"Sand In My Shoes" è un condominio, splendidamente decorato 2 camere da letto 2 ½ bagni; 6 posti letto. Master suite con letto king size, cabina doccia, cabina armadio, con lanai al piano superiore chiuso con vista sulla laguna. Le porte scorrevoli si aprono sul lanai in un'area protetta dove si può godere della brezza e dell'aria fresca della spiaggia. La camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli, bagno con vasca / doccia. TV a schermo piatto a parete e lettori DVD in ogni camera. Pack n 'Play, seggiolone / seggiolino e materasso per bambini gonfiabile, disponibili su richiesta. La scala ha rotaie su ciascun lato dei gradini per una maggiore sicurezza.
Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo combinati sono arredati con gusto e dispongono di una grande TV a schermo piatto e di un lettore DVD con film, giochi e carte da gioco. Il soggiorno ha un comodo divano letto matrimoniale e 2 poltrone girevoli a bilanciere / aliante. Puoi immergerti nel bellissimo sole della Florida e rilassare la brezza marina dal lanai chiuso. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto ciò che potremmo pensare di cui avresti bisogno e ha una bellissima sala per la colazione.

I’ve stayed in several units in this complex and been in several others rented by friends and family - all in the oceanfront towers. While those stays have been fun due to views and proximity to the beach, the units themselves have been nothing special.
By comparison, this townhouse is very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped, appointed and maintained. For instance, knives that actually cut, cookware, dishes and cutlery that don’t seem like they were bought at a grocery store, appliances that work well, comfortable beds, quality linens, etc. etc. it’s clear the owners take care of it and their guests have been responsible and respectful.
This was by far the best unit I’ve been in in the complex. I also came to appreciate that it’s much quieter than the oceanfront towers with the rowdy pools and with much easier parking. Just all around an upgrade.
Will definitely book again.

We Love ocean Gallery and have been coming here for years. Condo was clean and had lots of little extras that made it a nice comfortable stay. Host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. First time being by lagoon instead of the pool and we loved the privacy and quietness it offered. Enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely book this condo again.

The condo was great. It was clean, as advertised and close to the beach. The pool was a hike but drive able in a matter of minutes. The owner was very attentive.

We have been coming to this condo for a number of years and always have a wonderful few days away together. We've developed favorite restaurants & shopping spots just short drives away, but the best parts of our stays are the time spent relaxing at the beautifully furnished and well-equipped condo, the walks on and time at the beach, and an afternoon or two at the pool when the beach is really hot! You won't be disappointed if you book Sand in My Shoes. It will be the best "sand" in your shoes! We're long-time girlfriends who work to set the time aside to be together--and the Ocean Gallery is our pick year after year. Enjoy!

Four of us returned again to Lee Anne's beautiful condo for a few days of relaxation and fun at the ocean, Ocean Gallery, and the St. Augustine area. We spend the majority of our time together at the beach, either walking or relaxing in chairs provided while we share the time together, at the condo, and also some time at the heated pool and poolside. Our plane had to be de-iced before our trip this year, so the warm sun and warm condo atmosphere were both most welcome. You will enjoy getting Sand in Your Shoes here, too!

The townhome was very spacious and well equipped. We especially liked the view from the master bedroom lanai. It is a short walk to a lovely stretch of beach. The complex is quiet and the pool at the clubhouse was wonderful. Lee Anne was great about communicating with us. We are returning next year and would certainly recommend this townhouse.

This was our second stay at this property, and both stays were excellent. The condo is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The owners are fantastic and are responsive any needs or concerns.

What a beautiful property in such an excellent location. A very quick walk to the beach, we counted 500 or so steps! A 10 minute drive to Downtown and within easy distance to many great restaurants and ice cream shops! We were lucky enough to spend 6 weeks here. I was with my two sons ages 12 and 9, and they absolutely fell in love with the area, the sights and the culture. But especially the beach. Leanne was great and available whenever we needed her. The condo was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable 6 week stay. We will definitely be back to visit!! Thanks again Leanne for sharing this treasure with us!

Battery Recharging Station
This lovely home is thoughtfully decorated. Beautiful, wide and sandy beach is an invitation to long walks. Quiet nights and nearby restaurants offer a chance to restore mind and body. Nearby , the pool is glistening and private yet steps from the beach. Come, and be restored.

Another Great Time!
We have enjoyed a great Girlfriends Getaway at Sand in My Shoes several times, and this year was another one of fun & making memories on the beach and in St. Augustine, while staying at Sand in My Shoes. The recent updates are great, and even though the high waves and even higher wind made our beach time a bit of a challenge, we had a wonderful & relaxing time together. Lee Anne is a thoughtful host, dedicated to making your time at her lovely condo a fun escape.

Our home for 2 months
This unit became our home for 2 months. It is large, airy, well equipped with all appliances in excellent working order. The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs provide privacy and quiet areas if needed. The small powder room on the main floor was a great asset. Ocean Gallery is a gem. Could not ask for a better "home" for our getaway from the cold winter months in Canada. Thanks LA for sharing your home.

Spacious, comfortable and all decorated for the Holidays...
Beach was amazing with white soft sand. Great Pool and Jacuzzi along with beach chairs and beach towels.
Lots of condiments available especially if you forgot something at the store.

Perfect for a beach trip
The condo was well-organized with dishes, blankets, towels, pool toys, etc. Communication with the property owner was prompt, and help from workers were available when needed. The condo is conveniently located to the beach and pool. My family and I hope to return next summer.

Great property and location!
We had a great time at 'Sand in My Shoes'. The kitchen is well stocked as is the beach materials closet. It was nice to spread out in the big spacious rooms. It was very nice to not have to cross any roads to get to the big beautiful beach. The pool was great as well! We hope to come back again soon!

Another great time getting Sand In Our Shoes!
Girlfriends sharing time to relax and catch up on life, we have enjoyed time away at Sand In My Shoes several years. It is the perfect location for enjoying the ocean, relaxing on the beach, access to restaurants, while also enjoying all the big & little things Lee Anne does to make our time together another one for the memory books. With some of us coming from out of state, it is especially nice to have the beach chairs available and lots of kitchen extras for when we eat in. The heated pool was a plus this year with the strong winds and riptides during our stay. The beach was calling and we answered every day anyway! If you have the chance to stay here, you'll be glad you chose this clean, inviting unit to relax and enjoy St. Augustine.

This condo was exceptionally well equipped and clean. The owner made special arrangements as we had many extra guests in town. The nicely stocked kitchen had all we needed so we didn't have to run to the store every 15 minutes for salt, pepper, spices, etc. Looking for an excuse to return!
