The condo is in the perfect location. Close to the pool, easy beach access, and right next door to the sandbar! The owner is very responsive! We had the best time at fripp!

A great Labor Day weekend with easy access to the pool and beach. We were able to watch the UGA game on a nice tv. The place was well stocked with all the cookware and drink ware we could need. Thank you!

Our Fripp experience was top-notch! The condo was clean, spacious, offered excellent amenities, and had convenient access to the pool and oceanfront. We were able to communicate easily during the booking and stay. Would recommend!!

Great fripp trip!
Very friendly host. Great location with easy access to the pool and to the beach. Some great renovations to the bathrooms have been done. Kitchen had everything we needed. No bad smells to report.

Vacation in S.C.
Smell of smoke when we first arrived..cigarrette butt on the dresser…very thin mattress cover…coffee grounds still in the pot…screen door broke in bedroom…bottom of charcoal grill broken…bottom drawer of stove very dirty… refrigerator was not cleaned and the bottom leaked water all over the floor…upstairs shower door very hard to open. We complained to the owner and she graciously refunded a large amount of $$$….felt bad about telling her all of these things but they are definetly items that need to be corrected. At the present time, unless updated, this was very over priced.

Beautiful place on Fripp
He had a wonderful time at this property while at Fripp Island. Our only complaint is that we didn’t know it was a charcoal grill. We had to go find charcoal the night that we got there.

Spring Refresher
We enjoyed a wonderful week at 318 Captain John Fripp Villa. The location is ideal. The villa has a lovely view of the pool and lawn area as well as a view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom and balcony. Great Family Stay
We really enjoyed our first stay at Fripp. The villa location was wonderful with easy access to the beach and pool for our little ones. We enjoyed playing at the beach and pool, fishing, golf cart cruises to the watch sunset and walks on the boardwalk with great views. Thanks for a great vacation and we will be back for sure.

Comfy two floor condo
Had quick access to the pool and beach, the place was very nice and the carpets were soft enough to sleep on (I didn't). Loved the wide beach and the curious, hungry deer that sauntered up to the porches. Good for families, was my wife's birthday and with the beautiful weather she was so happy. Owner was very personable, called to check on everything, but there was no need because we loved it. Thanks!

Great Location!
We loved our stay at Fripp! The location of the pool, beach and other amenities was ideal, right outside the door. The children could go back and forth between beach and pool very easily. The owner was very prompt in her response to our questions and easy to work with. A great time was had by all!

This property was perfect for our Father’s Day get away. The six of us enjoyed how laid back the courtyard atmosphere was. The pool was very convenient for the kids while the guys played golf at Ocean Creek. The beach access was steps away from the pool. I would say you need a beach cart if you are hauling tents, toys, and chairs. We all commented on how well the king beds slept. The owner was excellent with communication and made sure we were comfortable. We highly recommended this property! We will rent again.

Nice Rental
Stayed with 4 adults and 1 toddler. The house had all necessities and was in a good location in the middle of the island. It is directly beside the food court and other recreational activities, so it would be a little loud if you are in the front bedroom and laying down at 8pm (toddler). Back bedroom had no issue. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, new carpet as well. Enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Also, the home owner was very attentive to any questions or concerns.

Great location
Katalin was extraordinary in helping make our stay welcoming and easy! She helped us navigate the VRBO mechanics to accommodate clarifications in our booking. Allowed us to store our belongings prior to check-in when leaving them in a hot car would have been bad. Very responsive throughout. Love the pool and beach access and proximity to the Beach club.

Great Location - could use an update
First of all, the owner is very responsive and we had no problems with booking, payment or refund of our damage deposit. Location gets 5 stars! The Beach and pool are super accessible and we liked the layout of the condo with bedrooms upstairs. The beach at Fripp never disappoints and this condo is convenient to everything on the island. However, Just comparing the overall condition of this condo to others we have rented in the same complex, this condo is in need of some updates, especially in the bathrooms. Living room and dining room furniture was pretty worn and not very comfortable for a family of 4. The 2 King beds were VERY comfortable. We never figured out the AC controls. The downstairs thermostat also controlled the upstairs air making it 10-12 degrees cooler in the bedrooms upstairs. Not sure what the thermostat upstairs did. We finally just turned it off. Neither of the TVs in the bedrooms ever worked for us but we didn’t spend a lot of time working on them. Overall you are paying a premium for location for this one and not for condition.

Lovely spot on Fripp Island
We had a delightful time, the rental was beautiful and well maintained. Just about everything you could possibly need was provided. We also had fabulous weather and the outdoor patio was perfect.
