Cucina completamente attrezzata con tutto quello che hai a casa! Anche lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. TV a schermo piatto nella zona giorno. Scacchi, dama, libri, carte, giochi da tavolo forniti.

Just wish had a king bed in master

Good place to relax and enjoy the wonderful beach air! IF I was the owner of this condo I would us the "high deck chairs" which are much easier to get up from seating. I would replace the low commode that is perfect for a child but not condusive for mature guest. I would throw all the towels, face cloths away replace with all white ones and have the cleaning crew laundry the towels while cleaning the condo. The hall runner is a safety hazard, time to do something different. Overall condo needs a little TLC. All TVs need better instructions especially in each bedroom. Could not ask for better help/support from Cliff with COTTAGE VACATIONS! He is very professional and does everything he can to make the guests happy! Thank you CLIFF!

We loved our time at Another Day at the Beach in July. We really appreciated the towels (and beach towels) being provided, as well as sheets. The seating in the living area was super comfortable and the decor was light and airy. Thanks for a great place!

Cliff was terrific to work with for vacation. We loved Ocean Isle Beach. The kitchen could have had more cooking options (pots for crab legs, etc). I tend to cook more meals, so this will not be an issue if you plan to eat out.

Very nice condo with high quality furniture appliances, and fixtures. Very clean and stocked with supplies (paper products, trash bags, soaps, etc) on an honor system that appears to be working very well. When its used up, replace it. Towels and linens are provided. We really enjoyed our stay there and will book again next year.

I’d add a night stand and lamp to master bedroom and queen room.
I’d add another lamp to family room.
I’d add two more Adirondack chairs with side table for drinks to patio.
I’d change rusty shower heads.
I’d use brighter lightbulbs throughout the house and low voltage bulbs for the kitchen counter lights.
I’d replace the lanyard and broken key to shed.
Add mattress toppers at least to master bedroom.
Replace carpet at end of rental season.
I guess that’s why I don’t have a beach house.

We booked this condo to attend a family wedding that was across the street. The condo was perfect for my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and their 3 children. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Cliff was a great host he was very easy to communicate with. We would be very comfortable booking with Cliff again.

Very nice house!
The beach house is great. I had to dig a bit upon arrival to get clarification about how certain things worked, particularly regarding pool and bar/grille. The view of stars from the large well furnished deck, being the top unit, was wonderful.

Great property and owner
My family and I had a great stay at OIB. The property was clean and as advertised, and the location can't be beat. The beach access was just steps away. The property is also located on the less congested West end of the island, so the beach was never too busy near the property. Cliff was also a great host, providing quick answers and friendly reminders. Would definitely consider staying again!

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience! Beautifully decorated villa with a gorgeous view and a quick walk to the beach. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs, toys, and cart as well as the beach and bath towels. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities for our family dinners, games were available for the kids and the welcome bottle of wine was such a perfect touch! Cliff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We lucked out with this property!

A great place at the beach!
This condo was a great place for our family! Cliff was super a great communicator! The condo was on the third floor so the deck was high but it also gave really nice views. We needed pet friendly so that we could bring our dog. Our dog is hypoallergenic because my husband has bad allergies so I was a little nervous about previous pets being in the property but it was clean and fresh. My husband had no issues. The condo was beautiful and well equipped. The short walk to the beach was easy. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Will be coming back!
We LOVED this property! It was one row back from the ocean, so we could hear and see the water from our deck. The place was clean and updated and looked so much nicer than other VRBOs we've used in the OIB area. We loved how it was close to the beach access point as well as about a half-mile from the pool, so we could walk to both no problem.
Cliff was a great communicator who made sure we were prepared with everything we needed to know (how to get keys, address, etc). We had problems with one of the sliding shower doors, and when I texted him about it, he called and someone fixed it that same day for us.
Overall, a GREAT place and we will be coming back!

Better than a picture
Our stay was awesome! The pictures don’t do the property justice. It is one of the nicest, cleanest, most well maintained properties that we have stayed in . The manager was readily available at all times. I’d pick this property over any other if you plan to come to this area. The view was amazing with the beach just a yard away. I can’t say enough good things about our stay and property manger, we will definitely contact Cliff again for future stays.

Great getaway w/ wonderful ocean view.
Our whole purpose in coming to OIB was for my elderly father who loves the beach but is now becoming wheelchair bound. On top of that we wanted to bring our beloved golden retriever. We’ve stayed at many ocean rentals that allow dogs but we felt Another Day at the Beach was the best we’ve stayed in yet. The elevator was a must for us and the ocean view from the porch was great. The condo was well appointed... but just to note not all bathroom doors accommodate walkers/ wheelchairs. We would highly recommend this condo.

Awesome place!
I have rented many beach places and this one was by far was one of the nicest. It was updated and beautifully decorated with very nice furniture. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of space. He view of the ocean was amazing and close enough to downtown to ride a bike. Perfect location and very easy access to the beach! Would definitely rent again!
