Very nice! Would stay again!

The house was very roomy and well-equipped/ stocked. The space was great for our size group, 10. Rooms were good size. Main gathering area was spacious and a wonderful space to accommodate us all. We cooked every meal - no bumping into each other. Sonos speakers were a hit. The location was perfect... just private enough, yet close to everything. Hosts were accessible and very easy/ pleasant to work with.

So much room, this home was wonderful. Would recommend it for any family to stay. Beach access was close and easy to get to everything on the island.

This house is conveniently located mid-island and across from the marshes. It’s large but a little chopped up. Everyone kept getting turned around. We enjoyed the large windows overlooking the marsh and the wrap around small porch. Unfortunately, the house was very dirty. Our feet were black after walking barefoot in it. Baseboards were coated with dust, and the basement was musty and moldy. Some of the sheets on the bed were dirty! There were a few rotten boards in the floor of the porch. The silverware was corroded and some of the dishes we had to wash before using. Overall, this house was a big disappointment, and we wouldn’t stay here again.

The house was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was responsive and reached out close to the checking date to confirm everything. There is beach access but it is a little of a hike from the entrance to the beach. However, that being said when you get to the beach it is basically your own private location. Absolutely beautiful! My only critique is the fourth bedroom was in the basement and it was very musty. The other three rooms were amazing. I would definitely recommend this house.

The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for large families. Nice decking, comes with the golf cart and amenities passes. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay!

Great place to stay. beautiful house to use as a home base and to come home for some family time with enough space for quiet when you need to get away. The owners were very helpful. I will look to stay here again.

This is one of the best houses on Fripp for the price range. The house is clean and modern appliances. The furniture is very nice and the house layout is very comfortable. The downstairs bedroom, game room, and shower is a little rustic and a great place for kids. The master bedroom is fantastic with a sitting area in case you have to do some work on your vacation.

Great communication! Large open kitchen was my favorite. Large deck I read on & watch sunrise & set. Nice space in bedrooms. Didn’t use bottom floor, just not needed but lots of room there.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. This was our ninth stay on Fripp Island and this house is at the top of list. The house was the perfect size for our seven adults and two toddlers. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, the awesome view from the deck and of course the ping pong table! We enjoyed everything about this house!!! Thank You!

Beautiful home with nice view of the marsh. Close to the beach and Beach Club. Open room with kitchen and dining. Hope to rent it again sometime.

We all really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed. The location was fantastic and we were able to relax and check out the gorgeous island. Hands down the best beaches in SC.

Loved having such a great location to the beautiful marsh....golfcart.....bikes......massage chair was an unexpected blessing.....thanks so much. We would love to visit again.

Our family really loved this place. Each couple had their own space, and there is as very nice large open area in the middle for everyone to gather for meals and play games. Basement / rec area was great as well! Best of all was the proximity to the ocean + the golf cart provided to get us there. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and the house is very accommodating.

We loved being in the heart of it all. Beautiful view, great sunsets, and wonderful for the teens to go back and forth from. The golf cart is in great shape and we were thankful to have it. This rental house is a fantastic value. I miss drinking my coffee on the front porch! Lots of TVs, big frig and double ovens are a big bonus!

We enjoyed this lovely home. The kitchen has everything you need and we spent most of our time indoors in the fantastic great room. Thank you for a great week!

We had a wonderful week. The island was absolutely beautiful. The owners were wonderful to work with and had just about everything you may need in the house. Cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner in someone else’s kitchen is hard but with Angela”s help before we went telling me what was there and the amount of things they do have made it pretty easy! We were very impressed when we had a hard time starting the golf cart and she got right back to me and sent her family member to help right away.

This house gave all of our guests their own space to relax and rest.The owners were very easy to work with when we had a minor issue with the provided golf cart. They were equally kind about giving more details of the specific kitchen equipment when asked prior to our trip. This was a perfect location for our family and afforded us many sweet memories! We can't wait to share Fripp with our friends next time.

This home has it all -- great location, lots of room, and extremely well-equipped.The golf cart was an added bonus. This is the perfect family home -- the den with TV was great for the kids while the adults could gather in the very spacious living / kitchen / dining area with huge windows and what must be a 20-foot ceiling with a great view over the marsh. We visit Fripp every year and would certainly hope to stay here again.

Convenient location to everything on the island and the house had everything we needed!

This was a very big house, with an excellent kitchen/great room. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. This was a great house, we truly enjoyed our stay.
