I booked this unit with 7 others to enjoy a weekend at Put-in-Bay in late August. The booking process, deposit, and all communications were extremely easy and everyone I was in contact with were very professional. The unit itself was ready on time, very clean and well equipped. I'm looking forward to staying here many times in the future.

Our group of 6 adults could not have asked for a better spot to stay on the island. Condo was exactly as listed. Unit was immaculate and check in was a breeze. View from the balcony was spectacular. Renting a golf cart directly from this property was so simple and the restaurants and bars were just a short golf cart ride away. Pool was very clean and water was at refreshing, comfortable temperature.Property owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any of our questions. Will definitely choose this location on any return trips to PIB!

Absolutely love this property and condos for all the amenities and cleanliness. Property manager was great when we arrived. Golf carts were clean and gassed up. Pool was clean and not over crowded. Balcony was awesome this time of year. Thank you for the memories we will book again!

The size of the condo fit our needs for 8 adults. We had lots of space to spread out. Loved the door code so we didn’t have to worry about anyone losing a keycard. There were no tv’s in the downstairs bedrooms which was surprising and no wine glasses but we made do. Over all it was a nice place to stay

We enjoy South Bass and Kelley Islands. Convenient to have golf carts atCondo. Screens ripped on patio doors. Condo floors extremely dirty. Our 1 yr old granddaughter had black knees from crawling briefly. Could not let her down on floor without blanket due to filth.

Overall I would give the condo a 4. The people at the rental company itself are amazing! My suggestion for anyone renting, BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER. They provided 6 rolls of the worst 22cent bargain 1 ply gift bag tissue paper I’ve ever used and it WILL CUT YOUR BUTT. The lower left screen to the patio was broken so we had to keep that door shut. The fridge didn’t really get cold. And the water pressure is absolutely TERRIBLE. The patio could’ve been cleaned a little better. The table was visibly dirty upon arrival and I had to wipe everything off including the chairs and the light on the patio is SO full of bugs it probably hasn’t been cleaning all season.. If you get cold very easily the blankets on the bed are a little thin for freeze babies so bring your own blankets. But for a fun weekend away, it’s great. Loved the view. Overall great time had by all. Beware the golf cart rentals are from 4pm-11am so if you want a golf cart rental in the morning maybe try somewhere else. The location is good because you’re not in town and can still have some quiet time at night. But if you want to be walking distance to the bars this condo is not for you.

We had a great condo (slept 12) with a beautiful view. The property was very clean and the property manager, Tony, was extremely helpful. Great parties on the decks and by the pool. Beer pong on the porch and beer bongs off the deck when we wanted. But also a quiet place to escape the craziness when you want. The place was filled with bachelor/bachelorette parties, big groups, and a couple small groups looking to vacation. Will definitely go back.

Was very happy with our stay. Felt that there should have been bath mats with the showers and s couple kitchen towels would have been nice.
The only problem we had was dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.
