Historic Stadium Area Vacation Rentals!
Soggiorno in un bellissimo appartamento moderno situato nella splendida, storico Stadio District di Tacoma! L'appartamento è ristrutturato e completamente arredato. Si tratta di una due letti / due unità bagno che dorme sei. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, un divano matrimoniale, un armadio, bagno completo e cabina armadio. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, un armadio e cabina armadio. La cucina è dotata di granito, armadi in legno di ciliegio, costruito nel lavastoviglie, piatti a microonde e pentole. L'appartamento è dotato di tv via cavo, Wi-Fi, il calore, lenzuola, asciugamani, giochi, sala biciclette e parcheggio assegnato. Lavanderia si trova solo una corsa in ascensore di distanza!
Il noleggio si trova a pochi isolati da Wright Park, l'entrata in Bay Waterfront, e la Città Vecchia di Tacoma. Siamo inoltre a breve distanza dal centro di Tacoma e I5. Seattle è a 45 minuti e la Tacoma Mall è di circa 20. Point Defiance, Ruston Way e Chambers Bay sono anche abbastanza vicino se volete un'avventura all'aria aperta. My son and daughter-in-law and I were supposed to meet at Sea-Tac Airport and all of us were going to stay at the property. Their flight was cancelled and they were unable to come. So, I had the whole place to myself. I felt very secure and enjoyed the scenic view. It was clean and well-stocked. Very comfortable. I would certainly stay there again.

Let me start by saying that Lucy is the hostess with the mostest! 😊. She was very welcoming and her property is the nicest VRBO properties I have stayed in. I think it’s nicer than the pictures show. My father and I stayed at Lucy’s property for five days and felt comfortable and safe. The property was very clean and well kept. Also we met some of her great tenants. If you are in the Tacoma area this is the place to stay. It is very centrally located and the neighborhood is nice and walkable.

Really nice flat with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Rooms are generously sized and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Peek a boo view`of Commencement Bay from living and dining rooms. Great location, walkable to Wright Park, supermarket and nice restaurants. Clean and bright! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again!

This 2bdr/2 bth apartment is a delight! Located in the northside of Tacoma with everything you need in walking distance! Lucy, our host, was fantastic! We had a great time!

This apartment and host couldn't be better! Lucy was helpful with a couple of special requests that made our Thanksgiving stay perfect. The place is lovely, within walking distance of places to eat, and best of all next to the Art House Cafe! A perfect 10!

Lovely place to stay while visiting family in Tacoma. Very clean and spacious. Neighborhood had some nice places to eat and water view was a bonus.

Great location with view of water and next to lovely architecture at stadium high school. Wonderful restaurant for breakfast below run by same owner as VRBO. Great restaurants and market in area- nice park and couldn’t ask for more. I’d definitely stay again!

Spacious, bright updated high-ceilinged two bedroom apartment in a charming older building located in a pleasant urban neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and grocery store. Very comfortable furniture, beds and showers. Perfect for two couples. Lucy was a very gracious and attentive host. Her family's restaurant located two doors up served a great breakfast. No problems using the building's common laundry facility for which Lucy provided a jar of quarters. Be advised that kitchen was lacking pretty much any food or pantry items, including plastic wrap, foil or storage containers for leftovers. We didn't cook during our 3 night stay but would have had to purchase all ingredients. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

Really liked our stay. Location was close to great restaurants and downtown Tacoma. Floor plan good and as advertised. Bed comfy with quality bedding. Furniture high quality. Kitchen small but adequate. Secured entry was nice. Parking is a little tough if you have large vehicle. However Manager accommodated with alternative spot. Would stay again

Wonderful apartment, great neighborhood to explore, with groceries, pharmacy, bookstore, etc. all within walking distance. Highly recommended. Funky parking garage, but usable.

Had a fantastic short stay overlooking the sound. This 1920-era building, and especially this unit, is extravagantly spacious, has elegant flourishes, a very comfortable main bed, and is very centrally located. The host Lucia offered us many tips for walking around the area and made sure everything in the unit was just right.
The new Link train segment wasn't completed and running up to the building door quite yet, but it seems like it will be pretty soon, which will mean easy direct access to downtown. Look forward to returning.

We had a terrific experience all around when we stayed here for a week touring theSeaTac area and national parks. The property itself is in a safe part of town, with cafes, coffee shops and a nice grocery store within a 5 minute walk. It is well appointed, with very comfortable beds and furniture. The small efficiency kitchen was very convenient and well stocked for cooking. Large windows contribute to.a very open feel.
Lucy and Lita were very responsive, with very efficient check in.
One of the best VRBO values that.we’ve stayed in nationwide. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It’s charm comes from the 100 years old architecture. Top notch appliances and linens made it very comfortable.. Certain cars may have issues accessing the garage because of the steepness. Street parking was sometimes challenging. Overall we were very pleased!

We don't often feel so good about a property that we want to go back again. But this apartment is exceptional. Great location, perfect size, garaged parking, and tastefully furnished... it has it all. We definitely want to come back.

Spacious apartment and good value
Very nice apartment for our family vacation to Tacoma/Seattle. Plenty of space, clean, and conveniently located to everything you need in Tacoma. Way better than staying in a hotel.
Property owner, Lucy, was very responsive and accommodating. Would reserve again if visiting the area.

A great location in a cute part of town
This is a very comfortable, very clean 2-bedroom apartment in a cute part of town. All of the furniture felt comfortable, and despite being in an apartment building and near a busy-ish street, the location was very quiet. There is a slight view of the water, and there are so many windows, it feels very light and airy. The kitchen was perfect for us (a family of 4) and the rooms feel nicely separated. It never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen has lots of utensils, flatware, glasses and plates/bowls. It could use a few more knives (or we didn't find them). The bedrooms could use thicker blinds for mornings when the sun is up early/ Other than that, it was perfect, and would definitely look at this property again for our next visit to the area.
As for the neighborhood, there is a great market 2 blocks away, several restaurants, a nice park and a great book store that is 4 walkable blocks away.

Perfect location, exactly as advertised
Super clean, easy to find, owner Lucy is terrific.
This property is roomy and perfect for our family of four ( 2 adults, 2 teenagers). Decor is bright and inviting in this historic building. Updated to perfection.
Art House Cafe downstairs is delicious and fresh, shake shake shake burgers across the street also really good.
Woul definitely stay here again!!

Excellent stay
The apartment was large, clean, and well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Lucy was easy to get in contact with, and the location was great too, close to restaurants, coffee shops and Stadium Thriftway for groceries.

Visiting our daughter in Tacoma. This apartment is well furnished and is in a great location to explore the stadium district, downtown and Ruston. We walked all over. Could not ask for a better setup.

Spacious, comfortable digs with a very convenient location
We stayed at this property for 4 months while we waited for our condo to be finished. It's a roomy flat a mere 1/2 block from historic Stadium High School in Tacoma's Stadium District. There are 4 excellent restaurants within 1 block, a couple of breweries, a used bookstore and lots more. There's a small post office in Renko's Pharmacy, half a block away. And Stadium Thriftway, a fine, upscale grocery is 1 block from the apartment. There's also lovely Wright Park with its enormous, old trees a mere 2.5 blocks away. And there's also some lovely walking area past well kept gardens and Victorian homes a mere block or so away.
Lucy, the property manager, is lovely and very responsive to requests. (Our dishwasher broke and it was fixed the next day, for example.)
Nice, partial view of Commencement Bay out several windows and we could also watch kids practicing tennis on the roof of a parking garage nearby. Kitchen is on the small side but very well equipped with everything we needed. Bedrooms quiet and comfortable. Internet was reliable throughout our stay. Not the fastest I've ever seen but good enough to stream movies via a roku I hooked up without discernable lack of quality. It's a rock solid, 8 story building constructed in the 1920s. Most of the units are long-term rentals and all the people I met who live there were very friendly and nice.

Perfect for 2 couples
My family and my sister and her husband stayed for 3 days and the apartment was perfect. There was plenty of room, spacious walk in closets, plenty of room in the rooms to gather and a beautiful view. Luci was very helpful. The trip was very enjoyable.

Great Place
Having stayed in other areas of Tacoma before, this apartment and neighborhood offered a surprisingly welcome change of scenery. Loved that so much was within easy walking distance re groceries, restaurants and a park. Plus this spacious place offered a real home away from home feel throughout, with every amenity we could have wanted. We look forward to returning!

Spectacular
We picked this location primarily due to proximity to our daughters apartment. It was much bigger than we anticipated and so so clean. We hiked most every day and welcomed the comfortable beds and “at home” feeling when we returned. Will be heading out to Washington again in spring of next year and plan on staying here again!
