The beach chairs need to change as they would only rent two days at a time for us. Their website was complicated. We never saw any of the property management people, so I guess that is their policy. All in all we had a great time and location couldn’t be better. Thank you for a great week.

The house accommodated our large group and by far, it was the front porch that gave us the most pleasure. The kitchen facilities were terrific, and the large dining room table worked well.
The loft bedroom did not work for us - there were no shades on the windows and the noise carried. Loved the easy walk to the beach.

Home was fantastic and our vacation was awesome with one exception. Multiple smoke detectors went off Sunday evening and chirped into the morning. Not as if there were a fire but as if batteries were bad. Technician came to look at them. I thought the problem was fixed. It was not. A certain detector continued to go off randomly the next few days until Wednesday evening when it chirped non-stop until a technician came back out to replace it on Thursday afternoon.

We had a 2 week family reunion. Parking was stressful since the house is only allowed 2 spaces, and we had 3 cars coming from 3 different states, but the management company finally allowed us to park one in the driveway.
The house is wonderful. We had the AC go out on July 4th, but the managers had someone out who fixed it within 4 hours!
The Internet wasn't working despite restarting the router, on the TVs and our TV devices (Roku, Firestick, and Apple TV). The owner manages this remotely, but was out of the country. I finally discovered that if I unplug the power from the router, as well as the two mesh repeaters, and then plugged them back in, in the order of router, wait 4 minutes, mesh repeater in the study, wait 4 minutes, and then mesh repeater in the butler's pantry, and wait again 4 minutes, then everything worked fine.
The porches were wonderful. The ceiling fans have slide switches - number 1 is the fastest speed, not number 4.
The grill out back was great, as was the kitchen.
I was surprised that the entire house still has incandescent light bulbs, which generate a lot of heat, and which burn out, of course. We had 2 burn out while we were there. LEDs are recommended, and will work with the various dimmers. Likewise, I recommend replacing the two large tank hot water heaters with endless hot water heaters - much more economical, and endless hot water. We never ran out of hot water despite 10 people taking showers, as well as frequent washing of dishes and clothes, but the endless hot water heaters use a fraction of the energy, and also don't put so much heat into the house.
Overall, I would recommend this house very much. The imperfections were minor and easily dealt with. Great location, too, about 10 minute walk to the beach.
There is a Publix nearby for food, etc. We went several times. Restaurant prices are very high in Seaside, and the lines tend to be long. Many restaurants

Upon arriving the housekeepers were still working hard on the house to get it ready for us. They did a beautiful job!(I need the name of the company to send them a thank you card the house was very clean). There were no problems all week. This was my family's yearly beach vacation. Six adults and five children. The location of the house was so convenient to the center and beach but quiet at the same time. I will stay here again! Thanks to the owner, Homeowners Collection and housekeepers for giving us a great experience.
