Il giardino accogliente.

La stanza molto piccola e organizzata male. Bagno piccolissimo e water fronte muro.
La spa non è una spa. Solo docce di acqua fredda. Accogliente solo la sala relax

Molto bello l hotel, ricorda un 4 stelle e non un 3 stelle. Camera pulita ma un po piccola, assenza di aria condizionata ma la sera con il cambio di temperatura ho dormito bene.
Molto buona la colazione e molto rapidi i ragazzi dello staff. Terrazza per fare aperitivo molto accogliente e piacevole per il dopo cena.
Cucina del ristorante da migliorare e servizio a Buffef leggermente da rivedere. Hotel con un buon potenziale poco sfruttato.

Large room facing mountain. Clean. Lots of towels. Big comfortable bed. Good value for money. Impressive breakfast buffet. Tables and chairs laid out outside. Panoramic views. Jacuzzi.
There is no public transport outside school holidays. Even during school time the bus service is very limited. Taxi cost 35 € from Mondovi.
Everywhere in Frabosa is on a fairly steep hill so not suitable for infirm people Ok if you stay in and around the hotel.
During the summer period many shops and facilities are closed. This is a small winter ski resort.
The cappuccino from the machine in the dining area is a disgusting undrinkable gloop. The pastries are beautiful but supersweet. The cena buffet is good but has several items which are warm, not hot.

Ours was a good size room with a hot shower and a small balcony view.
Heated with comfortable beds and good quality bedding
Only a one night stop over for us leaving Italy not ski related.
A large party of younger children were running along the corridors shouting and slamming doors until after 9 pm with little if any supervision even after we complained to the reception.
There needs to be rooms allocated on at least different floors to these bookings.
Signage to the hotel and parking was limited on a very small hill access road.

Nice breakfast and staff
First of all, the pictures on booking.com does not match the room we got. We got a room where we hardly could walk around eg to small for 4 people
Secondly it is for sure not ski in ski out. There is a long distance to the lift.

We had to wait for 15 min to check-out because the receptionist did not wake up on time. When she arrived she got our invoice wrong thanks to her visible hangover… which was embarrassing and very unprofessional.

We spent only one night there but the location and the rooms absolutely exceeded our expectations. We arrived at ten in the evening and as soon as we checked in we were informed that although we had only paid €39 for the room they had put us in a superior room, which was very large with a completely renovated bathroom and room and a balcony with a view of the mountains. Warm welcoming and nice staff.

The room and food
The receptionist when checking out early. Very rude and not well presented.

Lobby and bar were nice, space outside as well and we had good parking and we had a room with a view. Restaurant staff was very...very attentive, 5 star for the waiters and maitre'd.
Spa facilities were fully booked, to me this can't happen, you go to a hotel because of those facilities, it s like false advertising. We went for the cheap room but it was the smallest room we ever stayed in, tv set was tablet size. Doors are not sound proof and there were children playing outside our room, very noisy.

Most of the hotel requirements where met: location, parking, room, breakfast (optional) etc.
The hotel staff did obviously run a party during the night and was extremely noisy around 3:00am.....not pleasant as it was literally impossible to slepp. This surely was an exception but has very much affected influenced my perception.
