We found this property to be just as listed. Very comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen was bigger than appears from the photos and was very well stocked with everything you might need if you were wanting to cook while you were there. The host was very easy to communicate with and was proactive in letting us know some details about our upcoming stay. Also, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in Ocean Grove.

Was walkable to everywhere we needed to go (we were in town for a wedding in Asbury Park), in a cute quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for two couples. The host was very communicative, even despite a weird glitch on the VRBO website that made the online booking and Message Host functions inoperable for several days (host responded promptly to direct emails). Would definitely stay here again!

Super location, clean, convenient, this cottage had everything you need for a nice week at the beach. Eacy communication with the owner, too!

Loved staying here again! Great spot within walking distance to a beautiful clean beach. Walked to downtown OG for coffee, shopping and breakfast and walked and scootered to asbury park with our 6 yo and newborn. Had a beautiful week with perfect weather! House was clean and comfortable as always! Will be back!

The property was as advertised. It was comfortable, well equipped, and close enough to the beach to walk.

The cottage is older but clean and well done. It was a bit inconvenient to have pack my own sheets and towels as they took up room in my suitcase. The location is excellent and the town is charming.

This house was very clean, and we had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Host was responsive and helpful, and we would definitely come back to this house.

This property is an older home, as many are in Ocean Grove, but it has been lovingly maintained and is very clean. We felt very comfortable using the kitchen and lying in the comfortable beds. We were there to visit family during Christmas with an extreme cold spell. (real feel in the negatives) Bill made sure we stayed warm enough but still gave us our privacy. Very professional and caring.

it is well maintained and very nice 2nd time i stayed there and next year will do the same. Clean and quiet and everything works.

Spent 3 nights at the property. Host was very responsive and was able to accommodate a slight shift in our stay due to an unexpected family member injury. We enjoy our stay and the neighbors were very quiet and mostly friendly. The full bed mattress was a bit less firm than we prefer. The house is a good 10-15 minute walk from main beach/boardwalk but since we didn't have kids or lots of equipment to carry, it was not an issue.

The house is in a nice, quiet location and we had ample parking right in front of the house our entire stay. We found the home to be very, very clean and included everything we needed for our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable - we both said we slept better than we had in ages. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor was perfect for us - we never even made it upstairs. Communication with Bill was easy - he is quick to respond and seemed eager to help. In the event of inclement weather, visitors may want to bring a streaming stick with them, just in case. The television channels are limited and the set in the bedroom wasn’t connected to anything so it wasn’t usable. This wasn’t a problem for us as the weather was beautiful for our visit, but if visiting with kids and you find yourselves stuck inside, bringing games or a Roku or Fire stick may be a good idea. Overall, would highly recommend this home based on its cleanliness, comfy beds, location, and ease of the rental process/communication with owner.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this nice little place. It was clean and well stocked and I loved the outdoor shower (it's the only one I used all weekend!) It's nice to have places to keep our bicycles. We met the owners of the house next door, but not at the property, but by chance inside the sea hear now festival, how random! They invited us over after the show for some great sandwiches. I hope to reserve this place for next year!

This was a perfect refuge for us and our two young children after exploring the beach and arcade of Asbury park.

This property was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and convenient location - within walking distance to the beach for us. Owner was very quick with responses to my questions, and the four beach passes were a plus. We really enjoyed the side yard tables for dining outside.

This was our second time at the Ocean Grove cottage and this time was as good as the last. It is well appointed, comfortable, and conveniently close to the beach and shopping. It comes with 4 beach badges! It is located in my favorite section of Ocean Grove. The owner Bill is promptly responsive to any questions. We grilled and there's an outdoor shower. Very happy. This little cottage had everything we needed… a well-supplied kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a nice outdoor area with a big umbrella to eat outside, a grill. The walk to the beach, while a tiny bit longer than what we weee used to, was direct and easy. It’s not large, but there was enough room for the four of us.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. From the ease of booking, to checking in, to communicating with the owner, to handling any questions we had, to the property, to the location. Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at this well-maintained and surprisingly roomy cottage a few short blocks from the Ocean Grove Beach. It had tons of extra space, storage, and a back entry into the laundry room where you could unload after a day at the beach. The owner was super responsive and accommodating, and we would definitely go back!

My wife and daughter and I have stayed here before and we have fallen in love with Ocean Grove. Quaint lifestyle, friendly people and tucked away along the Jersey Shore. This was our second year starting off the summer in this well equipped and well maintained house and we will definitely be back for a 3rd next year. The owner is easy to work with makes the experience a pleasure. Only good things to say.

The property was clean, well stocked with kitchenware, in a great neighborhood and walking distance to the beach! There is also a park area 2 blocks away that was great for walking our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and plan to return.

Everything was just right at thisl ittle 2 bedroom cottage. We didn't have to buy soap or toilet paper or any essential. A sort walk to Main St and a bit longer to the beach. A weekday trip mon-Thurs meant no crowded. Bill is available 24/7 Not fancy but Perfect!!

This is a great beach rental and one of the cleanest that I have stayed at. It is also equipped with everything. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

I’d like to give a bad review so there was a greater chance to come back! Everything we could have needed was available in this cottage, short walk to the beach, very clean, very convenient for 2 couples as it has 2 washrooms. Highly recommend it!

Our third time staying at the cottage and it’s so nice to know what to expect. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located! Bill is always very responsive to any questions during our stay.

quaint = small and tasteful with lots of amenities private = way better than a hotel and friendly neighbors secured = plenty of police from towns and near by towns quiet = I went in the fall and it was super quiet close to everything = to all shore towns , plenty of fishing spots and charters, plenty of bars and restaurants, deli's almost anything you want to eat (various types of foods) and beaches and dog beaches. There are many other towns to enjoy that are nearby that are historical. OR you can just stay in and read a book on the bench out in the enclosed front parlor or catch up on your "naps". The cottage is equipped with EVERYTHING!!! It is also close to Route 33 /34/35/18, NJ Turnpike /Garden State Parkway, 45 minutes away from Giant Stadium. One hour away from NYC. Or you can take a train into NYC and enjoy the scenery. You can also take the ferry into NYC. Last but not least you can bring your pet animal (restrictions) please speak with the owner. What more can you ask for.

The house is on a quiet street in a quiet village but close enough to the shipping street and the beach. It is very well equipped, and i especially enjoyed the patio in the sun. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, within walking distance to the beach and some main street restaurants. Read the description carefully though, we missed the part about linens and towels. Luckily walmart was fairly close. Totally our fault. We would stay again.
