What a great house!! Lots of room for entertaining and well equipped with all the essentials. The bedrooms were roomy with a bathroom in each. Wonderful backyard with lots of areas to sit and lounge. Management was very attentive and helpful.
We will return when we come to Palm Springs again.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and reasonably well appointed. The neighborhood is spectacular for walking, especially for those with an appreciation of mid-century residential architecture and fine, mature, well-maintained landscape design. A short drive or a long walk to town. Gave the new property manager a little constructive feedback on a few very minor items as we also own and rent luxury properties and he seemed receptive to our input. Would stay again if we return to PS.

We stayed for a month. We were very disappointed with the condition of this house and we have rented around 20 houses and we have never given a negative review. First the materials we were given said there was a driveway gate code and the remotes would be inside the house and operate the gate and garage. When I asked where the remote was I was told the drive way gate was manual. We tried to use the pool and spa the first weekend and the heat did not work. We were told it had not been turned on. We tried to use it again the second weekend and it did not work and they then said it was broken. It then got fixed. Neither the outdoor fire pit nor the propane patio heater worked. I contacted the property manager via text or email and received no response. When I contacted again he said he would work on the fire pit before the middle of the month when our adult boys and their wives were coming for a week. The fire pit got replaced and worked 3 days before we left and the propane heater never worked. If you look at the cushions on the chairs in the front patio you will see they are shredded underneath. As another reviewer noted the living room sofa continuously leaks feathers and the breakfast nook table is too large for the space so you can only use 3 of the 4 chairs. The house is in a beautiful neighbourhood and has plenty of space. It was not ready for our rental.

The location was really great and the house was fantastic The dual (technically three) suites provided the perfect setup for us. We spent most of our time in the hottub and pool which were great. The directions were a little unclear on how to activate things but we got there after a quick call. It was not great to discover that they don't want the thermostat turned below 72. That's fine for when we went in March, but I would be very annoyed during the summer. They also have weird rules about how many towels you can leave unwashed which doesn't make sense for the price. Still, laundry was easy so we threw them in. We'd absolutely stay here again during a similar time of year. Check in/out was simple. They even gave allowed us an hour late checkout. Host communication was great and when we did need to call the house manager, he answered (shocked me) and provided answers immediately. House has great TVs that you can stream in, especially the one outside by the hottub. We didn't get a chance to really use the kitchen or BBQs much this time but would in the future.

We have stayed here multiple times for our annual girlfriends reunion. It is our very favorite place to stay and have been to many other places. Great location, very clean and Paul is the perfect host.

This place was absolutely perfect for 3 couples. From the private ensuite for each bedroom, to the amazing pool area, this place has it all. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We were very pleased with the amount of room at Katy’s place. Two very large king bedrooms and one bedroom with two queens. It is big enough to comfortably fit 8 people.
Katy was extremely helpful and responsive during and after the trip. Made our vacation a fun and memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Our group loved Paul and Karen's house - perfect walking distance from downtown and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The rooms were HUGE and comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed as well. Overall, great place for a Palm Springs stay!

We had 3 teenagers and 3 adults stay for four days and it could not have been a better location. The house is gorgeous- the photos don’t do it justice. Huge bright entry that looks onto a fabulous pool area with two sitting areas and one w large flat screen TV. The bedrooms were huge and comfortable and the location was amazing- we walked in and out of town every day and never needed our car in Palm Springs!!!!

Stayed for 2 weeks with my spouse and with visiting couples for a few days each. The property is spacious and the heated pool and spa provided nice retreats. The kitchen and bar were well equipped. There are 2 large bedroom suites with a third bedroom and en suite on the other side of the house. For some reason, there are gates to neighbors in 3 directions from the back yard.
The house is in significant need of updating. The living room sofa continuously leaks feathers, the breakfast nook table is too large for the space with terribly stained seat cushions. The wooden shutters are poorly designed and broken. There are unidentifiable objects that look like pieces from previous breakage in the side yards. The timer on the front landscape lighting was broken, making the house almost impossible to find in the dark, but I found the box and switched it on manually as needed. Our 3rd night in the house, the security system (which had not been armed) went off at 2 am because of a low battery.
The maintenance man was very nice and helpful, and responded to issues well, but there were a lot of issues. The bottom line is that the house is really showing its age and lack of upkeep.
We managed to have a nice stay in this beautiful neighborhood with plenty of room to spread out around the house.

If you want to have a super relaxing time in classic old Palms Springs with a super host this is the property for you. The house is super comfortable and perfectly clean. The back yard with pool and jacuzzi are a relaxing oasis. Don’t hesitate book this one.

Extra Space for a Family Get Together
We live close to this property and rented it for 11 nights primarily to use as extra bedrooms so we could gather12 safely. This property performed fabulously and would be a delightful getaway for any group. Our host was phenomenally responsive when two small things went wrong, the kind of things that go wrong in any home.

The location was spectacular. The house is huge and the backyard and pool were fantastic.
Everything was great except getting into the house. The lock box code was wrong and we had to use a different lockbox which only worked once. The alarm system was impossible to figure out so once we got in we never used it. Also we couldn’t get the outside grill to turn off and there was no gate valve on the gas line to override it.
But having said that, we really had a wonderful time at the house. It’s in a very quiet area, the mountains nearby are spectacular, the house is spacious. All that outweighs any other complaints, which are pretty easy fixes. We loved it!

Lovely getaway in Palm Springs
This was a beautiful home in a quiet, older neighborhood in Palm Springs. The space is large and quiet. We spent the bulk of our time just laying around outside by the pool. It's nice to walk around early in the day or late in the evening when it's cool and see all the interesting places nearby. When you want to venture out to restaurants there are plenty within walking distance or just a short drive. I was also surprised at the climate, especially from someone who doesn't do well in the heat. Low humidity indeed makes a difference and staying in the shade or taking the occasional dip in the pool makes it tolerable. Some of the house is a little dated, but it doesn't really detract from the enjoyment of staying here. Would gladly come back.

House manager and owner were responsive to a minor issue we had. They went out of their way to make sure everything was great. House is clean and well kept; neighborhood is amazing. We'd stay again!

Very large home in a great neighborhood. Communication was great from owners before our arrival with documentation about the home. We had to reference it several times to figure out how to heat the pool and spa.
The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the ability to dine inside or outside for each meal.

Perfect Desert Retreat!
This big beautiful house was so comfortable, well stocked, easy to navigate, and just made for a really relaxing few days. The host made sure that we had everything we needed and was super responsive. We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation without any problems. The kitchen, grill area, pool, bar, bedrooms all worked great, and are all better than they look in the picture! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We had a long girls weekend here and it was fabulous. The house is so spacious and comfortable. They have all the amenities you could ask for. The pool is fantastic. Wonderful neighborhood close to town.

Beautiful House- Great Location
We rented this house for my husbands birthday....there was 6 adults and 2 kids. This house has 3 large bedrooms and all with bathrooms. The pool was large so perfect size for us and enjoyed the outdoor seating. Plenty of lounge chairs to lay out and enjoy the sun. The kitchen was fully stocked and we liked the bar area. The beds were comfy too! My only one suggestion was the kitchen needed a bigger trash can. With 8 guests we produced lots of trash. (and maybe have a recycling bin inside the house to keep separate from the trash). This house was perfect and will plan to come back.

Great property
It’s a big and great house with lots of space for everyone and an amazing owner with good communication. The bedrooms are one of the best things for this house. They are big enough and each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and privacy. The outdoor area was great with a big swimming pool and lots of furniture. The only reason that I am giving 4 star is the pool. The pool was not clean enough and the color of the water was looking green and you could barely see anything on the bottom of the pool.

Great Property
Classic Palm Springs property, home was clean and had ample space for our entire family of six. Easily could sleep more. Great pool area and bbq made our summer stop really enjoyable. Gated front and two car garage with circular driveway to hold more cars was really nice. Nice dinning and living room very close to the kitchen and bar area. We really had a great time during our holiday and everything was really easy to find and use with the instructions given. Will definitely stay again!!! Thanks again Katy and Kathy

Beautifully remodeled home in a gorgeous neighborhood of redone homes. Clean, well furnished & appointed. Outdoor spaces & pool area are the best we've had in the 4 years we've been renting in Palm Springs. Plenty of sun on the redone pool & plenty of outdoor shaded conversation spaces to retreat to. We frequently used the robust BBQ grill for al fresco dining . Close enough for our morning walks to town for coffee & shops. Gardener and pool staff friendly and always respectful of not intruding. Owner's super nice & attentive - called to follow-up after we arrived to make sure we were satisfied. Cal Edison had a power outage that affected this home. Had their contractor come over and shut off breakers and he was there right after power came back on to reset breakers and to make sure everything came back on-line. Owners called again to follow-up all was well. Fantastic owner customer service, fantastic home, fantastic location. Can't wait to go back...

This home is absolutely beautiful, and it was perfect for our visit. The neighborhood is incredible, with gorgeous, classic Palm Springs architecture and a quiet, safe feel. The location is ideal to the shops, bars, and restaurants downtown. The two master bedrooms are an really unique feature and a bonus for our group of couples. All the furnishings were tasteful and comfortable- it felt like the best combination of a resort and your own comfy home! The best feature of all, however, was the backyard. There are tons of places to sit outdoors, a grill and eating area, and the pool was a blast. We spent almost every minute in the backyard enjoying the shaded patio, the outdoor dining, and most of all the pool! We will be staying here every time we come to Palm Springs in the future.

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend staying at this Palm Springs property; The home is beautifully decorated and clean with very spacious suites; It has a wonderful layout with privacy for each bedroom perfect for several couples vacationing together or families with kids. There is a large well equipped kitchen with an open top-notch comfortable living room and dining area that opens to a beautiful pool, hot tub and outdoor living area. it has a very private gated back and front yard. The management is very helpful and we received all needed information prior to arrival. Location is the best of Palm Springs vacationing; We highly recommend this property for family holidays, couples getaway; We didn't want leave the property and are looking forward to our return to this luxury oasis!
