This was perfect for the two of us. Enjoyed our stay! Would rent this again.

Great location, great amenities. Would recommend reinforcement on the stairs railing. Missing screws in multiple location making the railing shake more than normal. Sturdy railing is need for the incline of the stairs. Otherwise great stay

Beautiful condo that is a 3 minute walk to the beach and just a couple steps from a pool. Great stay for my family and I.

I took my wife, daughter, and niece to the beach for a few days to relax. We stayed in a condo with quick and easy access to walk to the beach and pool. We had a few meals at the apartment and ate at local restaurants like Pineapple Willys, Hammerhead Freds, and I=HOP. We enjoyed the getaway. We cleaned the apartment, wrote in the memoir book supplied by the apartment owner and placed a shell in the vase requested by the owner, Thanks for a great family and personal time. The Walker's

We loved everything! All beds were comfy and the place is decorated so perfect. Very updated and relaxing after long days on the beach or walking the strip. No complaints.

Sand Castle was as described and exactly like the photos. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Owner is very responsive and check in/out was easy.

This place was great. Loved how low key and quiet the place looked. Loved the gated community and the pool was great and refreshing after being at the beach. The condo had a loft which was perfect for our older boys. We will definitely be staying here in future when we look at booking our next vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! We stayed for one week in June of 2022, and it was amazing! This is a great location, extremely close to the beach access-- closer than I anticipated-- literally 2 minutes from the door to the beach! This condo is in a very safe family friendly condo association. It's about 20-30 minutes from Pier Park Shopping center depending on traffic, and 4 minutes from St. Andrews state park. There are PLENTY of good restaurants near by (Dirty Dicks, Schooners, and Captain Jack's Buffet were some of our faves) The pool is clean and warm with plenty of room, and used exclusively by guests. Contrary to some of the reviews, this condo was very clean and in great condition- very updated. The couch and beds were very clean and comfy. This condo has everything you need to cook meals and function as a family. When we stayed, the guests who were there previously, left garbage bags, dish soap and various other useful things! It is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, but it did not phase our family of five. The stairs to the loft are floating stairs, and very narrow-- if you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the place for you. As a 5'6" 140# athletic female, I had to walk sideways up and down the steps. That being said, we felt very safe letting our kids (3,5, and 7) sleep up in the loft. We will 100% be staying here again, it was so comfortable and perfect for our family! If you are considering staying here, just do it! You will be glad you did!

This was our second time staying here. Ms. Shepherd is an amazing host. Her communication is impeccable and if there are any issues with your stay she is available. The condo is nicely furnished and clean. Access to the beach is just a few steps away. The complex itself is maintained very well. Both our times in this condo are a 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit PCB.

The apartment was nice. Accommodated us all but was a little scared to put the little 5 year old who gets up in the middle of the night up in the loft with steep stairs. Actually lets call it what it is a ladder really. I wish the pictures would have shown that part as well. It would help parents who have little kids. Over all place was clean, sofa has a tear in it and only one roll of toilet paper, but good stay.

The Sandcastle was perfect for our stay! The bed was extremely comfortable, the condo was very clean! So clean in fact, it felt like we were the first people to ever stay there. It was the perfect distance to the beach and we spent every day there. If you want to swim the pool is great too! You do have to drive to the restaurants, but that wasn’t a problem. We had an amazing time and we will be back!!

The property was cute and close to the beach. The check-in and check-out process was easy and fast. The condo was clean and has everything you need. The loft is cute but the stairs to the loft are a little tight and scary to come down on. It is located on the top floor so the are stairs. Overall this condo is a great stay and perfectly located.

The condo was perfect for our family of 3. It actually was larger than what it looked like from the pictures. The galley stairs leading to loft were a little tricky, but added a fun and unique challenge for our 4 yr old. Condo was easy to find, easy to check-in, well kept, and missing nothing. We were surprised at the little additions that made it feel more like home and hope to stay here in the future.

CLEAN, up to date, safe, few steps to the beach and pool right in front of your balcony!

The beach is absolutely beautiful and a very short walk from the condo! Third story condo is no joke walking up and down with lots of beach gear everyday so keep that in mind! What's even worse then the outside stairs are the stairs to the loft inside the condo. Honesty we don't even know how they pass inspection. They are very narrow and seem loose with a bent railing and broken wire with tin foil wrapped around the end. Due to the fact that they seemed so unsafe we wouldn't even let our 9 & 11 year old sleep up there. We had problems with the key code not letting us in so that was frustrating after a 16 hour drive and then not being able to get in. After we finally got a new key code to open the door we could smell a horrible smell of urine as soon as we walked in....which ended up taking us 3 days to get rid of! We had to immediately go to the store to by air freshener, Soap and Toilet paper...which I didn't realize wouldn't be provided since even the most basic hotels provide these items. I really hate to be so negative about the property but it's nothing that can't be fixed with a better cleaning crew and safer stairs! We traveled a long way to have an amazing vacation and weren't going to let anything ruin our trip. If I was the owner or property manager I would go in and check the place out before any other guest check in. It was Very dirty, look under the beds, tons of dust on mini blinds, no soap or toilet paper, fan was filthy. Things that haven't been cleaned in awhile. The condo looks nice but definitely needs to be cleaned better! ....and there was also a hole in the couch.😣 We left the place cleaner then when we arrived!

This condo was our favorite out of all the ones we have stayed at over the years. It was perfect for our family of 5. We loved that it was smaller and less hectic than one of the high rises. My kids adored it (especially the loft). The location is perfect and we are already deciding on when to come next year. The fireworks on the beach for the fourth we’re nothing less of amazing. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed that family time. We weren’t even bothered by not having TVs in the loft or bedroom. We hardly watched it while we were here. We had dinner on the patio and spent most of our time at the beach and pool. Kids made friends with others who were staying at sun swept.

It was literally amazing

Two of my girlfriends and I stayed at this property over the weekend. Great location, walking distance to a few places, great access to the beach. I will say, however, that the stairs used to get into the loft are not the easiest. We are in our early thirties and they are not the easiest to navigate. If you have children or are elderly, be careful! Overall though, great place! Unit is on the third floor and no elevator so that's another factor to consider as well!

Great experience. Condo is very nice, yet simple. Beach access is easy. All the basics are available. Clean! Beds were comfortable. Beach chairs were available on back patio. Listing accurately portrays the condo. We had a very nice stay!

We needed a safe place to get away to after a long year and The Sandcastle was just the place! Our boys loved the loft space, we loved that they had their own space! The kitchen and bath are nicely updated. The pool was warm and we meet great people around it. The beach access was awesome and what gift to have beach chairs and sand toys in the condo. We spent most of our days at St. Andews State Park, which was just a short drive. The only down side was we needed a bigger washer and dryer, but we were grateful for in-condo laundry. Our son wants to buy the condo and has offered you $1000 - which is tells you how much he enjoyed his stay there! :) Please don’t take us up on that offer, we will just make a reservation for nex year.

We absolutely loved our stay here. There are so many benefits to staying in a quiet, 3 story condo versus the high rises at the beach. Everything was so comfortable, the pool was a hit, and walking outside and being at the beach in 1 minute was amazing!!! We will be going back for sure!

Short distance to the beach with no large high rise clutter around. Nice clean beach for family. Pool was very clean. Room was nice and updated. Needs TV in bedroom!

Friendly, clean, easy to find, good access to the beach. Only drawback was lots of steps to top floor condo (32 to be exact) and the steps are in need of repair. I would consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay this week! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was super close and wasn't nearly as crowded as what it would be in front of some of the other huge condos down in PCB. The pool was clean and we also used the grill as well for hot dogs. Overall very clean and well equipped we loved it!
