocean. Yard was large and parking was covered. It was a little difficult to find (owner was super helpful) and the area shows a lot of storm damage but it was safe and very quiet. Locals were very friendly as was the owner. Beach is great for walking/running. Location is 30-60 mins from main attractions (beaches, Yunque Rainforest, etc.). Highly recommend the jet ski tour in Carolina.

The home needs some updating. We could not enjoy the beach because of the seaweed. Even though we got the house because of the beach access we had to travel out to different beaches to enjoy the Caribbean beaches. There was no Sandy beach. Nothing but wet sand with seaweed and so many bugs on the seaweed. The beds were very comfortable and air in the bedrooms was much needed and appreciated.

Stayed for 11 days at this big beautiful home right on the beach in Punta Santiago. The house was well stocked with everything one would need for a very comfortable stay. Jose was easy to reach and responded quickly to text messages. The location was great; grocery store, restaurants in walking distance from the house. The people we met were very friendly and made our stay very memorable. We would love to stay at the Beach house again, and thank Jose and Lorraine for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. Pro’s: absolutely beautiful location. Could remain here for your entire vacation and truly feel relaxed and as if you have missed nothing of Puerto Rico’s beaches, friendly locals, great food, nightlife, flora and fauna. Neighbors and neighborhood are friendly and very welcoming. Adequately equipped for cooking light meals at home, VERY comfortable beds. Linens provided and every basic need covered. Great beach extras provided in the downstairs laundry room. Listers allowed for flexibility in check out time as able. Very grateful as our last flights out were very late in the day. Con’s: for some reason the listing was removed from VRBO the same day we arrived leaving us no contact availability to the property listers (was re-listed at the very end of our stay). My family arrived before me and I was unable to provide a number to call. After only 20 minutes or so, the neighbor walked over to open up, provide keys and left but did not provide any other information. Not terrible, but confusing for my family. Our only form of available communication was through VRBO messaging which was slow (basically through emails). Kitchen is showing obvious signs of wear and tear (already reported to lister and it appears in earlier reviews that these listers are very responsive to any issue that may need to be addressed!). Be VERY careful on outside stairs and porch if they are wet!! They are incredibly slippery despite anti-slip strips on the edges of the stair runs. (Small landings have no anti-slip.)

What an amazing house. Right on the beach. On one side of the house you can see the mountains and the rainforest on the other you can see Vieques. It's in the cutest town with super friendly people. You can walk to restaurants and the market. The sound of the ocean was so peaceful and the breeze was perfect. Awesome kitchen and they have all of the stuff you could ever want for the beach and the WiFi is legit - I would stay here again in a heartbeat - so super tranquil and relaxing - great place to unwind and breath deeply. Jose was great and very on point. 10/10 I would rent again.

This home was perfect for our family! Location was everything! The views were amazing and just what you see in the pictures! Super easy check in. Definitely will stay again! We enjoyed every moment of it.

Very good communication with Jose. Location is good. Some musical instruments made fun in the evenings. Porch is big and comfortable. make sure you are prepared for mosquitos.
